    I had Juan Martinez, from EZ Comfort Air Conditioning, visit my home for a quote only on a whole house generator. Prior to visit, I have had others dealers offer quotes.The quote met my budget and I was approved for a payment plan within a few seconds. At 8:30 a.m. the next morning, Juan and his crew were at my home to deliver the generator. The Plumbing crew came later that morning and installed the generator and the plumbing connections.On the following day, the electrical crew came and installed the transfer switch. The generator is relatively quite and has a five year Generac Warranty. Juan stayed in contact with me throughout the installation process. I was impressed with the high level of customer service - something so very rare today.This has been an excellent purchase for my family!

    Estevan was amazing! Customer service is definitely 5 stars. He explained everything so well and even answered all of ours questions in detail. He came to fix our heater because it would not stay on and thankfully he was able to get it up and running like normal so we can prepare for this freeze! Highly recommend them!

    We called EZ Comfort for issues with my AC not cooling. My attic is a very tight space and was very impressed how Phillip didnā€™t have any issue with inspecting the system. Other technicians wouldnā€™t even go up there. He was very knowledgeable and felt confident in what he recommended be done. The installer was quick and efficient and now my AC is working better than before and we bought the house brand new 9 yrs ago. After the repairs were complete Felipe inspected the work to ensure everything was working. Overall we are very pleased with their top tier service!

    Juan was very pleasant and knowledgeable about my equipment and the problem I was having. He had my unit running in no time.I signed up for the annual maintenance program (twice a year) and he was nice enough to waive the cost of the service call and repair.He also provided an estimate for electrical and gas connections on my house to be used with a portable generator in the event of a power outage.Iā€™m glad to have these guys on my ā€œhomeā€team.

    Update:I ended getting Ez comfort to install a new Trane heat pump and all new equipment in attic !!Dispatch along with the tech Juan was on top of their game. Talking about communication they are awesome with letting you know and notifying you whoā€™s in route and getting it scheduled they showed up on time.Also the installers were here also on time and very clean up after themselves no mess left at all!And I needed to have them out to do some adjustments the next day, and they were on top of getting Juan back out to my house! I highly recommend them!!!!!!Juan is so knowledgeable!!He answers any questions you have and gives you feedback . I appreciate I am dealing with same person start to finish. Very prompt to return calls and the arrival times to the home are on point.I have decided to go forward with a complete new replacement system and Juan has been such a big helpin this process. I definitely recommend Ez comfort AC &Heating. I also like the fact that they have extended warranty on installs labor and parts they also offer maintenance plans several to choose from.

    My heating unit stopped working yesterday and I contacted EZ Comfort and they had a technician out in about 2 hours. Estevan Garcia was the technician who came to my house. He was very knowledgeable and explained clearly why it probably wasnā€™t working. After troubleshooting, Estevan stayed until he was sure it was heating once again. He was very knowledgeable and provided some very helpful tips for heating. EZ Comfort did it once again! Thanks Estevan for getting back up and running.

    I contacted EZ Comfort primarily on location first as they were nearby. After a scheduling error, Felipe took the call and came over. He was professional in every detail, even calling me Mr... which I look for my dad at that point, and putting on booties while in the house. He was knowledgeable of the system required as well as the products offered. He answered all my questions and while it is still early in the bid process, I was compelled to, at least, give them a 5-star review for their initial quote.

    Had a 12 year old Goodman Amana system fail on a rental property. They gave me a quote to replace entire system and furnace with TRANE equipment, they also offered Goodman for a lower price point if you want a more economical solution. Ive had bad experiences with Goodman equipment due to evaporator coil failures so I will never buy Goodman again, the TRANE is a little more expensive up front but I think over the life of the system the TRANE will be cheaper with better reliability.They did an amazing job on this install. Very clean installation.Also love that they have a great billing system that lets you use Apple Pay and sends nice PDF receipts.Good work, courteous, on time and easy to do business with.Phillip was very professional and came back after the install to do a quality control check on the system and make sure everything was working properly. Phillip is very knowledgeable and makes sure everything is done right.

    Philip Mora and his crew removed and replaced all of our HVAC ductwork. We had experienced poor air flow throughout the bedrooms and bathroom in our home for years and final decided to do something about it. Philip came out and gave us a great estimate to not only replaced all of our ductwork but also add new ducting in order to balance the airflow properly. In addition, they also upgraded our coil casing and added an extra return and media filter. All of these upgrades really balanced the airflow throughout the house evenly. Philip made the entire job seamless, and his crew did an incredible installation job and also left everything very clean. We would highly recommend EZ Comfort Air Conditioning & Heating.     EZ Comfort rescued me from Home Warranty shenanigans, after I hadnā€™t had AC for 10 days while in the middle of a heat wave in Humble that included daily heat advisories and resulted in a house whose ambient temperature was 90F from June 14th - June 24th 2023.Their staff were able to get me on their schedule with minimal delays (when other companies were quoting 2-3 weeks into the future), with one phone call to the stellar office team. The Business Owner & HVAC technician, Juan Carlos, quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what options I had. His professional, polite, technical demeanor & explanation resulted in my family replacing the furnace, drip pan (which was inappropriately plumbed causing rusty water to constantly drip from our backup line rather than divert to the primary drain line) and installed a whole home surge protector. These updates should mitigate/eliminate future issues.It is likely that local power surges placed strain on my capacitor (which had a burnt out terminal & char marks on the mounting frame), resolved a Gerry-rigged control board, and replaced the non- functioning blower. All these observations where ignored by my home warranty inspector who instead quickly insisted that I had a leak in my system that the HW wouldnā€™t cover & tried to sale me a ā€œtemporary fixā€ via cash that wouldnā€™t have addressed any of the true issues. Thank goodness I was smart enough to reach out to EZ Comfort who did a thorough system inspection to provide a technical disposition with appropriate records of their findingā€™s & recommendations for correction.The EZ Comfort staff who came out to help (installation & removal of non-operating equipment) were professional and friendly, with much appreciation, thanks, and popsicles given to Juan Carlos & his team (Yoni, Jose, & the electrician).The front of the office staff were equally as professional effective and just pleasurable to talk and work with to restore services. I am looking forward to using EZ Comfort for all my future HVAC & home services needs in the future as together we maintain & service my property through their helpful & reasonably priced maintenance plan & dedicated team of technicians & installers.Thanks to the full EZ Comfort Team!~ Andria Elkins

    Our ac went out 2/24 we called ez comfort and they sent Felipe right away and he was great quick and efficient had it up and running! Then 8\24 we had a leak we called, they sent Marcello firts thing next morning he found the problem had gave us the estimates told us what was going on we sat on it for the day called them tht evening and had the job done the next day and it excited our expectations we were a little nervous but by the time they were done we knew we made the right decision and Marcello knew what he was doing!

    November 2023 Update... Its been almost 2 years since getting a Trane variable speed zone system and were extremely happy with it.The Texas heat dome this past summer was no match for how amazingly comfortable it feels. The system runs more often at lower (variable) speeds, which in turn keeps the humidity levels down in the house so that we can actually keep the thermostat at a higher temperature than we could our previous one speed system. But also it feels like just the right amount of coolness on us all the time, rather than how our one speed system blew hard until we were cold but then we felt hot again shortly after turning off. And of course all this adds up to much greater efficiency while using less electricity and a big savings each month.Alfredo Sandoval from EZ Comfort has been coming 2x a year since installation to do checkups on the system as part of their service plan. He is extremely thorough, courteous and always makes sure all my questions are answered before completing his system checkup. So for BOTH installation and post-installation maintenance and service, I highly recommend EZ Comfort!---------Original Review (Feb 2022)Amazing company!     Alfredo did a great job helping us out with relocating our a/c units and provided us with very helpful insight for long term care of our systems. He is extremely knowledgeable and was available after hours with questions we had. He truly went above and beyond to help us out. EZ comfort is not the cheapest bidder, but it does come down to knowledge, expertise, and doing a job correctly. They have fixed installation errors on other systems we had installed by other companies and made sure our units were working at full capacity and correctly, which in Houston is essential.

    After being without A/C for 3 weeks due to my home warranty company and the inept contractor they used, I was at my wits end and decided to find my own A/C service. I called EZ Comfort Air and they were at my house within an hour and a half. Within 5 minutes they had correctly diagnosed the problem and set up a plan to replace my A/C and heating unit. The gentlemen who came out and worked to install our new unit were great and very professional. There was a mishap with one of the techs accidently halfway falling through the ceiling of my kitchen, however, they assured me they would fix it at no extra cost to me, and had a great sheetrock repairman out the next morning. Despite that, I am thrilled with the knowledge and professionalism of this company and their ability to do everything is an extremely satisfactory time frame. I look forward to the relationship Ill have with this company for the next 10 years (due to my 10 year service warranty on my new unit). I rarely give 5 star reviews, but I am very happy with my decision to call EZ Comfort Air. Thanks guys!

    Mark came by and recommended we clean and disinfectant our HVAC after the previous owners had cats and we are allergic. He also installed a return air unit in our master bedroom. From the consultation to the complete installation, it was less than 48 hours. Mark and his team completed the process quickly and efficiently.     We were pleasantly surprised to see our Technician, Juan, arrive 1 hour earlier than scheduled. However, it was a fluke but timing in this business means everything. We prefer a prompt Technician over a late or no show any day. $75 is a bit high for a 1 hour service call but the detailed and thorough report sent via email made up for it. Juan was well mannered and placed plastic booties over his wet boots every time he entered the house. Our AC furnance unit is over 13 years old and had several issues such as worn out gas exchange value that would seize up, frozen condenser pipes both inside and outside unit, and dusty blower unit that was never maintained. Juan suggested that a new 4 Ton 14 seer unit would be more cost effective for $8,900. He suggested to add more items such as UV light to kill viruses and bacteria, insulate the attic with R 30, and add two more ducts to adjacent rooms. Juan included a 1st time customer discount for a grand total of $10,000 and could begin work the following day. Needless to say we declined the offer and will consider to hire EZ for future work since Juan was courteous and professional.

    Let me start by saying I NEVER leave reviews unless a company goes above and beyond or has simply built the best mouse trap I have experienced in their industry. EZ Comfort deserves this review due excelling in both categories noted above.Alfredo Sandoval is a top notch tech. He is professional, knowledgable, and always ready to give you as much or as little information as you want. Over the last 3 years, EZ comfort serviced my old A/C system, installed a full new A/C system, and installed spray foam in my attic.They have always been responsive, straight forward, and by far the best residential A/C contractor I have ever worked with.

    Temperatures were near freezing the day after Christmas. Our furnace was not working so I called EZ Comfort Heat n Air. They responded immediately and had a tec. Here within the hour. Felipe ran a diagnostic test and determined our 20 year old furnace needed replacement. Installation was scheduled for the next morning and financing was offered with 0% interest rates for 18 months. We couldnt be more pleased with the services we received. The Installation went very well the crew was timely, efficient and very professional.     My recent experience with EZ Comfort was above expectation. Before Alfredo, our technician, even arrived I received a text with his photo and name. That was a big plus both for safety as well as piece ofmind before meeting someone I never met before.Once here Alfredo was extremely polite and professional. He gave a complete work up on my system (which turned out to be ok) and not once tried to up sell me.As an experienced homeowner, I am all to familiar with dishonest contractors.     Not sure I got the best price but I am sure I got the the best service when I purchased a new 5 ton cooling system. The best service is paramount to my criteria when it comes to satisfaction.The 18 year old Trane was passed its time and EZ Comfort sent a crew out and gave it a huge going away party. They installed a new replacement system in about 6 hours.The new Trane is much appreciated and I am sure it will be here as long as its predecessor. The crew cleaned up after the party.     Let me say when i first called i spoke with the office manager Ms Aisha. She was so warm and friendly and patient with me as i explained my issue. Its not always easy dealing with people over the phone these days, so I appreciate her professionalism and patience in scheduling me for my diagnostic appointment. If you call ask specifically for Ms Aisha. šŸ˜‰Now regarding The technician that came out was Alfredo S. Let me first say I was very impressed with his punctuality and professionalism when he greeted me. He was very respectful and before I could hand him foot covers he pulled them out of his back pocket. His initial visit was just to diagnose my thermostat issue but he went above and beyond just that and even checked the furnace and my Ac unit to ensure they was running properly. He gave me more information than I was expecting. I plan to upgrade my thermostat based on his suggestion and I will be sure to sign up for the yearly HVAC preventative maintenance plan they have with its perks. Overall I am very satisfied with Alfredos visit and knowledge and will definitely call and request him for my thermostat installation as well as my yearly maintenance. My opinion is if you call for service Request Alfredo. You will not regret it!šŸ˜‰

    After 14 years my ac unit went bad in those 14 years Ive never had to call anyone for any type of service on my unit so i was really skeptical about repairing or replacing my unit i had 5 different companys giving me a quote but juan was the only one that didnt try to upsale me anithing, he was real clear about the unit and explained all the different types of brands and options, so i went with them not because they were the cheapest or the priciest but they ( juan) was real straight forward and he actually was the only one who brought up other small details that werent done properly when the house was build problems that i knew it had to be fixed but every other company chose to just ignored and didnt say anything and of course they werent going to mess with it but juan was real straight on it and explained every single thing that need it be done to make the job right so i definitely recommended this guys, also the installation guys were really polite and relally careful when they took out and put in the unit they did an excellent job they didnt rush to get it done they took their time installing the unit correctly i personally felt bad for the guys because they were here till 9 pm, but i knew that they were doing it right, so is been a week already since they installed, a comfortable cold week thanks to ez confort,

    I was very pleased with the service I received. I contacted (2) other companies that were 24hr. trying to have air units checked for Sunday service. I contacted one on Fri., and the other one on Sat. and didnt receive a call back from one until yesterday. I called EZ on Saturday morning and they had someone out within 30 minutes. They are timely and knowledgeable, were having an electrical problem and they contacted CenterPoint when they determined the problem was on their end. Other companies have told us to contact CenterPoint. Not disappointed with their service.

    After buying an older home it was time to replace the AC, we went through a few quotes and found EZ comfort had the best price and we felt the most comfortable as they werent pushy like all the others. They sent Alfredo out and he presented us with 3 options and after choosing the Trane variable speed the guys got to work.     Great service and very professional! My system went out after a storm. Called and got service for next day between 10am to 2pm. The office called me to see if tech could come early and he was here at 9am. Felipe diagnosed the system and fixed the problem. Scheduling an estimate was a breeze and the owner, Carlos, provided the estimate. He was extremely professional: he arrived on time and was thorough in explaining system options. He provided pictures of what you would see upon completion of an install and was VERY patient with me when asked TONS of questions, during and after the estimate visit. I appreciated his honesty and transparency: I asked some pretty direct questions to ensure that I would not be taken advantage of as a woman. As soon as his presentation was complete, I knew I wanted to do business with this company.Carlos did not pressure me to earn his business. My system was still working though not efficiently. The contractor I used for 12+ years used a scare tactic, warning that I should replace my system as soon as two days after an estimate given, which was higher than EZ Comforts bid and did not include a furnace replacement. An unforeseen situation prevented me from scheduling an immediate installation. Again, EZ Comfort staff exercised patience with me as it was three months after my initial inquiry and three rescheduled appointments (and more questions, thank you Ayesha and Yesenia!) before they finally gained my business.The installation crew arrived on time (I received a call with an estimated arrival time), were courteous and made sure to protect my home from potential damage.     Working with EZ Comfort Air has been such a great experience. We had a brand new unit installed last year in 2020. Their customer service dept and installation crew were amazing and explained everything to us regarding the unit and the new digital thermostat.We recently had to call EZ for help regarding some water issues in the attic that affected the duct work in our home. Their response was so quick, they dispatched someone the same day! It was nice to see Mr. Juan Martinez when he arrived, he was also on the original installation crew a year ago. Juan is knowledgeable and skilled at his job. He provided an assessment, a quote, and came back the next day to complete the work.     My AC unit was not working on the first level of our home for the past two days during hot weather conditions during the month of May in Houston, TX. After trying to trouble shoot ourselves we decided to contact an AC company and let the professionals fix the problem. I did a thorough search for a reputable company on a Saturday and decided to go with EZ Comfort Air Conditioning & Heating. Iā€™m so glad I made the right choice contacting this company. I was able to get an appointment on the same day which was a Saturday and the technician Alfredo was able to come earlier than the time I was initially given. He was able to found the problem within minutes and have our AC unit back up functioning quickly. Alfredo was very respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, patient with answering all the questions we had and make some great suggestions. We even decided to sign up for the maintenance program to help to prevent potential issues and keep our AC units working at optimal level.     My wife and I needed to move our outside unit to install a patio and Alfredo gave us a quote. He also gave us an option for a new indoor unit as our current unit was 18 years old. A few days later he and his team came and did the move of the outside unit and install of the new inside unit. They were done the same day. I called EZ Comfort and spoke with Carlos and Yesenia to set up an appointment for their tech to diagnose my home and signed up for their maintenance services. Felipe came and diagnosed my system to discover my system was low on refrigerant because of a leak. Turned out that the Evaporator Coil was bad. We spoke about my options and a path forward. Today their installers came and took care of my system. Installed a new Evap Coil and followed up with topping off my system with refrigerant for a fair price. Thank you Felipe, Carlos, and Johnny. Also, Yesenia, for always giving me an update on Tech ETAs. Thank you for everything Ez Comfort.

My air-conditioner stopped working on Thursday evening, Carlos came out on Friday and went over everything with me, going over options and pricing.     It is rare that a company surprises and impresses enough for me to write a review but EZ comfort turns out to be one of those rare companies that simply rises above and beyond their competition. 2 weeks ago, I found myself in the unenviable position of having to replace my old and failing HVAC systems. These were variable speed systems whose replacement price was eye-opening. I shopped around and got a few estimates from a few companies before I got EZ Comfort to come over and provide an estimate. Alfredo Sandoval surprised me by not only spending a whole day digging into and presenting detailed repair options and replacement options, as well as the pros and cons of each option - something the other companies did not do, he also impressed me with his no-pressure expert approach to helping reach the best decision. EZ Comfort was able to provide the absolute best price for my impressive Trane systems, but more importantly, they were able to turn around and install my chosen 4, 3, and 2 ton high efficiency variable speed Trane systems in the limited 2 to 4 days I demanded. Alfredo and his team were impressive in the execution of the job, the service follow-through, and the post-implementation checkup. They even installed a whole house surge protector to better protect my investment without charging me for it.     EZ Comfort installed a quality Trane system on my previous home, doing an outstanding job with excellent follow up periodic service and now needed a replacement on my current home. They came out on short notice, within the early part of their 2 hour window (others offer 4 hour windows). Alfredo and Phillip went right work, assessing the problemThat set the need of a new system into motion and then collecting info and photographing the various elements involved in a replacement for an accurate quote. Due to shortages of equipment needed and what is in stock not in stock and availability to install ASAP proved a challenge for all vendors asked to quote - it was a close decision between 4 different vendors opted to go with a competitor who had everything ready to go with a good price. EZ Comfort is still on top of my list but my flexibility of not having AC at all really pushed an near impossible time table which only one could 100% guarantee, without a doubt. No fault to EZ Comfort whatsoever- solid company and staff, very professional.

    I worked with Alfredo to replace my HVAC system. I was on the fence about which type of system I wanted to go with. I knew I didnā€™t want to go with a single stage system, but I wasnā€™t sure if I wanted to go with the two stage system or the variable speed system.Alfredo thoroughly explained how the two systems work and the pros and cons of each system. At the end of the day I decided to opt for the premium variable speed system. I went with the Trane XV18. I was a little hesitant because of the high cost, but since I donā€™t plan on moving any time soon, and so many great reviews, I decided it was worth the extra money.They were very professional from start to finish. They put protective covers over the floors to prevent tracking dirt or damage. Alfredo explained the importance of proper installation and also made recommendations to make the system work to its fullest potential.Alfredo and his team did an exceptional job with the installation. Once they were done and tested the unit, we did a temperature check throughout the whole house. Going from room to room there was only a one degree temperature difference. This is amazing considering the old system had hot and cold spots throughout the house.I would definitely recommend EZ Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating to all my friends and family.     As far as value, EZ Comfort is somewhere in the middle, theyre not the most expensive but theyre not the cheapest either and were more than willing to work with us in that area. When we called, they were extremely responsive as were able to move us into their schedule for a same-day installation of all the hardware involved. They were a little late getting to the house but once they arrived the installation was fast and very effective.As far as quality, the labor was fast and professional. We had been told it would take about 4 to 5 hours but in fact they were done in about 3.5 hours. All the equipment they installed is new and the work seems to be well done. I couldnt find any gaps, holes or leaks in any of the connections up in the attic. They were also very responsive to any questions we had regarding all the work.

I highly recommend the company-- 5 Stars!I ordered a new Trane XV18 5 Ton HVAC system on Friday morning, July 22. They came in the next day, Saturday, and installed everything which was a 10 plus hour job end-to-end. This unit is awesome for anyone looking to replace a system. Yes, itā€™s an investment but itā€™s great.So, this job required extensive work to replace my duct work to handle the 5 ton unit, a new copper line, and install another return. They stayed until the job was done properly which required them to work late into the evening.Also, the day before, we saw a leak around an AC vent which was due to PVC drain pipe that was never connected creating water leakage through our ceiling. The emergency drain had eventually stopped up and required cleaning and flushing which he fixed within an hour.He also found that our other 2 stage AC unit on our home was initially installed to run as a single stage which meant we had paid for a Lennox Elite 2 stage and were actually utilizing it as single stage (unknown to us other than high AC bills) for nearly four years until he noticed it.Great experience, very courteous and professional. I highly recommend and will be using them for my ongoing AC service needs in the future.

    Woke up to a sick sounding AC, sure enough the whole thing was frozen. Turned it off at 6:30 am, and called EZ Comfort after reading a few online reviews as it said they were open on the weekends and did good work. Glad I called. Got a hold of Carlos at 8:00am and he said he could have his guys to my house between 8-10am same day! Sure enough they arrived at our house before 9:30 and found that the blower motor had gone out. They removed the motor, picked up the replacement part, installed it, checked the Freon levels, and answered my endless questions all before noon! Mario (tech who helped us) was very knowledgeable and polite - along with his assistant (didnt catch his name). These guys were awesome, will definitely be using for all my future A/C needs.***Update 2021***These guys are still doing great work.     I called first thing in the morning because my AC had stopped in the middle of the night and they were at my house less than 4 hours later., which I appreciated. They charge a service charge to just come look but it was refunded when I signed up for yearly maintenance. The parts were covered under warranty but not the labor, which was a little expensive IMHO, but it did get my AC working again quickly and my house was cool again when I got home. They found some other issues that they said they corrected as well. It a little disappointing that my install (not done by them) was less than 6 years ago and the unit had issues (Trane) but this was not their problem. Iā€™m thankful that I had AC later that day. Overall good service.Update 12/2021It was time for my winter check and the technician was on time and did a thorough job to check out my system. I was a little put off that he was pushing for me to change to a Trane thermostats when my 3rd Generation Nest is working just fine and can control both stages of my HVAC system. Otherwise I am very happy with the service I got.Update 2/2023Alfredo came and did a very thorough inspection of my system. I always thought that the company that installed my system cut some corners and he showed me their mistakes. He was very professional and was on time. I appreciate his attention to detail.

    EZ Comfort Air Conditioning did a great job. My AC units were not cooling as efficiently as they should. Juan explained everything they were doing and what he found. He provided me with different solutions and didnā€™t try to sell me anything I didnā€™t need. They were able to diagnose my AC issues quickly and were able to tell me why my units were not cooling the house. They found our pan in the attic was about to overflow so they blew it out. They also cleaned the coils on the condenser, which were really dirty. Units are running efficiently and feel the issue was fixed. Definitely recommend EZ Comfort Air.

    A tech came out less than 4 hours after scheduling and he was amazing! George was quick, efficient, and super nice. He had my problem diagnosed in minutes and completely fixed within 30 mins. I highly recommend EZ Comfort!

    Jorge and his partner did a great job with the AC after it unexpectedly went out. The company was very quick and responsive. Every time I called, I spoke directly with a person and I appreciated that, even when I called after hours. They showed up on time and got the system fixed. I would definitely recommend them, thanks for keeping my family cool!

    These guys are amazing! I recieved a call from their home office letting me know the AC techs would be at my house in 15 minutes. They came at the designated time. They let me share my information and were respectful of my concerns. They made me feel my concerns were important. They got to work immediately, found the problem and in no time at all I was enjoying my cool air conditioning! Now this is the way all businesses should treat their customers. And to top it off the price of the repairs were pennies compared to other repair services I had contacted. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EZ Comfort Air Conditioning & Heating LLC. Ask for John & Jorge.     Felipe and his crew showed up took note of everything that needed to be fixed and then got the work order approved. Then they showed up the next day and finished installing everything with in two hours. So happy with ez comfort air conditioning and heating. They were a much needed relief after fighting with other companies to do the job right.

    Nine years ago they installed for me the whole system and the price and the people were right. Now I called them again to check the system because the house was hot. It happened that the A/C was fine, the problem was electric because it didnā€™t reach the required 220. They contacted me with an electrician and eliminated the $75.00 travel charge. The technicians were extremely helpful and professionals.

    Just had my whole ac and heating system replaced. Felipe led the team of 4 guys to install my new system and repair my duct work. Very professional. Excellent work.Previous service (first review) I called in the evening the night before and they were out in the morning by 9a to look at my system. Worked fast and efficient and answered all my questions.

    Philip and Filepe were the technicians that came to help. They were knowledable and excellent in their work. They arrived and time and explained what was required every step of the way as my drain pan was leaking and needed to be replaced. EZ Comformt followed up after the serive and were very good at keeping us informed as to the arrival of the technicians so we did not have to wait around. I would defnitely use them again.

    I called EZ comfort because I had doubts that another AC Repair company didnā€™t do a proper servicing and Carlos and Victor showed up that very same day to troubleshoot and found that my AC blower was set at the wrong speed. They did a great job explaining to me what they did and why. They also showed me that my system was overcharged with refrigerant. John and Victor made the adjustments and have my system now working properly. Highly recommend, very knowledgeable and professional. If I have anymore issues I will definitely be calling them back.

    Alfredo was amazing! He worked hard in the heat and went over and beyond to get my home to a cooled temperature. He explained the issue with my A/C in detail and made sure I understood what was needed. Alfredo was patient with my questions and extremely easy to communicate with from beginning to end.     The Team arrived in an organized manner to execute the new HVAC install. They introduced themselves, off loaded the equipment, protected the inside of our home and began removal of the old equipment. We discussed the amount of time they needed to complete the work. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves, tested the system to make sure it was running properly They were also able to find a hole in a duct that they repaired while the HVAC work was being done. Amazing work by this EZ Comfort Team.

    I really appreciated my experience with this company. Philip was so so kind and took extra time with me to explain how the different systems worked. He was super personable and I felt like he cared about what he was doing.     Amazing work.Moved in to our new home, with a new AC & to my surprise there was a leak coming from the AC. Called Carlos & right away someone was at my door ready to fix the problem. Didnā€™t take long to know what was wrong & fix it right away.     Juan Martinez and his right hand man did a great job with adding new blown-in fiberglass insulation to my attic. They were responsive, courteous, professional, and fair. They were the first to quote my project and I believe it was a very reasonable price, with the added bonus of quick scheduling and their effort at going the extra mile.

    Very disappointed and offended by main service technician who replaced an entire AC unit in my apartment today. He became very defensive when I ask who was going to clean the mess created by a saw saw today. Told me no one ever complains- I cannot recommend this company and certainly their technician based on his quick to temper attitude. No drop clothes used to cover counters etc. Shared it was not his job to clean His assistants were very kind and apologetic- unfortunately he is their supervisor by my observationsAmendment to my original post- the owner of EZ Comfort reached out to me and offered to send someone to clean the mess made by Antonio. Now this is service at its BEST. He sent a janitorial person to assist in cleanup. After the cleanup Carlos followed up to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Carlos is a man of pride and integrity. I would recommend EZ Comfort for your AC needs as the AC is working perfectly. Thank you EZ Comfort for what you have done for me. šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘

    We have used Juan for years servicing all our insulation needs. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure we were happy with his work. He always tried to get our HVAC Business for our upper end rental properties. Well he was RIGHT. I found EZ Comfort technicians to be prompt, professional and knowledgeable .They diagnosed my HVAC issues, and repaired Quickly. They worked so neatly when they left there was no mess. The technicians used were Alfredo and Phillip- They proved to be a great Team. Whether it is Juan for your insulation needs, or Alfredo & Phillip for HVAC, EZ Comfort will be the company I call. I would also encourage you speak with them about the maintenance/service agreement they offer. I found it to be one of the best in the industry....
