I have used Gann since moving to Temple 5 years ago. Roy is always straight forward and honest about what he says and does. He has even helped me over the phone and always responds quickly. His prices are always very reasonable. I trust his judgment and work.Just had him replace my 27 year old hvac and the process was quick and efficient. The cost was significantly less than I expected.I highly recommend Gann Heating Air and Plumbing.

This is an A-1 company to have for your AC and heating needs, Roy was very polite punctual and really professional. He was knowledgeable and didnt mind to explain the issues and how they could have been prevented. Very respectful and honest. They came out in a timely manner got everything done properly and quickly and for the value there are no complaints whatsoever, I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will be using them for my next repair which he was sure I wouldnt need on the AC.

Roy and Julie really provided us some excellent service. Thorough some of lifes unforeseen minor delays (sickness), they communicated very well to let me know what was going on, and the revised time frame I could expect. When the day came, Roy showed up and re-plumbed our 28x48 trailer home in one day. Their estimate was slightly higher than others I received, but they provided pipe insulation on the pex piping, and cut-off valves that others did not include. It was the right decision to go with Gann Plumbing / Heating / AC. You should also give them a shot as your plumbing / HVAC jobs. I think youll be as happy as I am with their service, customer communication, and their work. Thanks Roy and Julie.
