We have been using Crow’s Heat & Air for over two years. They have provided an outstanding service and their prices are reasonable. They have been very good at troubleshooting and solving issues, and are very responsive and always show up on time. They are a family owned business and you can feel that with the service they give you. At least for us, we have finally found a company that we plan to stay with for a long time!!

Realizing time had come to replace both of my OLD units, my brother recommended that I contact Crow’s Heat and Air. Jason came out the next day and gave me a very good quote so I was put on the schedule. Before installation, I think I called everyday with new questions and concerns but they were always answered to my satisfaction and with respect and kindness. I was just a nervous customer. When the installers came, they were very professional and explained the process to me as they worked.From start to finish, my experience with purchasing new units and installation was EXCELLENT !!I highly Recommend Crow’s Heat and Air !!Thank you so much Chantel !!!You are the Best !!

I called for a cooling issue with my AC, the lady who picked up my call was so friendly, kind and sweet.She scheduled up a tech to be within an hour at my home address.The technician Kolby arrived promptly and fix the problem (replaced the capacitor) in just minutes.Price was pretty much decent considering was on a weekend.Thank you very much Crow’s for your help, treat and professionalism.

95 degrees in Texas and our central air conditioning went out. I phoned our good neighbors Crow’s Heat and Air before they were open and left a message. As soon at opening time came, I got a call back and they scheduled me for between 3 and 5. Just before 3, Garret showed up and within 15 minutes had diagnosed the problem and installed a new capacitor. We’re cool again!! I couldn’t be happier with Service and will be a return customer in the event. I have more heat or AC problems in the future thank you for your professional service!!!

They return calls promptly, show up on time, present options for repair in a clear and concise manner, and most importantly, they always fix the problem. No better service, honest and have integrity. Crow was recomended by one of the largest AC supply shops after we had 3 big local companies out to inspect hail damaged units, all gave shady reasons and inflated replacement cost. 1 company turned off the one good unit in middle of july then ghosted us when we were looking for temp solution while we worked out replacement with property company.

Jason was able to identify our issue and help explain next steps for us. Highly recommend you give them a call! Especially if you have a spray foam insulated attic and your ac system is still struggling to keep the house cool.
