We used Dycus for our home generator installation. A few months after the install, the carburetor went out..which was no fault of Dycus. Ricky and his crew immediately came out to Mullin and made the repair. I highly recommend them.

Cant say enough positive things about my service with Dycus HVAC. Darin was here at the time he said, was extremely thorough examining my unit and ducts. Explained everything he was doing. Very reasonably priced! I will definitely recommend them and use them as needed. 5 stars!

We live in a very rural location, well off any direct line of travel and 30 minutes from any metropolis. Our AC system was failing during the later part of the summer, 2022. Ricky and his crew came out several times to get us through the summer. On one visit they didnt even charge us. We have puppies in our home. We are www.quailridgepocketbeagles.com, so having working AC was extremely important. Ricky had recommendations and planned for future replacement of the 30-year old system. Ricky would periodically check in with us to make sure we were still moving forward and that our existing system was still functioning as best as it could. When the time came to replace the system calls were initiated from Ricky in advance. The work was executed in a timely fashion. In short, everything went according to plan and was completed exactly at the costs we expected, in the timely manner that we expected and with quality work. Every single tech that came to our home was courteous, professional, and worked hard the entire time they were at our home. In short, they were great to work with. They will be out to do successive work on our new barn. I highly recommend Dycus Heating and Air--what a terrific experience!

Darin from Dycus serviced our AC unit. He was punctual, courteous and professional. My compressor needed to be replaced and he did all the warranty paperwork to get a new compressor. I would definitely use Dycus again and highly recommend this company! Thank you Darin and keep up the good work!
