    Our ac went out on the 4th of July and they came out immediately that day and fixed the issue. Kameron was very polite, professional and knowledgeable.     I highly recommend Cy-Fair Heating and Air Conditioning. I would give them 10 Stars if I could. Harvey, Colt and Lonnie are the best! Don’t be fooled by other AC companies w similar names. These guys are the real deal. We have a total of 14 AC units at our business and residence and Harvey and his guys are the only ones we let service, maintain and replace them. We have used them for almost 20 years and never had an issue. Truly incredible!

    Cy-Fair Heating and Air Conditioning is a great company to do business with. They are fair and honest and their routine maintenance appointments are always conducted in a courteous and professional manner. Where they really excel is when problems arise. Harvey Williams is the owner and his knowledge is vast and his ability to trouble shoot while keeping costs reasonable is increasingly rare in today’s world. A few years ago he personally came out and managed a team to help us when our downstairs heater had a short in it and was blowing cold air continuously during a cold spell. Recently when our older AC had multiple leaks we trusted their advice to replace the faulty unit. This is not a company that uses high pressure sales tactics or will steer you wrong or try to up sell. When it was time to replace an AC unit Colt Williams communicated all the options and provided a great price. At long last, our upstairs is every bit as cool and comfortable as our downstairs and the thermostat holds the setting to the degree. We are happy customers

    Let’s keep it short and simple to start :A++++ service, pricing, quality, communication and honesty!I initially contacted cy-fair heating and AC for a second opinion when our AC went out and our home warranty company stated they would not be covering the repair, a broken blower wheel. Due to the age of the system my husband and I had made the decision it was most likely best to see about an entire system replacement rather than parts and pieces on a 16 year old system. We had 3 estimates by 3 different companies they were all wonderful local AC and Heating companies- however Cy Fair set the bar!!! From scheduling, to service, to educating us on the options and suggested information to make the best informed decision for our HVAC system and finances. When have you ever had a service company call to give you an ETA and offer to bring you and your spouse breakfast and coffee !?! They don’t treat you like a “call” or a payday - they literally operate like every customer is a friend! This wasn’t a one time occurrence either, after weighing our options and multiple calls back and forth to the companies inquiring on additional questions the Owner was more than happy to speak with us, he was very patient and communicative beyond any other service provider we had worked with. When we chose to move forward with them, they yet again offered to bring coffee and breakfast tacos on the day of our system replacement !?!“Oh ya know colt and the guys are coming over” (haha). Not only was their service set above standards but their communication and kindness.

    Weve used Cy-Fair Heating & Air Conditioning since 2018. Harvey, Colt, and everyone else there has been extremely responsive and professional, and they have done great work at fair prices. This morning Colt went above and beyond to work us into the schedule to deal with an a/c that wasnt coming on because of (what turned out to be) a minor issue that he was able to fix on the spot. We highly recommend them for any HVAC work.

    My family has been using Cy-Fair Heating & Air Conditioning for over 20 years. My A/C broke in the early hours of the morning so I called and they got me scheduled right away. I even asked if I could fix it myself and Colt took the time to explain what I needed to do to fix it. I went ahead and kept the appointment and Colt checked things I would have never have thought about and last night i was able to sleep In a nice cold house. Everyone i talk to when looking for a part all suggest to buy a new unit, Colt never mentioned a new unit one time instead he fixed my minor problem and I’m good to go.     A power surge made our AC stop working which resulted in numerous frantic phone calls on a Sunday evening. Trane recommended Cy-Fair Heating and Air Conditioning so I called them but got voice mail. I got ahold of another company and scheduled someone for the following day at which point Cy-Fair H&AC called me back and due to our close proximity to each other, they were able to send someone out immediately.Harvey, the owner, arrived 15 minutes later and got to work. He found that the system was fine, just that a power flicker had caused temporary problems with the compressor and that after sitting for awhile, was now back to normal and blowing cold air.He stated that he could have his company install a timer to prevent this problem in the future if I wanted to schedule an appointment. The next day, I set the appointment and the tech came a few days later and installed the component. While he was here, he gave the system a once-over and also rinsed out the condenser. The price was very reasonable for both visits and the cost of the timer component.Will use them in the future but hopefully that isnt any time soon other than for routine preventative maintenance.

They provided estimate for replacement same day and due to availability of equipment sourced and upgraded equipment at no additional cost. They contacted us ahead of install and were on time and even cleaned our split AC at no charge. They were courteous and cleaned up behind their work.     Ive had the pleasure of dealing with Cy-Fair Heating & AC since 1998. I think they were the 3rd estimate I got to replace my compressor at the time, and it was by far the best price. Since then they have replaced my other compressor and have kept the heaters and AC systems working beautifully. Once I came home from a trip in July to find out my AC was out. Harvey came out that evening and put a new capacitor in and had the AC going in short order.Ive never thought about trying a different company!
