David has been our air guy since the heater broke in February 2016. His quote was more reasonable than the first tech our home warranty company recommended. He installed both new air and heating systems in our home, then recommended and installed a whole home surge protector. He recently came to my home to do a routine bi-annual maintenance on our system (a very affordable service he offers). He was on time and done in less than an hour. Faithful been just that, and a great find in my experience.

Joe Tackett at Faithful Air did an amazing job replacing the condenser and some other parts on an older system in a house that we just bought. He was on time, professional, and very conscientious. He didnt take any shortcuts and strove to optimize the performance of the unit. I couldnt be happier. Id highly recommend him and the company for any work!

Looks like David solved an on going problem with the blower motor . I purchased the house last July and have been through 4 blower motors via Home Warranty. David called the manufacturer of the unit and they told him what to check. There was a voltage drop causing the motor to burn up (literally). I had the power company come out to check their end of it, they found loose connections at the meter. I then checked the connections on my main panel, more loose connections. They are all tight now so hopefully problem solved.Thank you David.
