Fred is an amazing guy, he helped to diagnose and repair our HVAC system in the shortest time possible in sweltering Texan heat. We have has Fred stop by a couple times over the last few years. The last was after a capacitor blew out in the AC unit. He was over not long after the call, diagnosed the problem and had it replaced in a very timely manner. Glad to have him on my quick dial! -

I called several companies after my parents outside unit just stopped working out of no where. DFW Heating & Air Group was the most respectful when speaking with and available same day!!! A technician named Fred came within hours of calling. He was very diligent and figured out the issue very fast. He also corrected the issue even faster!!! The man was very courteous and respectful. Thanks to Farhad, my senior parents didnt even go a day without AC in this extreme heat weather. Only HVAC contact i have saved in my phone for any future needs.
