    Elite Heating and Air did an amazing job replacing our AC coil and working with Lennox to get it under warranty back in November working with our schedule returning from a trip. They do great work and made corrections to our unit connection that a previous ac company took shortcuts. We highly recommend them for their work ethic and effectiveness.

    I highly recommend Elite Heating and Air. TJ is awesome and so is the rest of the team. The installed my new system, keep it serviced , and when I called with a problem when we had a power outage, TJ came and made sure everything was working good and reset the system.     Best customer service! I called on a Saturday left a voicemail and got a call back not even 10 minutes later. Tj was able to come out within the next hour and took his time resolving our issue and even went above and beyond to correct some other issues that we were having I will definitely not be going anywhere else for my HVAC needs definitely recommend!

    Our AC wasn’t keeping up with the heat already so we called for service. Robert just left and was here for over an hour servicing and cleaning our unit. He did a great job and found the issue and cleaned out the drain. It instantly feels better and I’m sure he saved our electric bill now that our unit is running efficiently.

    The service was great! The technician Robert called me with an ETA. He showed up on time and checked my HVAC systems operation to include coils, capacitors, wiring, refrigerant levels, etc. He dusted off affected areas to the outside units and sprayed the wiring with pest repellent. Very thorough service! Highly recommend Elite to anyone looking for honest and thorough service.

    I called at like 2130 or 2200 at night and TJ answered the call like a complete professional, the call that was promised the next morning came through perfectly and I got a service set up. Chance was the tech that arrived at my house and did his quick checks and helped find the solution for my central air problems not only did he find the solution quick but he also told me what the problem was and also gave me some great advice on up keep for my central air system. Fantastic service! I will be a returning customer!

    Awesome experience from the time we called to the very end of the service call. They were very prompt, courteous, and professional teh tech came out today (saturday) last minute. Our AC totally stopped working all together and the tech arrived and had it working within the hour we had a blown fuse and faulty wiring causing the fuse to blow. These guys are the real deal! We had another well known AC company come out end if June beginning of July and had the replaced the Capacitor and not even a couple days later the unit was making a horrible noise we called them back and had to replace the reverse valve so we paid the other company over 700 dollars and here we are a week later with another issue so I dont have alot of faith in the other company we used. Mind you the unit is only 5 years old. Lets just say we will not be calling the other company back we will be sticking with Elite Air! Thank you for an amazing job!

    They are professional, they diagnose the problem and offer solutions. They took all the measurements that were needed for a new unit and when they came to install the two gentlemen did it effortlessly, everything was neat and tidy. Don’t have to worry about the weed eater cutting the wires, they are all covered nicely. I even got a bonus…I had two good looking gentlemen. LOL

    Fantastic and straightforward service! Called late morning, had a consultation with different options and prices that afternoon. My appointment for installation for a new unit was early that same week. They came, installed the unit, gave us all the information we needed and answered any questions.     A big thank you to Elite Heating & Air Conditioning. I was without a.c. for 4 weeks, the system was install but the contractor couldnt get it to turn on. Second contractor look at it and said he will order a part for it and never return my calls for 3 weeks. Finally I called Elite, I dont know them but I read the review about them. Very professional from the time they start to the end. They spent about over 2 hours rewiring the inside unit and it was fixed. Great people, the fee was way less than I expected. Thank God I didnt have to buy a new system. Highly recommended if you need them.

    Great service, my AC went out in the late evening and the temp was 86 degrees in my house. My son called him and he came right after another service call he was already at, it took him about 20 minutes to fix my AC.     This guy is great I called him this morning to fix my heater he came right out diagnose the problem within 10 to 15 minutes was on the phone ordering the parts that it needed to fix my heater so that we werent having to freeze our butts off the cold weather. He had it fixed this evening and my house is now warm my two year old is happy and I am so incredibly grateful so I would recommend him to anybody and definitely re-use his services if ever needed.

    After the extreme ice storm a week ago, my dampers went out on my HVAC system. It allows us to have dual heat/ac settings in my two story home for upstairs and downstairs.     I would definitely recommend these guys for any heating/cooling needs!. I just bought my home and began having terrible allergies as soon as I moved in. I had other companies come out to give a quote but they were either over priced or couldnt come do the work for weeks. I called Elite and they were able to give me a quote over the phone and come out in less than a week. Not only were they able to come out quickly but they were the most affordable. I had a duct cleaning and a Reme Halo put in. They were so nice, thorough, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and you could tell they cared about their quality of work.

    I found this company on google and read all the reviews and I must say that they are the best! My AC unit went out 2 Sundays ago due to the storm that we had here in Killeen. My insurance company sent out an engineer to assess and he said it was from wear and tear. Mr. TJ, the technician from this company came out and found the problem and it wasn’t wear and tear. It was caused by lightning from the storm. His expert option saved us hundreds of dollars. He is very polite, prompt and very knowledgeable with competitive pricing. I would use him again and definitely recommend him to anyone with AC or Heating issues.

    TJ is the man when it comes to furnaces! I called him Friday morning and he was able to come fix my furnace the same day! It wasnt an emergency, but my furnace had been short cycling, not heating well, and by the time I called the fan wasnt turning off. He had it diagnosed, had the parts on hand, and fixed in less than 30 minutes! He also showed me exactly what was going on, and what he was fixing. He has reasonable rates too! I dont often leave a 5 star review, but I was impressed!

The technition Tj came out to fix our A/C unit, he was very fast and efficient and had all the parts on hand.     My AC unit went out about two weeks ago now, I went through my home warranty company, because I am a first time home buyer and I wasnt sure what to do. When the other company came out they said a few things were wrong with the HVAC and then told me I was going to have to pay out of pocket a lot more than I was thinking and the numbers didnt match up.I called Elite Heating and Air Conditioning and spoke with TJ who is the owner to come out and give me a second opinion and quote. He showed me the leak, broke down the price for the repairs and gave me a quote for a new HVAC system inside and out. Being that it is going to be in the hundred over the next 7 days. TJ will be my ONLY AC guy I use. I recommend him to anyone. So thankful for TJ.

    Weve had TJ out twice now for separate issues. The first was for a problem during the winter and this time in August. Going without heat is one thing, but with no AC in August is entirely another subject. Both times he was able to have us back up and running the same day. His experience and his ability to listen for pertinent information makes for a quicker fix. His fees are well inline for the area and his schedule is flexible for your needs.     I called TJ and told him my ac problem. My Smartzone control board would click continuously and flash a C4 error code whenever the system started up and when it shut off. He told me the board needed to be replaced and what I could expect to pay for a new one. He called me later the same day after having done his research on the problem and replacement part - very sure of what he had told me earlier - and he gave me a final cost. He showed up on the day that I scheduled and with the new board. He even called prior to arrival. TJ quickly installed the new board and answered any AC related questions I had throughout the installation. Basically, the malfunctioning board (likely short circuit) had prevented the temp sensor from properly detecting the temperature inside the house. Once installed, TJ explained the newer boards layout and digital display. The problem was fixed and Im very satisfied with the result. In fact, areas of the home that previously seemed to be less cool (really warm) than other areas now are noticably cooler. Apparently the zoning board had not been functioning properly for a while, and that is without the annoying click. BTW, the board has about a 5-year life expantancy per TJ, and mine was approaching seven years. Anyway, I definitely recommend TJ to anyone for their HVAC service needs. Oh yeah, I was having the same problem six months ago when I used a different company. I guess their fix was just temporary.
