I won a water heater from Crawford, they came out the same day and installed it, too. All of it was at no cost to me. Crawford Plumbing, HVAC, and Sheet Metal works really hard to make a positive impact in our community, and I am so impressed with them. I had them out to do some plumbing work at the beginning of the year, and they were wonderful then too.

Yes, there are still good, honest contractors out there and my experience is that Crawford is one of them. We own 3 mobile home parks in the area and they take care of all our difficult plumbing issues. They are currently replacing all the water/sewer lines at one of our parks....and they are doing it right.

Heating went out on an extremely cold week. Called Crawfords, they came out immediately, looked over the system, had to order parts because it was an old system. Gave me the price of what it would be. I agreed to it and when the part came in, they were immediately out here replacing it. And guess what, it was exactly the price they quoted. Our air conditioner went out on a Friday night. Saturday morning I called Crawford and a very nice young man (Wade) said he would be there in an hour.He was. He diagnosed the issue but it would be a couple of days before he could get parts.In the meantime, he let us borrow two window units (which he installed) that got us through the weekend.As promised, he returned with the parts and had us up and running in no time.Very, very happy with Crawford HVAC and will not use anyone else! We used Crawford Plumbing this week for a full end-to-end propane gas line replacement in/outside our house. They were easy to work with and schedule and really cared about the project from start to finish. From troubleshooting the gas leak to the eventual replacement, they were very transparent and honest. We ended up using them to do the job because they had done a smaller job (water line leak) in the past and were great to work with. They just finished the gas line replacement today and my propane provider couldnt stop mentioning how impressive the work was. I will definitely be using this company in the future. He provided a fair and accurate bid for labor and materials, was able to get me on schedule in a reasonable amount of time, and provided great follow up and photos when the job was complete. The final invoice came in at the quoted amount. I highly recommend their services.

We were so relieved by the great service that we got from the Crawford plumber and his trainee who came to our house. My wife and I, and my parents who live next door have had problems with multiple Nacogdoches plumbing companies that have, in some instances, permanently damaged both our homes. The Crawford guys took their boots off at the door, and they were polite, clean, fast, and even slightly less expensive than I was quoted over the phone. I dont like posting reviews, but these guys were so courteous and professional that I called them back to find out how I could right one for them. I cant recommend Crawford Plumbing enough.

Young plumber, Jessie, was a follow up to a young heating and air tech, Josh, who found a natural gas leak.during his fall check of the heating unit. Both men clearly explained their findings and the work that I needed to approve. They came within 24 hours of my request for service, completed their work and cleaned up after themselves. One of the most impressive things that I witnessed and appreciated was the courtesy of both these young men. Jessie had an older gentleman,Wes, who was acting as his helper. Can’t say enough about Crawford plumbing! This company cares and is highly professional. My old, leaky water heater needed to be replaced and was done so the same day I called, and the replacement he cost was 25% less than the competition, which saved me $100’s. Mr. Crawford personally came out and assessed the seriousness of the situation and took care of me and my daughter by sending his plumbers. Within 1 hour, I had a new water heater and the problem was resolved, much to my relief! If you need any plumbing work, call Crawford first. You’ll be glad you did.

This is by far the best plumbing service ever! Ben Black came out on 1/2/23 to help with a crisis while trying to fix a faucet and the hot water valve decided to stop working. He was the only plumber available after calling literally every company that day - turns out the 2nd day of the year is a holiday too :/ He was very professional and even replaced the sink while he was here. Reasonably priced (even on a holiday)! Highly recommend. Will call Crawford Plumbing if we ever need plumbing help again.

Super impressed with Crawford plumbing. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed a leaking pipe for me, cleaned out the drains, and made sure everything was working before they left. I called them this morning to replace a water valve that connects to the water heater. We had no hot water all weekend and they were within an hour after I called. The techs were very professional. I asked them to replace 2 faucets outside of the house if they had time. They completed all the work and hooked up the rest of the water heater and made sure there were no leaks. They answered all my guestions too. I found the plumbers I will be using going forward for my house. Thank You Crawford Plumbing!!

Ben and Wes came to our rescue on the Saturday before Labor Day weekend. We had a leak at the outdoor valve at our home. They responded quickly to our need and assured us that they would not leave us without water for the extended holiday weekend. They arrived within 2 hours of our call and were finished in an amazing amount of time. They replaced a broken valve and broken water pipe leading to the valve area. They even relocated the valve in its own box for easier access. Thank you for your outstanding service, Ben and Wes! We definitely know who to call if we have plumbing issues in the future.

Durning the winter storm our pipes broke. We tried to find someone to help but no one would return calls.we were told about Crawford Plumbing and I contacted them. They responded to my message within 15 minutes, made time to come out the following day and fixed all our broken pipes! They were friendly, caring and affordable. Had issues with main sewer line needing to be replaced. Marshall and Wes came out for the job. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Due to how things lined up I had to call Marshall a couple of times for questions/scheduling and he answered promptly every time. Never felt like a hassle. Jake was at our house first thing the next morning to assess the situation and had a guy headed to our house and repaired within a few hours! Husband walked Into the kitchen last week and found the sink full of some pretty ugly water. Laundry room sink backs up to kitchen sink and it was full too. Water on the floor as well. Called Crawford Plumbing and they were out within the hour to unclog the drain. I am really pleased with this kind of service. We have other things that need doing and I will be calling on them to do it. They are our plumbers for life!
