Phil is the best! I am impressed with his knowledge and responsiveness to our AC issue. It has been extremely hot this summer and the thought of having an AC problem is not good. Our AC was occasionally not coming on when it was supposed to. Phil responded very quickly and schedule time to get to our house much sooner than we anticipated. He found the issue and took the time to explain what was needed. He was so respectful and nice! Exactly what any homeowner would need in a time like this. Thank you, Phil! I cant say enough good things about how Phil treats his customers and his extensive knowledge of the HVAC industry. Post duct work, he identified a number of issues with the install by the HVAC company which alllowed me to work with them to rectify. He not only does his work professionally, but teaches along the way. I cannot recommend his services enough and will use him for any time I require services he provides. My A/C wasn’t working so I had a local company come out to look at it. It worked for about an hour. Called Diamondhead and Phil came out immediately. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it while looking over the entire system to make sure there were not any other issues. I highly recommend Diamondhead Inspections. -

Our central air stopped cooling last fall and it was well past warranty. My sister recommended this company so I made an appointment for them to come out. I was surprised to get scheduled the next day (Friday), but more so when they showed up on time. From there, things just got better. The serviceman did a thorough inspection, informed me of the problem, estimated cost of repair, and told me he could have parts by Tuesday.TLDR: Air conditioner now works perfectly without breaking the bank. -
