    Overall good experience. Noticed after they left they drilled a hole in my ceiling 3 inches from the wall. Not a big deal but would’ve been nice if they mentioned it. Also had agreed to a quote and after agreement I removed one item from the bid but there was no deduction in the invoice. They were fast to estimate and were here next day to complete the work. Edited: company reached out and corrected invoicing mistake and offered to repair ceiling hole. Stand up company I am appreciative of there due diligence to make things right.

    Joey was wonderful in helping us navigate problems with our AC unit! I had called previous places and been disappointed with their communication and when I called Dublin HVAC, they responded promptly and was hundreds or dollars cheaper than quoted at other companies.     Dublin Heating and cooling is always there to keep our maintenance on track and keep our system running as good as possible. We have a very old system but they are knowledgeable and always have good advice to help us to get the best use out of our system. We absolutely love our service guy Robert. He is always quick to answer our questions, patience with our learnings and very respectful. As elders in society this is very refreshing to see.     I have tried a few places and bough else ware . So u ask why am I here ? These are the best guys I have found . The equipment I bought was brand new wasn’t used. It works like a charm. The guys were quick efficient did their job super good clean.     AC stopped working. Called on a Saturday afternoon and came out within 3 hours. Had it fixed and running within 30 minutes. He even added screws they were missing from our outside unit. Answered all of our questions relating to the unit and we plan on using them in the future to replace our entire system! Very professional and knowledgeable!

After months of trying to find a regional HVAC company willing and able to install a central HVAC system in a 100+ year old 2-story home, we were fortunate to find Dublin HVAC who not only did a great job but also did the job for thousands of dollars less than quotes we had received from other companies. Tammy, Steven, Shane, Tyler and the whole crew who helped install our system, we are grateful for. They also quickly repaired a dangerous electrical situation my 93 year old Granny had in her home, so I am very thankful for that as well!Thank you Dublin HVAC & Electrical!

    Dublin HVAC & Electrical installed a 4-ton central HVAC system in a 100+ year old 2-story home in Eastland County that other local HVAC companies weren’t comfortable doing and they did a great job! Even better, they got the job done closer to our budget than quotes we received from other companies and we weren’t required to hire a separate electrician to wire the HVAC system since these guys are also licensed electricians and included all the electrical as part of the job. They had the entire job completed in less than a week, and it was a big job as the home had never had a central system and all duct work in the attic and in the crawl space had to be installed. Finally, it has been evident Dublin HVAC takes pride in their workmanship and ensuring any issues after install are addressed promptly and completely and that’s so valuable as a customer. Everyone we’ve dealt with including Tammy, Tyler, Joey, Shane and Steven have been great and we appreciate what they’ve done for us, so thank you all!If Dublin HVAC & Electrical will service your area, call them and you’ll likely be glad you did.

    The duct cleaning, once it took place was accomplished efficiently and satisfactorily. The only fly in the ointment was the payment! Jason from H2 Air Duct cleaning ( who actually did the work) was unaware that I had not already paid for the service, and I was confused as well, since Home Depot had originally put me in contact with Dublin. It took over a month to get the invoice sent to me to give me an idea of the cost! I don’t usually like doing business that way - getting services BEFORE knowing the cost! The service was good, but the accounting portion was VERY unacceptable! Only reason you didn’t get 5 stars!!

    I had a great experience with Dublin HVAC, Electrical and Sealing Company.The office staff was very efficient with scheduling in a timely matter and sent reminders via text and email about appointments which was helpful.The individual who came out to do the bid was very knowledgeable and took his time . He presented several options for my older unit while keeping my budget in mind. He was able to come up with a plan to address the highest priorities. He also came out to make sure the job was being done properly and completed to his satisfaction.The technicians cleaned the coils, blower and did other miscellaneous things to the unit . They added a dryer vent to the exterior wall as well. They were knowledgeable , courteous and cleaned up when they were done. The unit is putting air out 100 percent better.     Just had dublin heat and air to our home. Steve took a look at our hot tub HEAT EXCHANGER. He thoroughly trouble shot the machine. Turns out the Plumbers who installed it. Over tightened the connecting pipe and said pipe cracked. Leaking propane. They were able to order a new connecting pipe and we are sitting in the hot tub again.     I can’t say enough positive things about this growing local company. I’ve hired Steven and his team for years now. For both electrical and HVAC, large and small jobs. They have excellent communication platforms and are punctual when scheduled. Tammy in the office is friendly and patient, Shane is a solid salesman and keeps his finger on the pulse of the working crew. Steven and Clayton are straight forward and reliable.Lastly, experiences with several local trades companies (not all, but more than there should be) has been lackluster in the past. No-showing, poor to zero communication, paying more - but receiving less, appears to be on trend. Not with these guys, they really will show up across the board and have set the bar high for expert level tradesman.

    Rave for Dublin Heating and Air Conditioning and Electric! We live between Comanche and Sydney. Excellent service and fast appointment. The service tech even called and asked if he could come early. NOT a problem!! It was 107° today!! Our ac problem was fixed. The tech cleaned up the area where he worked and also waited to ensure everything was up and running satisfactorily before leaving. He even put back up the wall hanging that he had to take down in order to service the ac. Oh yes, he also noticed and cleaned the outdoor unit that had a lot a debris in it. It will run more efficiently now. Two thumbs up with a definite recommendation to use this company.

    Company was very nice, from getting a quote, setting up service to day of service.     Unmatched expertise! Superior service! I have had many experiences with this company over the years. Regarding my Heating & Air Conditioning system, Steven has solved problems other technicians could not. Robert recently checked my entire system and discovered a weak capacitor that needed replacing to prevent damage to my compressor. Regarding work that required an electrician, both Clayton and Steven worked conscientiously and professionally to correctly install EMP SHIELD devices at four key points around my home to protect it from lightening strikes and all three phases of an EMP. Finally, everyone that works at this company contributed significantly to a job well done and to results that are very much appreciated!

Turned out system did not fail... part of the flu pipe had come loose and dropped a few inch which starved the furnace of oxygen caused it to appear that the flame sensor went out.. just my luck never a normal problem but turned out to be an easy fix. if it hadnt been for Stephen and his knowledge and meticulously following his logic. System was down a week because the tech support and the readings said it was a flame sensor failurepart would take a week to arrive. New part arrived Stephen the owner came out to install part ,system still failed .Support was not able to help because the abnormal system failure, Stephens years of experience came in to play. He followed his logic.Thanks Stephen.

    Dublin Heating and Air is just amazing! I called last Friday afternoon because the fan on my unit had stopped spinning. Even though they had a lot of other repairs that day, he still came out once he was done with his other appointments. Going above and beyond, he determined that the motor had burned out, managed to find a replacement, and fixed it that evening! I will definitely call them for any future problems I might have with my AC, and I highly recommend them to anyone else.
