Bravo Dennis, Omar, Manuel and Adam. My HVAC purchase and todays installation moved through hoops very impressively. Even the receptionist knew I was calling and patched me straight through. And the owner held a steady hand as well, clearly trusting his employees who kept things moving. Nothing is easy, but these guys were VERY impressive. I had the pleasure of having Jorge, an AC technician, come out to fix our AC unit, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable, not just about AC systems but also electrical components, which was very reassuring. Jorge took the time to thoroughly explain what the issues were, the steps he would take to fix them, and even shared helpful tips for maintaining the unit. We hired Icomfort for a pretty big renovation project on our home. They installed a brand new Bosch hvac system as well as some other additional equipment (fresh air system, new Nest thermostats) for the new addition to our home. They also installed some UV air purifiers to our existing hvac system. They were very helpful and responsive throughout the construction process and we were really happy with their install team. Corey was very knowledgeable in recommending the best options/solutions for our project. The install team, Omar and Emmanuel were very professional and resourceful in working around some issues that came up. We appreciated that they also took their time to explain things to us and ensure that we were happy with their work. Overall, Icomfort is not the cheapest in pricing but we can tell that they are a seasoned/experienced company that can stand behind their work and make sure that things are done the right way. We would highly recommend Icomfort for any hvac service/install needs.

We love iComfort! They do quarterly maintenance for our heating and air conditioning. One of the A/C units was failing, and iComfort was able to send an technician out right away. Corey provided us with different options and we scheduled the new installation. Omar, Emmanuel and Isaiah were great. They were professional, quiet (I was working downstairs) and cleaned everything up. In addition to the new A/C unit installation, we had to have new ducting put in the attic and a new access panel. The entire job was finished in less than 2 days! You can’t tell that the access panel wasn’t already there. Our A/C is working perfectly and got us through the 118 degree heat wave we just experienced. Thank you iComfort!

Everytime he entered my unit he put on the shoe protectors to keep floorig and carpets clean. I signed up for their regular maintenance as I would like my unit to have as long a life as possible.

The iComfort team was exceptional in fixing my air conditioning system this summer. It is hard when your air conditioning goes out on 100+ days but the iComfort team came out quickly and had all the parts on the truck to fix the air conditioner. No trips back and forth to the yard were needed. iComfort was able to diagnose and fix the issue efficiently on the same trip. The technicians were very respectful wearing shoe coverings inside as well as making sure we were aware of all issues with the system. I will use iComfort again and definitely recommend to my friends.

We switched from an old HVAC system to a heat pump due to leakage… plus the old system had failed in previous summers… just horrible!… George, Hyrum, Douglas, Corey, Aiden, Javier, Juan de Dios, and the whole team in case I missed anyone! I am very satisfied and happy of the service provided by every single one of the staff in this company. Every single of them offered their support and the best of their expertise to give us the most!The team installed a new heat pump, which unfortunately had factory issues… but that was not an issue for iComfort’ team! They were able to fix the issue even if that meant coming every single day until we had a working and perfect system for our family to survive the summer! IComfort truly has the best employees. I had a scheduled maintenance call where the Tech did his work and when completed recommended a whole blow out cleaning and I asked about adding the UV lighting to my unit. He quoted a price and was able to install the same day. He was able to complete the blow out and add the UV to the unit to help maintain its functionality. What was I was most impressed with, is that he did it with a smile and never seemed bothered the entire time. I saw nor felt any frustration from him as I knew it was going to be a long project and that he made me feel grateful. He was able to complete the job and extras in one day. Hiram did an amazing job! Javier was on time, professional and kind. We had iComfort do routine maintenance on our HVAC before the summer heat. He made a number of recommendations and provided multiple options to keep the system in top shape. Prices were fair and the work was done to the highest quality. My two greatest appreciations was the use of the shoe booties, which I know can be a pain in the butt, and the integration of the iPad to the entire job workflow. Will be requesting Javier for all future jobs going forward.

IComfort and Isaiah were AMAZING. I had been calling several other companies to take advantage of the LADWP A/C Optimization program which gets you a free nest thermostat, filter, and coolant if you need it. Everyone else I called was like Call me back in a week. or just went to VM and I never got a call back. With iComfort they had a super professional receptionist who found an exact appointment that worked for me (No 6 hour arrival windows here!). Isaiah showed up exactly on time, was extremely polite and professional. Knocked out the install and checkup in less than an hour and now I have an awesome new Nest. Cannot recommend these guys enough, especially if youre considering the LADWP A/C Optimization Program. Thanks again Isaiah!

I am very happy with my heater, a/c, new ducting, and Pure Aire System by AC Pro/Lennox. The installation, service and assistance that iComfort Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. have done for a comfortable home during all California seasons and in addition helping me with financing everything through Lennox Finance Company went well. Their technicians are very kind and knowledgeable and do a great job with installation and maintenance. I was perplexed and confused with the Pure Aire System and UV Light that I also have installed with my new unit, and that was explained and must be changed yearly. It took a few explainings for it to sink in. The filter and UV Light are really great, and so glad that I do have them. Just had service done and a few questions were answered after the technician left by their office support. They will get with the technician to clarify and offer to send someone out, but the technicians do give thorough explanations and documentation back to the office and they have notes that they read. Real team work to offer understanding to the customer. I am grateful and glad that I have all new equipment and the great service this company offers. They will answer all your questions and make sure you understand and are aware. I am not the best at explaining something, but they made sure that I know and understand the equipment and service and are experts in their field and do make sure all is in excellent working condition. iComfort are a good team and anyone looking for HVAC or anything else would be very happy with them. I also have a wasp problem under the platform of the A/C Unit and a couple other spots. Called my organic pest company, and they couldnt come out right away to remove the wasps. Tried a few others. Each company tells you something different about the wasps. I personally feel that the technician should not work or check the A/C unit until the nest of twenty or thirty wasps is removed from under the platform. Some of these Pest Companies will say otherwise. I have a new company coming out next week. I have always been told wasp do not lose their stingers like bees, and if stung can be very dangerous. I also saw a movie on this. I personally would not want someone working on the unit with a wasp nest. I dont want to harm the wasps, if possible, just move them out. I am having the nest removed and then will have the A/C maintained. The Technician will be out again to do the check and also install the new UV Light and Filter in the Pure Aire System. An excellent company to work with.

5 stars are not enough for Icomfort. We called them because of their good ratings. Cory came to our home and we talked about our ductwork issues. He gave us a proposal. We changed our minds 3 times. He had to do 3 more proposals. He never rushed us. Very nice, patient and professional. The guys that were sent to our home were awesome! Javier and Daniel were a great team. They were hard workers, nice and very respectful of our home. Douglas and Isaiah were also amazing. This was a pretty dirty job. They were all super nice the whole time and not one complaint. They even swept and vacuumed at the end of each day. We cant say enough nice things about Icomfort and their employees. You all rock!!

Ive never had such a great experience with an HVAC company. iComfort actually cares about their customers! This is the company you want if youre considering any repairs or replacements of your systems, they will do whatever it takes to get your system running again.Back story: I had a new Daikin heat pump installed 2.5 years ago by a different company. The original company stated that the system came with a 10 year parts manufacturer warranty. When my system went out (from what I was told was caused by a power surge) the original install company told me that the warranty would not be honored and that I needed to spend another $15k to install another brand new system. No matter what I said, they just would not honor the manufacturer warranty because they didnt want to get their hands dirty and just wanted to make money by selling me a brand new system.I searched through many Daikin certified HVAC companies and all of them told me they didnt want to get involved to help me out and would only sell me a new system. Meanwhile my wife, my 18 month old and myself went all winter without heat because no one would help me repair my existing system by getting Daikin to honor the warranty and I didnt have money to buy another brand new system.Finally, I found iComfort. They told me it was going to be a hassle because Daikin has notoriously bad customer service, but they could get me up and running again and that yes, the first company lied because they knew it would be a hassle but Daikin would honor their parts warranty in this situation and all Id have to pay for is labor.iComfort came out multiple times, spent hours and hours on the phone with daikin tech support to diagnose what was wrong. Multiple times they were told to order incorrect parts that took weeks to arrive (again, no fault of theirs, dont go with daikin). iComfort never let up though. Each time new parts arrived, theyd be out the very next day to get them installed and to diagnose what was still wrong after a new part was installed. They never changed the original labor price I was quoted and Im sure they lost money on this interaction due to how many hours their tech Corey spent at my house. They persevered until my family and I had heat again and didnt charge me until they knew I was back up and running. I wish I had known about them when originally shopping for new systems, I could have saved myself a huge hassle and three months of cold.If you go with this company, you wont be disappointed. They took care of me on a personal level when the original installers turned their backs on me and held my heat for a $15k ransom. Thank you iComfort!

Giovanni from iComfort came to service my HVAC as a part of my maintenance agreement and he did so very professionally. Called me about 30 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way and was texted a link with live GPS tracking of his location. When he arrived, he introduced himself and put on shoe covers.After initial inspection, he showed me the issues with photos and videos and gave me clear options to fixing with a range of price options. I picked one and we scheduled him to return the next day for the fixes.The next day was just as smooth. He arrived and laid down covers to avoid scuffing floors and got to work. After a few hours, he was done and showed me videos and photos of all the new work. Very easy to understand and I have confidence that all of the work I ordered was done and done correctly.iComfort and Giovanni are a professional operation!

Wed. Dec. 6, 2023, the compressor was going off intermittently, made an appointment for Thr. 7th. Got a call today at 11:30a that theres a tech in the area, could he come by in a few minutes? Absolutely I said. He arrived and was well prepared to check out the system. He went up to the roof and immediately found that the fuse box had loose wires and screws. In minutes it as fixed. Im extremely impressed with iComfort.After 33 years, it was time to replace the heat pump system in my apartment. I called a good friend who does a good deal of construction and he highly recommended iComfort Heating & Air Conditioning.When I contacted them, I found them to be very professional, communicated clearly via email and text message, which I always prefer to have everything in writing.They sent an estimator, who spent the time analyzing my needs, listened to my input (I majored in architecture in college and built the building Im in).When the install took place, the crew did an excellent job, very organized and very careful to keep the place clean.A couple of days later I found I needed additional insulation, which they quickly took care. I also highly recommend them.

I was amazed at how responsive and buttoned up the iComfort team was when I reached out to them in a panic yesterday during one of the COLDEST days in LA. I emailed and texted, just in case one was the preferred method of communication and within minutes, I had someone reply and letting me know they would try to squeeze us in. We managed to get scheduled for the afternoon and I was given a window between 2-4pm and our technician arrived at 3:05pm. He was efficient, got straight into solving the problem and communicated all my options to me very clearly. We also received a video of the issue which I could share with my spouse, who was not home. Our technician was able to find a supplier for the part, and even though it was very tight timing with rush hour traffic, he was able to get another technician to drop by with the part in time to get our heat up and running. I have used iComfort Heating and Air for routine maintenance and occasional repairs since shortly after I purchased my Tarzana townhome 6 years ago, and I couldnt be happier with their service. This is a VERY well-run business. Their technicians are ALWAYS on time, extremely well-trained, uniformly knowledgeable, and courteous. When theres a problem, they discuss it in laymans language (no jargon), and describe the possible solutions and estimated costs for each (never an Ill have to ask my boss, someone will get back to you.) I have recommended them a number of times, and each time the customer thanked me profusely for the referral. You could probably find someone cheaper, but for the value they. bring, in 43 years of home ownership, I have never had a better, more consistent experience with a vendor of any kind.

These guys came in and spent three days diagnosing and repairing the issue. I received friendly expert service and quality parts. The technician was late, I didn’t get a phone call or notification to let me know he was going to miss his appointment. I called and they said he was still with a previous client. Once he arrived he was very nice and helpful. He took great care of us and was informative. However, this was the end of the visit. He said someone would contact us to give us an estimate on the job (which he said was going to be extensive and expensive). I received an email that had no new information and no quote. They said they would get right on it. It has now been 3 weeks and haven’t heard from them. I don’t recommend this service. They wasted my time and money. I ended up paying more money to have someone else evaluate the situation and fix it.Edit: Jorge contacted me a week after this review and kindly offered to refund me the money I paid. Since I thought this was fair I wanted to update the review and say that I-comfort air is not perfect but they went Above and beyond to make things right. They have proven to be a respectable company. I’m sure other people have had great experiences with them and as such my experience must have been a fluke. I appreciated the hand written note from Jorge and will recommend his company to others because they care enough to make sure all customers are satisfied.

Dave met with the inspector to ensure that everything was signed off so that the paperwork could be submitted to DWP for the $3,000 credit. Corey came back out for the final readings and prepared and sent the application to DWP for the $3,000 credit. Replaced 30 year old system with completely new AC/heat system with new ductwork and venting. Very thorough, high-quality work. Maintained excellent communication throughout the five-day install. Tim and Lalo and the rest of the crew were punctual, professional, and completely cleaned up all work areas at the end of each day. Completely removed all old equipment and patched all flooring and walls (they even patched some drywall holes in our bathroom left by previous contractors). Added returns to multiple rooms and the airflow and efficiency is now off the charts. They removed the old ductwork from the crawlspace instead of leaving it under the house, and added multiple plywood platforms in the attic to enable easy maintenance and attic storage if we wanted. Just an overall very impressive, thorough job throughout. Highly, highly recommend.

He helped us with our old system, keeping it operating for several years, which definitely exceeded the serviceable lifetime of our system. I held out for as long as I could before deciding to spend the money to replace the old a/c and furnace. A $6700 estimate from another company became a $20 electrical part to fix my air conditioning. Jorge came out to give me a 2nd estimate - he turns on the a/c - and it works! Still, he looked at the system top to bottom, for a good 2 hours, to ensure there was no issues.So I relayed this to the original company that gave me the 6700 estimate; this guy stood by his evaluation that a new condenser was needed. A few days later, the a/c once again failed. Jorge returned, and after some awesome detective work, was able to diagnose the problem as a faulty electrical breaker that was overheating. A $20 part.Ive not seen such diligence, coupled with expertise. Hes super knowledgeable about his trade. He cares about you and a job well done, and stakes his companys reputation on that. Happy to write this recommendation and hope iComfort gets more business than they can handle!

Top notch! Had a GREAT experience with iComfort Heating and Air! When our 30 year old furnace broke, we called several heat and air conditioning companies to evaluate our issue. After meeting with several reps and comparing equipment and pricing, George from iComfort stood out from the rest. George is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely honest and thoroughly explained the best approach to replacing our broken furnace and ancient 30+ year old inefficient, energy guzzling air conditioner (which never cooled properly and the other companies also recommended replacing). Since our air conditioner was on its last leg, we went with George’s recommendation to replace the system and it was the best decision we made. We have now joined the 21st Century and have a modern energy efficient furnace and HVAC air conditioner which we can control from an app on our phone! It was a super easy process where iComfort got my contact information and scheduled an appointment on the day of my choosing. Isai was assigned to the job and he was an absolute delight to work with!
