Manuel did my A/C and 2 of my friends, I recommended. We all felt he did a super job, provided high attention, very responsive and to top everything very reasonable in his pricing. Once he arrived, he was able to diagonose problem very quickly from the sysmptoms described to him. He is not a technician but a highly skilled Engineer by education and had a successful work life. I wish all the HVAC tech learn from his business practices. He needs more than Five Stars to rate his overall performance. I am staying away from those big name with big TV advertisement contractors. I am recommending him to all my friends.

We just moved to Cedar Creek. Our house has the HVAC system in the Attic. After dinner I noticed some water build up in the kitchen ceiling. Went into the attic and found a lot of leaking. I was desperate and starting calling companies. None were available. Gonzalez HVAC showed closed on Google Maps but I still called and he answered. He recommended to do Face Time to see if he can remotely help us till the next day. After about an hour on Face Time and telling us what to do, we fixed the problem and allowed the leak to stop and dry up.He did not charge us and he was very patient while dealing with us not knowing much about the HVAC system.Gonzalez HVAC will be our GO TO for any HVAC issues/ maintenance. In our family hardworking and lending a helping hand when needed is highly respected.I highly recommend Gonzalez HVAC!

Best AC repairman and installer in Austin IMHO. Very friendly service and will take the time to explain everything to you. Won’t try to up-sale you to a new system if the old system can be repaired. His expert diagnosis/trouble-shooting will save you a lot of money from others that may require more time (and cost) to figure it out.

Manuel was great! He explained everything in detail regarding our HVAC unit. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. His pricing is great! Will definitely use him again! 5 stars across the board!
