Carlos is very professional. He has a greatMaintenance contract one charge to check The AC in the summer and the heating system in the winter. Each time only paying for repairs that were needed. After each visit, he indicates items that need to be observed and check for future repairs. He’s on top of everything. Works quickly and neatly. Very helpful to the seniors!

At noon, we called about our air conditioning unit not working at all and someone came by 2:00. The gentleman who did the work exceeded our expectations by far with his response and quality of work. It is impressive to see work that is ethical, honest and thorough and will not try selling something we didnt need. We highly recommend the go to guy in Sun City, Mark Smith, who serviced the air conditioning unit in record time.

I called Mark because of consistently outstanding ratings on Sun City (55+ community) social media sites. Mark lives in Sun City and has been doing this work for decades. I thought something was wrong with my air conditioning system since it wasnt handling the 104F temperatures here in Texas this year. He checked everything (refrigerant level, delta T measurements, etc) and told me all was good. So I apparently have an insulation issue, not an HVAC issue. I very much appreciated his honesty. He didnt try to upsell me on anything - - even though my system is 16 years old. So I can attest to his reputation as being skilled, honest, and a very nice person. I highly recommend Fresco.

We live on a large houseboat on lake Travis and when our AC went out 2 days ago I wasn’t sure who to call. My mom’s AC went out and they called these folks and had an amazing experience so I did the same. I called and within 30 minutes Fernando was at our boat and had me up and running in no time flat! I didn’t care what it cost but, to my surprise, it was much less than I was expecting with no surprises. These guys are professional, straight forward and very good at what they do. I highly recommend them.

We’re in the greater Austin area and I was doubtful we would find someone to check out the HVAC air conditioning issues we are struggling with for possible maintenance and repairs. After calling a few companies I got a word of mouth referral to call Fresco that came highly recommended.I called them right away and it went to voicemail. I thought maybe we should search elsewhere when they called me right back with a friendly, helpful tone.We were able to book a time within days rather than all the weeks (literally next month) out that the competitors could visit. I was so relieved!They showed up at exactly the time we discussed and I was impressed with their knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism. Not to mention the solution they came up with that saved me time and money.We manage some other properties in the area and I will be calling these guys first, every time. Fernando and Carlos are great; wonderful to see that element of taking pride (in their job). They replaced 15 ducts, installed a new ‘unit’ and repaired/cleaned the mess left by previous company.
