Well the first person that came out didnt really take pride in his work But the girl that sets the apartments Destiny Set Me up with a technician That really did Take pride in his job and his name was David Newman And he really did a great job. He takes Great Pride in it And does it well Great Guy Very knowledgeable And explains everything to you the way it should be.Friendly and all around good guy He didnt even rush Throu none of the job He took his time and did it right.I recommend him to anybody for sure. I’ve had a great experience with Doc Adams! They are very responsive and helpful, also very patient and supportive. I became involved with Doc Adams through our home warranty. There was an issue with our HVAC, and they were the third-party the home warranty sent out. There were a few issues with our HVAC (as to no fault of Doc Adams) and Doc Adams had no problems coming back out to keep helping us until they could resolve the problem. They even waited patiently for three month while I fought with the manufacturer of our HVAC to uphold up the warranty it had on it (…long story). The employee they sent out each time was extremely nice and helpful and did a great job leaving everything the way he found it. I will keep using them in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

Really came through in the time of need during the middle of summer. Even made recommendations that they probably didnt have to. The technician really cared and everyone in the office was very polite.
