Over the years I used HTR Air Conditioning & Heating. Each time I have called I have received a prompt response and visit. Houston, Ty and their team are fast, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. It’s not often you find that combination. Recently my father in law needed a new inside unit. I knew without a shadow of a doubt that Houston and his team was who I should call. I was so impressed with how quickly and smooth the process went. I highly recommend Houston and his team at HTT Air Conditioning & Heating! I grantee you will be impressed!

If you need a reputable, honest, kind, professional, attention-to-detail HVAC company, I have just the one for you! I truly cannot say enough good things about them. We had been struggling with our super old system since we bought our home and it finally went out on us a few weeks ago. We called HTR AC & Heating. They came out, took our old system completely out (attic and outside units), replaced it with the new units and cleaned everything up. They even swept my house. They even came back out for the next few days just to make sure everything was running properly. They go over and beyond. No price gouging, no weird or hidden fees. Super fair pricing. They also offer a military discount. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. They gained us as life long customers! Give them a call!

I contacted HTR after getting recommendations on Nextdoor. The lady who answered my initial call was very personable and quickly put me in touch with serviceman. Houston Rideaux came and did a check of my heater and quickly found the problem. It was immediately apparent to me that he was a serious man who knew his business. He gave me a quick, reasonable quote to replace my furnace. He was in close contact with me about my appointment for the work. He arrived early and ready to do the work. The work was done quickly, and things were done above and beyond the original scope and I was not charged extra. The old furnace was removed, my house was left clean, and he explained everything that was done. This company will be my go-to from now on! Unequivocally recommend HTR AC and Heating.

We have had two separate experiences with HTR. Both of which were top notch.The first was in mid 2022. Our inside unit failed and had to be repaired. Of the three bids his fell in the middle. His demeanor and professionalism is what sold us. He took the time to explain the various options and let us make an informed decision.Fast forward to 2023 the breaker on the new system failed (it is a reputable brand by the way). The unit has a 10-year parts warranty and HTC provided a 1-year labor warranty. HTC responded quickly and fixed the issue at no charge. We couldnt be happier with our decision to go with HTC.

I called this young man around noon, maybe sooner. I left to go pick up a friend and when I got back, he was at my house working on my unit. He was very professional and definitely knows his business. Very reasonable as well. I will most definitely be calling this one again and will recommend to everyone I know.
