I signed up for their maintenance program. I own a mobile home.

Above and beyond! New system installed, had some follow-on issues that were addressed. It sucks to say it, but companies these days have made my expectations pretty low on customer service, advice, pricing, etc. Def NOT the case with EASCO. Holy cow, this company made me feel like they were working on their own home. The timeliness, on point. Professionalism, no match. Communication, almost prescient. All this and more, for pricing that is competitive. Honestly, they should charge a slight premium, but Ill take it!Thank you so much EASCO for taking a new install with hurdles and nocking it out of the park. I will be forever grateful in our forever home knowing our HVAC was done with one of the best contractors out there.

I just want to thank Chase for going above and beyond in the blistering Texas heat!!!!! Easco was the 3rd AC company to look at our unit. Instead of trying to sell us a new unit, they checked to see if it was still covered under warranty. Not only was a our unit still under warranty, they rearranged their schedule to be able to get us a working ac unit by completely changing the evaporator coils the next day after they diagnosed the problem. I can’t thank the team a Easco enough. Tamika, Clyde, Caleb and Chase - you all are awesome.

I needed to add blow in fiberglass insulation to my attic. Joshua was quick to respond and listened to all my concerns and addressed each completely. He was able to describe the work required, provide a quote on the spot and arrange for the work to be scheduled quickly. The companys dispatcher kept me up to date as everyone worked through the winter storm aftermath. When the day came for the install, Steven and Melvin arrived on time and took care to place towels down to catch any dirt or debris from the job. They completed the job quickly and professionally. The experience from start to finish was exceptional and I will keep them in mind for any future A/C or insulation needs. Also, the follow up thank you letter for giving them business was a nice touch too.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Our air conditioning went out last night at 9:00 PM & our baby daughters room quickly reached 85 degrees as it was still 102 degrees outside. We called four other 24/7 a/c companies before finding Easco at 9:45 PM and none of them could get someone to our house for emergency services. Easco let us know they could have a technician out in 1-2 hours, they arrived in 30 minutes and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. I believe our technicians name was Matthew (Im sorry if Im mistaken) and he was great, very kind, and very efficient. We highly recommend them & will absolutely use them in the future!

I was having a smell come into my condo unit and Melvin was able to tell where it was coming from. My previous HVAC company I used, was not helpful and didnt inspect what I asked. I was told about Melvin and he was phenomenal and actually inspected my vents and had a complete understanding of all my concerns and was able to identify where the smell was coming in from. Something I would have known sooner if the previous company did what I asked. It is safe to say Easco had won my business and I plan to use them again in the near future. Melvin was patient and explained things thoroughly. 10/10 would use Melvin again.

When I called and asked for help early on a Thursday morning my service representative was there quickly and he was very helpful. He explained everything to me In a way I could understand. Knowing I would have to purchase an expensive but necessary piece of equipment I was wary, however, my sales representative was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. I asked that the work be done as soon as possible, they were there the next day at 7:30am as I requested and stayed until the evening to complete the job. The most important issue for me is service, and that seems to be number one on this companys list of priorities. I heartily recommend EASCO.

Every time he has come to our home to do semi-annual maintenance or a service call he has been honest, forthcoming with information and done an excellent job for us. Yesterday he was here, with TJ and Ryan, to install a new coil and a number of other pieces for the air conditioning unit. They answered any questions I had, worked efficiently, and cleaned any debris before they left. I am VERY satisfied with the teams customer service skills. My wife and I got several companies to quote our work. EASCO was the only one that didnt have an issue quoting me hard ducting. I wanted the minimum amount of flex in my house. It seems most companies down south struggle to install tin due to lack of skilled labor or lack of experience. Josh and his group did a great job with our home. It was clean and quick. We had a full tear out, relocation in the attic and then install of hard duct. We had a REMI light installed as well as an UltraAire Dehumidifier, HEPA filtration system. System is great, everything is working fantastic and is a plus over our 22 year old system. Major kudos and would recommend them for any of the service.

My brand new air conditioner wasnt working on a Sunday (since it was an after hours call the charge was $150 for the visit and analysis which was really affordable) - the tech Chace was at my house within an hour of my call and immediately found the problem. Since it was a new air conditioner in a new mobile home and no one had shown me how to take care of it (change filter etc) Chace gladly took the time to explain everything and offered to return the next day to check to see if everything was working ok. He returned Monday and also checked the coolant levels and I had him put in a digital thermostat. He was efficient, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend not only Easco but would hope that everyone gets Chace as their tech but I am sure that all of the techs working their are great. Came for quote same day. Price was compatible with other company that was quoting what I considered to be “off-brand” equipment. Did replacement work next morning. Could not have done better. Exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

This has been an incredibly hard year for our family. I was out of work for quite a while, things had gotten behind, we had newly moved to the area, and then our AC went out...well more like burnt up wiring, etc, it was toast and was not big enough for the home even when it was working. EASCO came out and told us the problem, basically needed a new HVAC system. We tried getting financing and could not, I didnt know what to do. EASCO then came back, said they were going to bless our family considering our situation and everything that had happened to us this year...they came in and installed a top of the line system FOR FREE. They answered every question we asked and very patiently explained how to work our new system! The installation crew worked quickly and efficiently to install new unit inside and out.
