    Arrived on-time. Did a great job! Fast and efficient with work completed when promised. Very professional and friendly. Installed a new hot water heater that was relocated from the attic down into garage. Cleaned out slow drains and installed a garbage disposal. Went above and beyond to get everything just right. Would highly recommend these guys!

    What a great job Michael and his brother did on our cracked pipe that was spewing water under our house, damaging our floor in our south bedroom!! He listened to what my husband told him about what we had discovered and he went right to it and took care of it. Then, he made sure, for a little while, that it wasn’t leaking and it wasn’t! We won’t ever use anybody else again! Efficient, intelligent about plumbing, and a great guy with a super personality to boot!! He’s got great common sense and KNOWS his business!

    Highly recommended!! Called for an appointment for some work and never expected same day service, yet that’s what I had!! They worked on our hot water heater and replaced corroded water valves for our washer. Due to a City problem on my meter they could not finish all the work (same day), but as soon as my meter was fixed, they were right back out to finish. We definitely will use them again!! Michael (didn’t get the other name) and the other technician did a great job!Darlene

    Our unit went out and the crew showed up that morning. After a quick evaluation on our older unit, we decided to go ahead and replace our entire HVAC system.They had the new system ordered and installed in a matter of days.     Eagle Heat and Air ( Josh and Cody) just finished installing a hot water heater for us. What a chore for them, hot water heaters are never in a convenient place. JOSH did a fantastic job, then cleaned up everything when he finished.I would highly recommend Eagle for your HVAC needs. I will certainly use them again when and if the need arrives.

    Once again Eagle Heating, Air & Plumbing saved us! Thank you for sending Marcus when I called last minute on Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend when my AC quite working! Marcus was able to immediately diagnose the issue (which 2 other techs from another company previously could not).Our HVAC system is under warranty with another company who installed it before we bought our house, however we will never use that company again as their techs have no clue what they are doing and they are not customer service oriented.Eagle techs are always professional, courteous, show up on time and are extremely knowledgeable!     Mr. Kody and company are right on. We have restored the high efficiency flue and concentric air intake the day after our roofers chopped it off. Kody came by, too, to look it over. My thanks to get us central heat again, as the furnace smarts pushed out error messages and would not start with no combustion air. Next day service, with our call to them late late 5:30 pm late.
