    I had a lot of heat last summer in my garage and dunn wright solved my problem by installing an american standard mini split. Now i can keep my garage at a comfortable 80 degrees in summer vs the 110 degrees and holding all that heat. Also i can keep stuff in the garage without breaking down the plastic. Thanks so much!

    Derek and Ethan provided great service! I got home late from work and my AC had broken down, the fan motor had gotten detached and broke the fan blades and banged up the inside of the AC. I reached out that evening and they were able to make it to my house the next morning and replaced the fan blades, and salvaged the rest of the unit. Great work!

    Fair pricing, honest bidding, quality work, and beyond quick response..a rare combination these days! We had been dealing with a 3 day long project that we found out couldnt be completed without a licensed HVAC technician coming out to complete it. I was so bummed that we were faced with not being able to complete the project as planned and scheduled. I reached out (on a holiday weekend) hoping to be fit in the coming weeks schedule, and was so grateful to hear they could fit me in quickly the following morning 🙏 The job was completed with perfection.     I have to say Dunn Rite has helped me many times . Fair and honest. 4 years ago my rental (I was renting to elderly couple ) ac went down at 9 at night. He came out figured out what was wrong . Came back and was able to rig it up with an external fan to get them relief . For the service I received , very reasonable cost . Ordered the part and fixed it next day. I could have paid for hotel , so money savings mattered .2 years later (elderly couple couldn’t get ac to work ) the owner of Dunn Rite went out to check it out , it was batteries in thermostat . He bought batteries and replaced them no charge .So with my spring maintenance informed me I needed a new something ?? But the cost for a new ac would be better with a ten year warranty . They were fast and efficient. I didn’t get price gouged . Ac is great . I don’t ever second guess my choice for local and fair service.Call Derek today ……

    Recently I had a quote from another company to replace my Trane HVAC system after experinceing some issues. The company maintaining the system gave me what I thought was a very high estimate 30k+ for a top of the line system. I contacted Dunn Wright about getting a second quote. Their quote was 5k less than the other company. Derek (the owner) actually suggested that my current system will make it through this summer and replace in the Spring. I definitely appreciate the honest feedback and reasonable quote.
