    Exellent service. Sent a request for a quote and had a service guy come to the house the same day. Ended up getting the whole system replaced and got everything installed before the end of that same week. Get the extended warranty, its worth it. Definitely will recommend in the future

    Our first need for heat this fall and my thermostat went blank after running a couple hours. Controller was malfunctioning and needed replacing. Technician came after regular hours on a Saturday. Thankfully, he had the part on his truck and installed the new one. He explained what the problem was and system was back up and running within an hour. Technician was Mr. Garcia. Very polite and knowledgeable in his troubleshooting. I have used Hess Air previously and always been satisfied with their willingness to go above and beyond the call. Highly recommend. Pricing is more than reasonable. Hess Air is reliable and very professional.

    I replaced my entire central AC and Heat in February.The crew arrived on time and promptly got to work. They removed the inside unit from the attic and the outside compressor. My attic access was difficult due to me having a smaller than usual attic ladder, but this crew was very patient and deliberate in removing the old unit and installing the new unit. After installation, they went over the operation of the new thermostat and cleaned up the area. Its so nice to have a new AC that runs like a new car. Highly recommended.

    Weve used Hess Air for our Trane system for years now and they always do great work. Javi has gone above and beyond recently helping us adjust the fan speed of our unit and installing a new coil.     Javi is a very professional technician. He came to my house to do an annual maintenance service on the AC and asked me if I had had any problems with the device during the year.I told him that during the Summer it was leaking from the base of the appliance.He reviewed the parts that control that problem and immediately made a diagnosis. He asked me if I wanted to fix that operational issue.Apart from doing the annual checkup, he helped me to solve that problem.The way he treated me was very cordial and respectful and the total cost for the services was very reasonable.I congratulate HESSAIR for having such qualified staff.

They diagnosed a critical failure with my system that was not recoverable, gave me a great deal on a new unit, and had a crew out the very next day that left me with a new AC unit installed professionally.     I was looking for a solution to a problem in the distribution of air and wanted seal off completely a duct system. The technician that HESS air sent showed me exactly why that would cause strain on the unit. He looked at all the vents and on one he noticed it wasn’t closed and closed it for me. He went out of his way to solve my problem. His name is Jorge Gonzales and as well as HESS air, I recommend their services.

    Mr. Javi stopped by to service my A/C unit in the attic. Not only was the pan full, but water backed up into the bottom of the unit itself! He was very informative in giving me tips on how to minimize the build up on the coils, that led to the build up of sludge/gunk ( for lack of a better term) on the bottom of the unit. Great service.     The technician Hess Air sent was David, and his work was excellent. He replaced a drainage line, and it is better than it was at first installation. He explained the need to monitor the placement of it since it is outside. David is knowledgeable, courteous, and a great representative for Hess Air.

    Hess Air has been the best Air Conditioning service company in the Valley for many years.Every person Ive spoken to with them has been cordial, respectful, professional and have let me feel like Im talking to friends who care about me.Im used to treating the people that Ive done work for as if I was doing work for my own family.It feels just like this every time that theyve shown up to take care of an air conditioning problem Im going through.This level of service doesnt come around from some other companies that Ive dealt with.I recommend them exceptionally.This recent technician, Eric Elizondo, has been so helpful.He isolated trouble fast and accurately then provided solutions instantly.He also quoted Duct Cleaning service to me that Ive heard costs several thousand dollars.Our quote was a small fraction of that for my size of house and duct vents.Finally getting them cleaned.They offered financing and we got approved for monthly payments which helped us get it.My respects to all of you at Hess Air.And thank you very much Mr. and Mrs. Hess.Lopez family

    Juan Silvestre Garcia was the tech that helped us out today and I was 100% satisfied as a customer to be able to do business with someone so knowledgeable. Buying A/C units are a major purchase and not something to take lightly. I appreciated his candor, expertise and customer service. Denise was also someone I communicated with on the phone quite a bit and she was equally as amazing every step of the way!I am editing my review to also commend the installers Juan and Javi who installed our units today in the attic and outside.     Called Hess for an A/C issue. They responded quickly and the tech was out to assess the issue swiftly.Tech David Solis was able to ascertain the problem in no time and fix the issue. He was awesome. Very amiable and kind as well as knowledgeable.A previous technician, Tech Eric Felion, who responded to a previous call was also very knowledgeable and helped fix an issue that 3 other techs from other companies could not figure out.Both techs were great!     Superior Service, Unbeatable Prices!Those of us in the valley frequently see two companies run commercials on TV. Let me tell you from experience, Hess Air is the superior option! I obtained several estimates for a full AC unit replacement. Hess Air not only had the best price, but their service was outstanding. Eric their technician was at my home the same day I requested the estimate, and a full team was ready to work the following day! Everything is running smoothly, and I couldnt be more satisfied.     I recently noticed my electric bill started creeping up starting June 2021, first 200, 300, 400 kw’s to finally Jan2022 1500 kw’s over the previous year usage. I called CPL to check my meter which they said was operating correctly. CPL said that much overage almost had to be an AC problem. On 4/27 I called for Jorge at Hess Air. He has worked with me since I bought my house in 2015. He supervised the moving of AC lines when I removed a wall. He has always taken extra steps and time to explain my system and what needed repair. My system checked out so then he moved outside to check the amps of each breaker. When he got to the garage he said this is the problem area and recommended turning off the window unit. I expectantly waited for a month to get my new electric bill. April usage was 2306 kw, I turned of window unit 4/27. May usage was 1345, almost half of the previous month. Then Jorge gave me some maintenance tips for the window unit to possible reduce its electric usage if I turn it back on. I couldn’t be happier and more satisfied with Jorge and Hess Air.

    Juan Garcia AKA Silver is a freaking life saver our hvac stopped working on a hot 🔥 day the inside of the house was 81🥵 and he had us up and running with in less then 20 minutes he was very patient and explained everything he was doing very informative highly recommend will definitely be calling them again hopefully not soon but very happy with the services 🙂🙂👍

    Fantastic team of highly trained experts in AC repair and replacement. To get your AC fixed right the FIRST time, Hess Air should be your only call! I have made the mistake of trying to save a buck and ended up paying for that mistake! They fix problems the cheap guys make. Quality work, prompt, and courteous.

    5/13/2016Called them today since my AC froze over and they were here within an hour. Technician had it fixed within another hour and the prices were really reasonable!5/27/2016had them come out to my house 5/25/2016 one more time since it froze over and they told me it has to be my blower since everything else is working fine. So since my whole unit is only 3-4 years old they needed to check to see if its under warranty so they would just charge me to swap it out. Well Ive been waiting since 5/25 since they said they would call me to let me know if it was under warranty and well today it froze over again. Its a Sunday and there is nothing they could do today since everything is closed and I have to wait till tomorrow to get an answer.So if you are looking for a reasonably priced company that probably wont get back to you and might not be able to diagnose the problem the first time, choose this company. If by any chance this gets fixed by tomorrow I will update the 1 star to a 3-4 depending on how long it last and how much it is.
