Great service! I had called another electrical company twice before and left messages, but they never returned my calls. Dusty answered immediately when I called and scheduled our service. The serviceman who came out was knowledgeable, nice, professional, thorough, got the job done in just a couple of hours, and explained the work that was being done. I highly recommend them.

Guys- My AC was broken as of THIS MORNING! & has already been fixed 🤯 — Collin and his buddy really did us right y’all!!!! They were friendly, fast, and AFFORDABLE. My house is already up and running again!!!! They’re cross trained so they can properly handle electric, gas, and AC and I just feel like that’s just way more bang for my budk🥹.We are setting up a maintenance membership with them at the start of the year! Just thought I’d share in case anyone else is struggling to find proper maintenance that is affordable but also offers GREAT customer service!!!

Beets Energy was recommended from my home warranty company. I cannot say enough good things about this gentleman!! He was prompt, courteous, helpful, patient and extremely professional! I’ve had a very recent bad experience with a plumber that the home warranty company sent out so I was leery. I could not be happier with the service Mr. Beets gave me. Dusty with Beets Energy was great! He came out to our house 3 days in a row to make sure we were taken care of. He drove out of his way to Tyler to pick up a part we needed, so we wouldn’t have to go without AC longer than we had to. Wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend!

Dusty was amazing! He promptly showed up to figure our issue. Got the issue fixed in a timely manner. He explained everything that was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. We now have a yearly maintenance with him for the upkeep on our A/C unit. Prices were fair and he’s an all around good man.

Dusty is professional, knowledge, & respectful! He is very responsive on phone calls and texts. He was one time, and got right to work. He was able to install a smaller breaker box along with an RV hook up to the side of my house. Paying him was also easy as well and he emailed me my invoice. I highly recommend Dusty for your next electrical job.

We started off with a few issues out of our control but dusty frequently updated us and worked to resolve all issues. His crew had their work cut out for them in 100 plus degree heat but still managed to get the work done timely. They never hesitated to fix anything or answer questions everything works as it should and looks great.

Dusty is the best there is! We have had him repair multiple things for us on our A/C unit and he’s always fair and fast! We received a part that wasn’t working correctly and he came right back out and fixed us up, no charge! He communicates very well with his customers and lets you know exactly what is going on and how he’s going to fix it! A phone call is always returned from him! We have even had Dusty do some electrical work for us and he will be the only one we call from now on with any issues that may come up! You will not be disappointed if you call Beets Energy Services!!!

After being out of town for the day we came home to water pouring through our ceiling from an overflow pan under our AC unit in the attic. Beets Energy Services answered our frantic call! Dusty was able to come right over and clean out the clogged drain pipe and install a shut off valve to avoid the problem should it ever occur again. We are so thankful he answered the call after hours on a holiday weekend!
