    Capacitor blew on my upstairs unit. Agustin, replaced it and flushed a drip pan that was clogged in the attic. You rarely come across businesses that have 5 star reviews across the board, but these guys get that because they are very good at what they do and more importantly honest and fair.

    Definitely recommend!! Agustin responded fast, came out the same day, and took his time explaining what was wrong with my AC unit. He was very professional and patient with answering all of my questions. He really made me feel comfortable about getting the AC fixed, and had the best price quote from the beginning. I did not feel like he was trying to upsell me. Made me feel like there are still true honest people out there! Thank you Augustin!

    My thermostat had stopped working in the heat of summer and I did not discover it until I arrived home from work in the evening. I called a company that was supposed to be out within an hour and after waiting well past that I decided it was best to begin reaching out to other AC repair companies. I called multiple companies, all of which were finished taking appointments for the day. Out of all of those companies that I called, Augie was the only one who followed up with me via text and let me know he could be there first thing in the morning. He was nice and efficient. He solved my problem and I was able to get my home back and up and running that day. I would recommend this company.

    We had a few recommendations as well as all of the glowing reviews here for Fix My Air, LLC, and I am pleased to add another great review to the list. We contacted them about our unit dripping, and they were out the same day with several suggestions for keeping our unit running in this Texas heat. I don’t feel that anything was pushed on us other than what was needed, my husband got a very thorough explanation of everything, and we are all taken care of now with peace of mind that our unit is going to be okay. Thank you, Augie and team, for taking great care of your customers! We won’t hesitate to call for all of our HVAC needs in the future!

    Agustin was professional, and overall a quality guy. He went above and beyond to give us the best service possible! Everything was explained thoroughly and he had our best interest in mind. The installation crew took pride in thier work. I had a new system installed with new duct work. When I went in the attic, it did not look like my old attic. Fix My Air went beyond what other companies would have done.

    Our AC went out yesterday, and FIX MY AIR DFW was out promptly at 08:00 this morning. Augie was very professional, and he had the problem identified and repaired in less that 45 minutes. The price was very fair, and you cant beat the service. I will definitely be calling these folks for any issues that arise in the future. I highly recommend this company!

    Agustin worked with me every step of the way. The entire team did a great job. Price was extremely competitive, but always remember you DO get what you pay for. Having said that I worked with several companies getting estimates and explanations of what I needed and what was wrong with my system. Several companies were full of it so to speak, Augustine was honest...he explained everything. With me being somewhat knowledgeable on some HVAC things, I knew he was telling the truth on several items that others lied/extended the truth on..highly recommend

    Agustin was great and I would highly recommend his HVAC services! I had a leak in my attic that appeared to be from my HVAC and then my AC stopped running. Booked my appointment online after seeing positive reviews for Fix My Air on Nextdoor.Agustin communicated about his arrival time and when he arrived he was very thorough assessing the issue.His pricing was fair and upfront, he also didn’t try to upsell me on any extras.I’m a first time homeowner and in addition to fixing the issue, Agustin went above and beyond spending extra time answering all of my questions about the system overall.I will definitely be using Agustin and Fix My Air for all of my HVAC services going forward!

    We needed to have two full HVAC units installed to replace our 30 year old units. Mr Espinoza (owner) came himself and thoroughly looked at my systems and household needs, then took the time to explain all of my options. We had a good conversation about modern HVAC units including the pros and cons of the different types of units being installed in homes today. Needless to say, I had a very good understanding of what I was purchasing. Less than a week later He and his guys showed up, on time with the new equipment. They were quick, courteous and professional throughout the entire install. When they were done I checked out the install myself and it looked top notch. As an aircraft mechanic Im used to things being done to a certain level of care and quality and these guys did a great job. Several days after the install we encountered a problem. The problem was caused by an improperly installed drain line and it caused water to leak onto my ceiling. Let me be clear, Fix my Air DFW did not install anything incorrectly, this was done when the house was built 30 years ago. Mr Espinoza however stood by his work and customer service policy and had the leak fixed and sheetrock repaired in a very timely fashion. Lets face it, HVAC units are expensive, everything about them is expensive no matter who you go with. I do believe Mr Espinoza gave me a good deal, but where he really shines is with his quality of work and customer service. Thank you Fix my Air DFW.

    This company installed a complete HVAC system for my residence. I was very pleased with the work, the price and the professionalism. Augustin was very transparent and kept me informed.     Definitely recommend this honest and great customer service company! My furnace went out and they were able to book me an appointment for early the next morning. Was on time, and was explaining the entire process of what was wrong and how to prevent it from happening. I received plenty of tips and suggestions that I will be using this company in the summer for the A/C unit! 10/10!

    By far the best A.C. service I have ever had! The technician took his time to explain everything in detail. He never rushed, took his time and answered every question.     I called FIX MY AIR with an urgent problem late in the evening, after another company had failed to show. Augie told me he could be there in around 30 minutes, which is exactly what happened. He was very friendly and knowledgable, and was able to fix my complicated system and re-wire it to prevent the same thing from happening again, and save me a lot of money. I will definitely be using them in the future for any HVAC needs. Thanks for giving my family a huge sigh of relief and getting our house back to normal!

    Agustine with Fix My Air DFW is extremely knowledgeable and ethical. He arrived prepared to do extensive repairs based on my limited description, but upon assessment of my system he determined it was a much smaller and cheaper repair. He could have made unnecessary repairs but was very honest in his assessment and charged me a very reasonable amount. I have used Fix My Air DFW for all of my preventative maintenance since then to keep everything in excellent working condition. You won’t be disappointed with them and can have a worry free experience.
