These guys are the best. Very polite, professional people. They explained everything before and gave a few options for what could be done, and gave us the choice. Never tried to hard sell us or point us in a different direction than one that would be beneficial for us.They were done in less time than stated. They cleaned up everything and even swept the floor in the house. We highly recommend Divergent. -

This air conditioner guy does about 25 different checks and he shows it to you all on his monitors. He gives you any information where there might be an issue. Of course, he doesn’t say you have to replace it unless you want to, but it’s probably gonna go out. He is the best!!! -

Our HVAC unit quit working late in the afternoon. Divergent’s pros came out and worked diligently to repair our unit so we would have cool air this evening and in the future. They explained what needed to be done in layman’s terms. We appreciate their work ethic and attention to detail to get our system up and running. -

Complete change out Goodman 3T HVAC to 4T Carrier Heat Pump System. Other companies had a 3-week wait. Divergent got to me in 3-days. They arrived promptly and went right to work. Techs didn’t like particle board floor under furnace/AC coils in closet builder had installed. They offered to cut to fit a plywood overlay if I happened to have any plywood. Which I did. My condensation drain was hideously designed (which i already knew) and they redesigned/rebuilt that with all new PVC. It all looks great! I’m sure many would have just slapped the new system in and called it good. This install job was meticulous. My outdoor breaker box and lines were pretty shot. After consulting me they replaced those. My only added costs was very nominal costs for the new parts. I’m sure they spent a few hours extra dealing with the sins of their ancestors. But they stuck really close to the price they quoted. (Actually ended up being less than I was expecting.) We all walked away feeling better knowing the job was done right and averted problems I might have in the future. Before leaving they cleaned up their mess and hauled off all the cartons, pallets, and my old junk system. I have whole house power monitoring. This new 4T heat pump is using about 30% less energy as my old clunker. I can’t recommend Divergent highly enough. Thoroughly happy with my decision to use them. -

Very professional, great service explained everything, gave digits showed all pictures that were taken that everything was working correctly. Did fix some things and did not charge for it. He just preferred it not dangling so he drilled it together and did not charge for it just because it would make his job easier. I would highly recommend this company, very honest. Definitely going to recommend this company to all of my women friends that get taken advantage of so that we’re not all paying thousands of dollars that we don’t need to be paying! Thanks Rusty!😊 -

Rusty came on a Sunday as we were in dire straights. He stayed in contact with us so we didnt feel stranded. Our normal company isnt open on Sundays and it seems everything goes wrong on the weekend. It was a starter compositor. He was very through and respectful. His time as a Marine shows. -
