Donovan with DAP installed a minisplit system for my garage. He did an excellent job. Showed up on time and knocked it out. I live downtown so he tunneled under the concrete to get the look i wanted to achieve. DAP also has came and fixed my 6 ac units on multiple occasions on my previous house. Always a great experience. He is honest and fair. I highly recommend his service, you will not regret it

Donovan was able to come out just a short time after I contacted him. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC unit and let me know what it was necessary to repair my system. The compressor needed to be replaced, and Donovan was able to obtain and install the new compressor quickly restoring cool comfort to our familys home. Donovan came out on a Saturday evening and got our AC back up! As everyone knows, no AC strikes fear in the heart of every person living in Texas. I thought for sure we would be baking until Monday, but Donovan came within a few minutes from our call and got our house cooling down in very little time. We are very thankful not only for us but for our grand babies that are here this weekend! If you have AC issues RUN do not walk to Donovan!

I received several recommendations to call Donovan Preston to service my A/C and figure out why it was sucking so much electricity. I’m glad I did. He was polite, punctuated and respectful of my property. He was very thorough in figuring out the problem. He patiently explained to this first time homeowner all about A/C maintenance. He set me up on a bi-yearly maintenance schedule that (not only cheaper than his competitors) but it also fit my budget. The Veteran discount helped too. I think that word of mouth is the best business and I hope this review helps grow his business.

My elderly parents heat went out during an ice storm. The first company I called canceled on me. Second didnt have the part. I should have just called DAP first! Came out at 7 pm at night, had the part and was able to fix my parents heater the first time. This will be the only company I call from now on! Great customer service and honest and fair pricing!
