I had an emergency after Beryl hit us this past Monday to where my ac went completely out on me. I found this company online and called, and Luis answered immediately. I explained what was going on and Luis was out the very next morning to work on my unit. Due to the storm a lot of places were still closed and the part he needed was located all the way in Sugarland (I am located in Webster) and he went and retrieved the part, returned, and installed it in a very timely and efficient manner. His professionalism was top tier and I couldn’t be more thankful for his expertise! I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for repairs for their ac/heating needs!

The great work and honesty of this company is incredible. We moved in to our new house 9 months ago and for some reason my ac stop getting cold . I called Fast solution to come and check my Ac . They were well recommended to me . Luis came and check my ac unit the same day I called him . After a thorough inspection he stated my ac compressor was bad . He was also able to tell the ac unit was not that old and he told me that my unit my still is under warranty . I don’t know how he was able to check but we got our compressor under the warranty and we only had to pay them for the labor . I highly recommend them!

Fast Solutions were recommended to us by our neighbor, and their estimate beat other companies by thousands. They provided excellent service despite very hot conditions. Luis and his crew were on time, worked diligently and were professional as they went about their work. They installed a Carrier system at a great value and were able to install it the day after the estimate. We had been using a window air conditioner as our central air went out right before Beryl hit. Luis was a great communicator and kept us informed of their progress. We would highly recommend Fast Solutions Heating and Air for new installations!

Fast, professional, organized, and reliable. These guys know how to work and install and amazing system in your house in a day. If I had before and after pictures it would be shocking the work they did. I had no attic space due to the ducts just laying everywhere, and couldn’t open my gate because of my unit. Organized my attic for me to be able to store a lot of seasonal decorations now!! And placed a new slab for my unit to be able to open my gate.

We are very happy with our service from Fast Solutions. Luis did an amazing job fixing our AC issue! He had great communication with us during the whole scheduling process, and to alert us of his arrival window. He found the issue quickly, and even made time to complete a tune up for us that was greatly needed. The cost was fair and affordable. Luis was professional and kind during the whole encounter. We will definitely reach out to this company with any future AC problem.

THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME!!! My AC went out and I knew it needed to be replaced. While in the process of fielding estimates a friend of mine recommended this company. I called and Luis came out same day. He was very professional and honest. I had to replace air handler, condenser, all new duct work and insulation. My atic was a mess, its super tiny and there is hardly any space up there plus the entry is even smaller. Luis and his team removed and installed everything piece by piece. These guys really know there stuff. They organized my attic space and made it look amazing. There was clear communication throughout the process. I highly recommend this company you will not be disappointed!!!

Luis is incredibly knowledgeable in his field. Same day service (I lucked out, its 100 degrees outside). Luis had the issue with my A/C diagnosed within 15 minutes. He explained the issue and showed me the faulty part (capacitor) . Luis also went into as much detail as I needed. Very reasonably priced. FIVE Stars...good people!

Luis is awesome! A/C went out last night, called him early, and he was here within 4 hours. Took him a total of 15 minutes to diagnose and replace a burned out capacitor at a more than reasonable price. I highly recommend Luis and Fast Solutions Heating and Air! The name says it all!

Luis is the best ac guy. He has the most affordable service call fee in town. He came to my house the same day i called to diagnose the problem and discuss options for every budget. I opted in to getting my old mid 2000s ac system replaced. He put in a new trane unit, and did extra work to make sure the new ac stays working for a long time.

The reviews previous to mine are what had me reach out to Fast Solutions Heating and Air, reached out due to a faulty thermostat on a Friday evening expecting to get a response for possibly the next day or the following week, Luis response was that he couldnt leave me in that situation, and was at my house diagnosing the issue the same day a couple of hours later well after 1900hrs, on time replaced the thermostat gave me options and discussed other issues that Im concerned about as well, Thanks Luis for assuring our home stay cool specially with this summer heat, definitely recommend very professional, prices are fare will be conducting future repairs with him. Thanks again Luis.

Amazing service! Louis showed up as he said he would. Did the maintenance on our system and also checked out the mini split unit I had installed in the garage. The guys who installed it messed up and loius came to the rescue and fixed the problem. He will go out of the way and goes above and beyond to take care of customers. Highly recommend this company......not to mention he will hook you up with a great deal!
