    We called Diamondback for our air conditioner which had stopped working on the weekend. They have weekend emergency services. They were able to come out and fix the issue the very next morning on Sunday. Their prices are very reasonable--even the emergency service fee was very reasonable.Since then, we have signed up for their twice a year maintenance service for heating and cooling. Again--their prices cant be beat. We had a contract with another company for 3 years, and I am so glad we have switched to Diamondback. They are local, prompt, professional, communicative and affordable--beating the other company on all counts.

    Really happy with the service these guys provided. As a small business owner I have dealt with many Hvac companies over the years and Ive never called one back.     Diamondback did an excellent job getting our rental houseā€™s AC back up and running.We called them around 11:00 in the morning and the AC was good to go by about 3:00! They were quick, knowledgeable, and an overall breeze to deal with.

    Found this company by Google reviews in my area. Reached out to them on a Friday to look at an issue with my HVAC system. Scheduling had a tech out that afternoon. We received a quote at the end of the day on Friday and we approved it. Diamondback found a leak in our coils in the air handler - a company we had called on Monday had stated our system was in perfect condition. The issue was the outside unit was extremely noisy. Diamondback procured the needed parts and return on Monday and made the repairs. The outside unit is now quiet and our system has a shorter run time. We will use them again.

    The hype is real. They were at the house within 2 hours of us calling and problem diagnosed with 5 minutes. We had some wires get screwy and Darryl got busy and got it fixed within 30 minutes and we were back up and running!

    The guys came out at the time they told me they would and they were very nice and did an excellent job installing the central unit, heating furnace, wiring, and replaced the ductwork in my attic. When the job was finished they sent me pictures of everything that was done and answered all of my questions that I had. These guys were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new unit. I had 3 other quotes on the job and they beat everyone by $4000-$5000. The technician (Thomas) really helped me out to get a great deal on the unit

When I called Diamondback, they prepared a same-day estimate that was not only reasonable but, were able to schedule installation within just a few days.While they arrived only few minutes late from the scheduled time, Jesse called me a head of time and let me know they were going to be a few minutes late and gave me a projected time of arrival.     Both of my mini-split AC units stopped working properly at the same time. Not tolerating heat well and knowing we still had days of 90+ temperatures, I panicked. I looked up who to call and discovered Diamondback Air Conditioning had great reviews. I called and begged for someone to come today. Well, he did! He honestly told me it only needed Freon and after adding it to both units, they began cooling immediately. I canā€™t be happier!     We had a HVAC tech come out earlier in the week and told us it was a valve that went out and it would be 2-3 weeks to get it done. So this company was HIGHLY recommended by our close friends and Man Oh Man. They showed up on short notice, the tech was AWESOME and he was very thorough. Turned out we did not need that valve BUT there was another problem the tech discovered. So Iā€™m the meantime he gave us coolant to help us get through this heat and we are scheduled for repairs later this week. Great Job Diamondback!!

    Were a member for the maintenance program which in itself is a great value and worth the peace of mind. But when the A/C unit died, I was able to get an appointment quickly. I was given a realistic time window for arrival and they were considerate to call ahead with an update as that window changed which I really appreciated. Dillon came out to hunt down the issue and it was clear within two minutes that he knew exactly what he was doing. I mean you hope professionals who come out know their stuff but he navigated the outdoor unit, Nest Thermostat settings, and indoor units with an ease that was second nature and THAT was reassuring. Not Googling here. He started triaging the problem methodically and within the half hour had identified the issue. I was shown everything and appreciated the explanations. Having your AC give out in Texas is never a good experience but it was made as painless a problem (and surprisingly educational) as possible because of Vanessa, Dillon, and the Diamondback team. Highly recommend.

    I called Diamondback on Christmas Eve for my ice cream dip cabinet which just stopped working. The receptionist that took my call was incredibly friendly and helpful. She Scheduled a tech to come out the day after Christmas (my choice to wait). I received a text message to confirm appointment and also follow up calls which was comforting since this type of service Iā€™ve not experienced from other refrigeration companies. When the tech came out to my business he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me the part that shorted out and if any business customers reading know that when equipment repair person shows you parts then the repair will be nearly as much as a new machine. Not at all what I experienced. He explained the issue and he told me that he contacted my rep at Global Refrigeration for replacement and the price for part, shipping and labor. I was shocked! He ordered it and then a few hours later he came by the business because he had the part in the warehouse and installed it.     We have been using Diamondback for a few years now for maintenance, they are always responsive and on time. They foun that our 13 year old system had some major problems and recommended that we replace it. We received and approved the quote and scheduled the service. The techs arrived right on time and completed the system replacement that day. They took care to insure that wherever they walked was protected and clean. They picked up after themselves and showed us everything about the new system. They even found and repaired a hole in our ductwork that has most likely been there for years.     This company is GREAT! I needed a new AC unit and had 3 companies come out to give me a quote. Diamond was the only one that actually went into my attic and the only one that took measurements of my house to figure out the duct work. The price between the 3 were similar but Diamond gave the best warranty. They were the youngest company of the 3 by a far margin which I liked because I knew they had a lot to prove still...(which they did)....Thomas who inspected my house was very knowledgeable, professional and showed he really wanted to help.     Our A/C Unit went out on a hot & humid Friday at midnight. We could hear the outside unit run, however, the inside blower did not come on.     Most hvac companies have salesmen who know a thing or two about hvac repair. Diamondback was different in my experience. Quite apart from manipulative sales tactics, they were straightforward and to the point, and allowed me and my wife to lead the conversation regarding our system, offering solutions and answering questions professionally and succinctly. While some of their options are on the pricey side its important to remember you get what you pay for.

    Unlike most companies Diamondbacks check every single detail of my a/c system to make sure it was working properly. I would have given them 10 stars if I could on my previous house I used several different companies for my a/c tune ups and they were usually at my house a total of 20 minutes, meaning they just they just went to the attic and outside and were gone. Thomas was very professional and I highly recommend him.

The technician Darryl was outstanding and was able to find and fix the problem in 30 minutes on a weekend.     Was referred by my brother after having another company come out and they just wanted to start selling services not sure was needed. Diamondback came out, did a thorough inspection. Ended up saving alot of money and learned what was told needed to be done by other company was not needed. The service technician was very professional and thorough.     Diamondback A/C is a fantastic company and I highly recommend them. I had to replace a 10 year old A/C & Heat system. I asked them for a quote and Thomas came out and did a review of our current system and explained what they could offer as a replacement. I received a very detailed quote the next day. I had a few questions and called Thomas and he answered them. I then accepted their quote for a 5 ton heat pump system and the system was ordered. The system was installed a couple of days later by two of their techs who arrived on time, were very polite, knowledgeable, and very careful when removing our old system from our attic and installing the new one. Thomas called a couple of times to make sure everything was going OK. We had some other unexpected problems after the installation, which were out of the norm, such as one of our old circuit breakers went bad and needed to be replaced, a minor wiring problem in the outside unit and the new thermostat had a problem and needed replacement. All of these required several different calls to Thomas which required him to come back out to our house each time to troubleshoot the problem, go out and find a replacement part and install them. As much as I called him, he never became annoyed and was always willing to come and work on the problem. Thomas and the 2 installations techs were very knowledgeable about the equipment and care a lot about about their customers. I am totally satisfied that I chose Diamondback A/C for the installation and care of our new system.

    I have done a ton of business with Diamondback. They have personally worked on over two dozen of my listings over the last year and a half or so.     We have used Diamond Back Air Conditioning before about a year ago, when we had a problem with our outdoor circuit breakers. Not only did they repair everything with the air conditioning for a very reasonable price, and polite service, but they also gave us a referral to an electrician who gave us a new box quickly and at a great price. They are very fair and honest.This time, we had problems with cooling on the downstairs unit and it turned out to be a blocked drain pipe from the attic unit. Deron came over and patiently worked the issue, in a hot attic, squeezing himself between boxes of storage up there. It was a very difficult problem to fix, but he spent two days trying increasingly aggressive ways to clear a clogged pipe, and finally succeeded. He never complained and the price was again very reasonable.I spoke with the owner, Chris, a couple of times -- last year to get the electrical referral, and this year to solve another problem with our pool heater, which isnt even their regular business.Id recommend Diamondback to any home owner! We have been ripped off numerous times by big companies that have a dozen or more trucks in the field, or who advertise on TV. I like the fact that Diamondback is a family business with the right size to be available on short notice, and a genuine desire to have happy customers. They have the most reasonable and fair pricing practice I have seen.

    After calling another A/C repair company, who placed us on hold for six miserable hot days, supposably for not being able to locate a breaker and was told and billed the breaker would cost $319.90. I located the breaker for $61.00 and we canceled the other companys service. I met Paul, of Diamondback and explained the problem.
