Gary’s showed up quick, on time, and knew exactly what they were looking for when they got there. They are a generous company that gives back to the community and they standby doing a great job for the customer. I have multiple units and they were only there to fix one, but while they were there, they inspected the other units, cleaned filters, etc. to make sure the entire system was gonna be satisfactory.

I called Gary’s because my heater wasn’t working. I was able to get same day service. Lundy came out, and fixed the problem quickly. He was professional, and explained what he had to fix. I know nothing about heating systems, so this was appreciated.On a side note, Gary’s sends a text with the technician’s picture, and a short bio. It made me feel safer knowing who was coming.

Gary’s Service technicians are always kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Marcus came today and was very charming. Ask if I had any issues answered any of my questions and, since it was raining, even put coverings on his shoes so he would not damage any of my flooring. I always feel safe with all of Gary‘s Technicians who have come to my house to check my units twice a year. I am always pleased with the service I receive.

Excellent service! Dustin was very professional and thorough! Our new homes A/C quit cooling, and we had no idea that there was a filter in the attic. Needless to say it was being overworked due to the filter never being changed for the last 4 years. Prompt call out at the end of the day. I called at 4 when getting home to realize house wasnt cooling. Arrived within 30 min, and discovered the issue quickly. First time using them, they came out the same day that I had notified them on the web site. We were out of town and I had my brother over there and meet them, as far as I know quality work and quality service, a little pricey, but I guess that’s what it is now. Previous company had put too much Freon in it and he had to discharge the excess into another tank and we replaced the rusted out box that is attached to the house from the compressor outside.

We had an excellent experience with Gary’s Heating and Air Conditioning. When my home’s heating system stopped working during extremely cold temperatures, the office staff also scheduled my appointment for the very next day, which I truly appreciated. Net day, Aby arrived and was very helpful and kind. He answered all the questions and provided space heaters while they ordered the necessary part. As soon as the part arrived, they quickly came to install it and resolved the issue efficiently. Even though purchasing a new unit is financially challenging for us, Aby was very honest and provided alternative solutions, doing his best to fix the issue. His professionalism, integrity, and customer service were outstanding. Thank you, Aby, and the entire team! God bless you all!

Just want to take a minute to give a shout out to Gary’s and the employees I have had the pleasure of meeting during the HVAC install at my mother’s house! For 30 yrs every year my brothers and I have installed window AC units at my parent’s house in the spring and pulled them out in the fall due to them not having central air. My mom finally made the decision to look at options to install a central heat/air conditioning unit. We got multiple bids, customer service and warranties that Gary’s offers on their equipment was why we decided to do business with Gary’s. Tina was a pleasure to talk to when setting up the proposal. Lundee was the comfort advisor that came out and discussed multiple options for equipment installation. We ultimately decided on the silver equipment package, ductwork and blow in insulation. Install day came and the install crew was great! Aries, Adrian, Edgar, Ranson, X, and Shane were assigned to the job. They were all very professional and took pride in their work. Thanks for the world class service, my mom will now be able to enjoy the comforts of having central AC on those hot summer seasons for years to come! We’ve had a great experience with Gary’s Heating and Air, who keep in touch via text and phone call, letting you know who is coming to your house and when. Cole Knight, who is knowledgeable and professional, diagnosed the problem with our unit after throughly looking at everything. He gave us two different options for the repair and we opted with replacing our unit. Our house was built in 2008 with the unit having never been replaced and it was time. Cole quickly put us in charge with Dustin Burbank to get the ball rolling, who also was professional, friendly and an expert on the entire process. The very next morning, Zach Sava and Antonio Hernandez showed up and replaced the old unit. It took most of the day and both were professional, organized and they cleaned up everything once they were finished. We couldn’t have asked for better service. I highly recommend Gary’s.

Aries Villegas installed my new unit in the attic with precision and accuracy. He persevered through the extreme temperatures committed to completing the installation to the best of his ability and would not stop until the job was completely finished. His partner Jaron completed the team of two by setting up the outside unit making sure everything was neat and secured and professionally installed. Both worked together as a team. They were very professional and informative about what they were doing why they were doing it and always open to the many questions I had. They took their role seriously and made sure that they were neat and cleaned up wherever they were working. Aries explained the fancy technical thermostat and assisted in getting it loaded to our phones. I can’t say enough of how satisfied my wife and I are with Aries and Jaron. We slept very comfortably last night because our installation team was determined to have it totally installed and working before they left. I dont leave many reviews, but felt this one was warranted. AC quit on a hot day, but also the day we were bringing our pup home from surgery. Temperature was a concern from the vet during recovery. I called several places but most appointments were at least a week out. The lady at Garys was able to squeeze us in with a technician due to the circumstances. Cole was proficient and found the problem and fixed it right as I was picking up our pup.
