    This company. They’ve been out here twice now (trying to maintain our current older commercial units during a remodel)… and you know how great it feels when you have FINALLY found the ONE? The ONE company that you know will take care of you? The mechanic that won’t rip you off? The electrician, the doctor, etc….That will fix the PROBLEM!I could be in Africa and send Crow over to fix an HVAC problem without a concern.When we are ready to upgrade- there will be one company and one company only that will do the work. CROW. Period.The BEST.

    Abel installed a new unit perfectly. Very impressed. We are so pleased with this new technology that is so quiet. We couldn’t hear ourselves talk outside on our patio, now we can barely hear unit running. Plus, saving us money with a high SEER and heat pump! They know what they’re doing and fair price. Highly recommend!!!

    Abel and his team arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue I called them for, and also identified issues that I didn’t know about. The work was done quickly and professionally. Very good service, constant contact throughout the process and great follow up. Have used their services 3-4 times and will continue to do so!

    Our heater was going out so we had one company look at it. They were unsure of the issue but thought it would be best to replace the furnace for $5k. So we went about a year with a heater that sometimes worked but usually didn’t. Someone recommended Crow Brothers to us so we had Seth come out to give us a second opinion. He came out right away and got us fixed up just in time for a bitter cold snap all for under $200. He was thorough, professional, reasonable & good at explaining a complicated situation. We will definitely call them first from now on!

    We had gone without a reliable heater for about a year because one company thought it might be a $5k fix but they weren’t too sure. We decided a year later to get a second opinion. Seth was so thorough & smart in how he went about fixing the problem. While it may need more work in the days to come, he got us up and working through a bad cold snap for under $200. He was quick to arrive, professional and did a great job explaining a complicated situation. We will use Crow Brothers again!

    Best HVAC guys around! Seth and his family have been fantastic with me over the years! Crow Brothers have been my first choice for all my HVAC needs, from commercial walk-in refrigeration, ice machine issues and personal home install and repair. They have the best service and pricing of any heating and air conditioning company. They can get you financing for the big jobs if needed, they are family run and have strong family values! I cant say enough great things about this company they are a rare breed of business that we as a local community need to support!

    Called & they answered phone right away , told them my ac concerns and Seth came & checked ac for me , spent the time to troubleshoot issues and told me compressor was going bad . He saw date on it and suggested should be still covered under warranty & sure enough it was . The following day they had compressor & Blake called me and told they’d be finishing up next day on it . Was grateful for the quick turnaround on service , especially with this hot weather we’re having . Was pleased with their service & overall personality of everyone involved,Will definitely be using them again when needed

    Crow Brothers did a great job and I would highly recommend! They were responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. It was easy to schedule online and they followed up quickly to confirm my appointment. They were very friendly and clearly explained everything. The pricing was upfront and reasonable. They showed up right on time, the work was well done, and afterwards they cleaned up thoroughly. I wish all home services were as good of an experience as this was.

    Excellence with Integrity with a lot of experience. One of the most important aspects of getting a new air conditioner is installation. They did a great job. Solid and clean installation. Honest pricing. They also offer service plans which take away any worry you might have. When I called, I expected it to take a lot longer to have our air-conditioner installed, I was very thankful that they were able to install it so quick.

    I had the Crow Brothers out last year and they were able to get another year out of my aging system. The time came this year that the issues could not be ignored by me any longer and I called who I trusted most to give me a fair price and do the job right. The Crows installed a completely new system and thermostat in just a few hours. Great service and trustworthy guys you could leave the keys to your house with.

    The hottest day of summer so far last year, we had a bunch of people over, and right as everybody was leaving our AC started leaking water all over. I was ready to take apart the drainage line, but they pointed out that the tube going into the slab of our old house likely would have crumbled if I tried. Instead, the Crows carefully took apart the drainage tube and found the clog. They also blew out the drainage line and no issues since.
