Dillon and his crew are very professional and knowlegable on everything air conditioning. He explained his evaluation of our ac needs as it applied to our home.He was fast to get me a quote and explained all the pros and cons of the equipment and size requirements.He and his crew started the instulation the day after the equipment arrived and finished the same day.During the installation he discovered several problems with the previous installers work and fixed (there were many) all them at no extra charge.I have delt with many contractors in the Livingston area both at my business and home for almost 30 years.I would give Dillion my HIGHEST recommendation as a fair , honest and knowlegable man.You wont be disappointed.

Very helpful.I had my outside AC unit quit running and put a call in to McWilliams (where I have a membership) to have them check it out. While I was on hold for 10 minutes I listened to their wait message tell me that they guaranteed same day service, but when someone answered they told me the earliest appointment would be two days away.I scheduled with them and then called Dillon. The guy that answered the phone let me know that he was pretty busy, but asked what I had going on. I explained what was happening and he confirmed that it was most likely a bad capacitor and suggested who I might call to find a new one (Best AC & Heating). I called them up and they had one, so I went to pick it up and got it switched out myself.I was back up and running an hour after I called Dillon. He wasnt able to come out to help me right away, but because of him I solved my problem right away.Im reconsidering my McWilliams membership now, although they did call back while I was on my way home with the new capacitor to say they could schedule me earlier in the day two days from now, and would let me know if something came sooner.Overall, McWilliams did what they were obligated to do, but Dillon listened to my problem and helped me get it solved, even though he stood to gain nothing from it. They are on the top of my call list when I have another issue.
