We had Trevor come out and install a mini-splitter in our home office. He came out to our home a total of three times: first to set all the wiring necessary, second to install the outside equipment, and the third time to install the unit in the office. At ALL times, Trevor was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, kind, and respectful. How refreshing to work with a great individual and company, and we would definitely recommend them to all!

Highland AC helped us out big time. Our AC broke during TX summer heat - Yikes.-I love that we get text messages from their system letting me know when one of their Techs are on the way.-These guys are quick to respond. They provide quotes for any parts and labor quickly.- our unit ended up needing to be replaced. Highland AC was able to provide financing options through Hearth online. Super easy to use.-Their guys came to remove my old unit. They were on time , they were polite, and courteous to clean up any mess that could’ve been left behind.-I’ve signed up for their maintenance plan so they can come and check on my unit 2x per year- before summer heat, and before winter freeze.Great service!

Highland recently installed a ductless A/C and heat pump in 2 rooms in my home (they also perform routine maintenance on our primary A/C and furnace unit). The suggested Friedrich product works beautifully. Their installers/technicians were professional, competent and respectful. 5+ star service. Highly recommend.

Highland AC is amazing!! I had an AC/Heater issue over the freeze and on a days notice and they came to my home, diagnosed the problem and fixed the it the following day. They were efficient, and very kind and considerate of my home. Their pricing was fair and never once did I feel that I was being charged for anything extra or unnecessary. Highly recommend!

We needed our HVAC serviced for a condensation drain issue during a high demand time. I left a message and got a call from the owner almost immediately to help me diagnose the problem. After Brian explained the process, the scheduler, Karen called within minutes to dispatch a technician. She was cordial and helpful. Kevin, the technician was out later that afternoon. He assessed the situation, fixed our immediate problem and then conducted a routine maintenance check on our units. He was professional and a great communicator explaining what he had done. Brian and his technician Kevin came out to help us at our business VCA Oak Hills. One of our units had a broken fan and we were quoted 17k from a different company to replace the whole unit & Highland’s was able to come out here and fix just the broken fan and save us so much money and give us another year to save for the units!!
