I have used Carlos for a couple years. Very responsive and professional. Any issues weve had, he was able to resolve in an expedited manor. We had air flow issues, Carlos dissected the issue, reran duct, new duct and improved the flow to areas of the house we needed. We had dirty sock syndrome which resulted in the home builder replacing our coil under warranty. That never really helped, Carlos was able to suggest installing an additional high strength air purifier and UV light that has drastically improved our house. We could tell the difference almost immediately. I also feel his yearly maintence plan is worth every dollar. Providing safe and secure comfort knowing hes looking over our unit. Living in Texas and needing HVAC, I sure am glad to rely on Genesis Comfort Solutions for all my AC and Heat needs. I highly recommend them. I often refer him to my neighbors and everyone has had the same response after Carlos is finished.

We had other AC guys come out because our AC wasn’t cooling. We were told they just needed to clean did that and left. Three days after that the AC stopped working. We became in a worse situation than before they came. When we contacted them they came to check and informed us we need to replace AC inside and outside with a cost of $6000. We were devastated and tolerated the TX heat for almost a week while looking for 2nd opinion. That is when Carlos from Genesis Comfort was referred to us by a friend. He checked and he said the wires to AC are burned he just need to extend the wires replace service disconnects, whips and Compressor Contactor. He was very professional and polite. We end up having our AC fixed with a fraction of the amount quoted to replace the Ac. I would recommend Carlos and his company to everyone from now on

At a last minute Carlos came out and told us what was needed and came back next day and fixed problem. Works like new. He is now my AC man. Very nice and reasonable. I give him a 5 Star. A+. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE.
