    We have used Crisp Climate Control on two occasions now. You will not find a better company for your AC and heating needs. They are quick to respond and problem solve and prices are more than fair. On the first occasion we were quoted from a different local company a choice of $5000 or $9000 for an AC system. They recommended replacement on a unit that was only 4 years old! They told us it had to be replaced and we could pick the least expensive or the more expensive unit! Crisp Climate Control came out and REPAIRED our system for $400. On the second occasion, on an older unit of 24 years old, they tried their best to repair it. Because parts were not available for this older unit, it had to be replaced. They went above and beyond with pricing and compensation for previous repairs AND came out on a holiday to install the new unit which works excellent and was priced more than fair. We would highly recommend them and will use noone else.

    I have been using Crisp Climate control for many years now. They are a great company. Any tike I have called with an emergency, they have taken care of me the same day, other companies would tell me it would be several days before they could come out. One time I called on a holiday weekend and Cody, the owner, postponed leaving for his family trip to come fix my AC because he didnt want to leave me and my children with out AC over the long holiday weekend. Their customers are top priority for them. They are THE best AC company around! Their staff is very professional,polite, and trustful. Recommend every time.

    Our a/c went out over the weekend. We were told by another company that we needed to replace the coil. We wanted to get other bids. Cody wanted to come out and check the problem before quoting a price. Thankfully he did because it was a different issue altogether. They thoroughly investigated the issues and provided a fair quote for repairs. They worked around my schedule and got the repairs done quickly. Crisp Climate Control is our a/c service and repair company moving forward.

    Once again Crisp Climate Control comes in to save the day! Came home from vacation to find our outside until was not working. Called first thing in the morning when they opened and they had my AC up and running within a few hours of the call. Cant thank them enough!

    These guys were awesome, we lost power at our house in Dallas last Tuesday so I took our 5 dogs down to our place in Meridian Thursday only to have the AC free up on Friday evening. I called these guys Saturday morning and Benjamin came out Saturday evening and made all of the repairs to get it running. It was a life saver as we did not get power back at our house in Dallas until Sunday evening. Very professional folks that I would highly recommend.

    My compressor quit working in the middle of the night on Saturday night. I called Crisp Climate Control on Monday morning. I told them I had a luncheon to go to in Fort Worth and wouldnt be home until after 3. They told me no problem and sent Tyler who arrived at 3:30. Tyler found a bad contactor and a bad starting capacitor. He replaced them both, but the compressor still wouldnt come on. Because the contactor was stuck in the on position, it had overheated the compressor. He took a water hose and cooled it down. Then it worked perfectly! Tyler did a great job and if I ever have any more AC issues, I will definitely call Crisp Climate Control and specifically as for Tyler! Great job!!

    My Ac drain line clogged and caused some issues. I called late on Sunday night when I found water dripping into my dining room from my ceiling and they showed up first thing the following morning. Great pricing and friendly! Amazing Customer service! Highly recommend!

    A/C wasn’t cooling down Saturday night and they were able to send someone out that night. Jose showed up and was polite and professional. We were severely low on refrigerant. He recommended that we convert from R22 to 407c which ended up saving us about $800. Had us nice and cool within an hour.

    Thanks to a neighbor recommendation we called Crisp Climate Control because our AC stopped working over the weekend and after being quoted over 3k...Crisp Climate Control came today and fixed the problem for $620. They were very detailed and deligent on the assessment and found the real problem before jumping to expensive and unnecessary solutions.Definitely higly recommended!     Anytime you have air conditioning problems in the state of Texas, it is stressful- not only about dealing with the unbearable heat but also the cost of repairs can be astronomical. This past summer, my a/c just kept constantly running without ever shutting off and the temperature in the house ever-so-slightly kept getting warmer. I called Crisp Climate and was thoroughly expecting to be told that they could help me, but that it would be a few days before they could get to me. That was not the case at all. They came out that same afternoon, provided a temporary fix (due to needing a part that had to be picked up) to keep us comfortable and then came out the very next morning to finish the repair, correctly. All in all they spent about 6 total hours fixing our unit and made us feel like we were their #1 priority the whole time. When I received the bill, it was 1/3 the cost that I was fully anticipating it to be. I have shared my experience-and their phone number- with anyone that will listen and know exactly who I will be calling for any future HVAC needs or repairs.

    Our house in Cleburne, Texas started having trouble staying comfortable. I am bad about not changing the air filters, and it was sucking dirt onto the coils. Then the air conditioner started freezing up. That was when we called Crisp Climate Control. They made it out fast and cleaned the coils on the condenser and evap inside and out. They also noticed it was a little low on refrigeration and took care of that. They found the tiny refrigeration leak and took care of it in no time. I was amazed with the service and the low price. I will definitely be telling everyone I know in Cleburne who the best HVAC company is. Thank yall! I am so thankful that we didnt need a new HVAC install! Ill see yall next time on my air conditioning maintenance! Ill keep the AC air filters changed from now on!
