I just retired from my property management business and have used DTM Heating and Air exclusively for the last 8 years. We managed over 250 homes and anytime we had a home with heating or A/C issues, we called and they always got right on the issue. They would go out on weekends, and after hours to keep our residents comfortable and happy. I recently had them replace our downstairs HVAC system and they did a fantastic job. Their prices are very fair and their service is unmatched. Dave, Mike, Selena, Jeff and the rest of the crew are all good people, I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I called DTM for a quote, and they sent someone out right away. I honestly did not expect such a fast response but the guy that came out was friendly and respectful. He gave me a ac installation quote that was cheaper than the last company i called for a quote and their customer service did not compare to DTMs. They are coming out tomorrow to install my new ac, thank you mike.

Mike and His team are great to work with. They came to my home about 15 minutes after calling and requesting a technician to make a diagnosis. They made the diagnosis and fixed what they could on the first day and the next morning they showed up and went right to work to complete the repair. Everyone was professional and very organized. Selena was very kind and attentive on the phone. I liked that I could conveniently pay my invoice online. DTM will be my first choice for maintenance from now on.

Michael has always been the most professional, helpful, kind person when I have had to deal with him with air-conditioner problems in my rental home. I havent seen professional and friendly service like DTM in a long time. Our old unit had been going and in and out all summer in 100 degree weather! Each time I called they showed up EVERYTIME, without complaint, within 24 hours! That meant a lot to this stay-at-home mama of 2 young children. And when our unit finally died, they ordered one right away, brought us a portable unit while we waited, and came and installed it in record time! THANK YOU SO MUCH for really being quality you can trust! DTM! Call them, they know what theyre doing!
