Cowboy provided great customer service and a quality install, all within a week of our request. We had them install a mini-split unit. Not only does it work great, but they did a great job ensuring it looks good - hidden wires and seamless connections- inside and out. And again, they were able to schedule us so quickly. We had one issue, which was not Cowboy’s fault (a part was damaged in shipment); but they took care of it, keeping us informed of status while they waited for the part to come in. The Cowboy staff are all very friendly and professional. We are happy with their work and would request their services again.

This company is the best I have experienced in the AC world. I had a renter that was out for a few days of AC and it was the second time to loose Freon in the last 2 weeks. Al immediately started working on finding out if I had a warranty which I did and was able to get the part quicker than he thought and got to the rental AC working within 24 hours after calling him. This is my new AC company with the quick responses and keeping me updated. I really appreciate the whole service and I added the maintenance plan they offer as well. My renter is super excited the AC is back to normal. Thank you Cowboy Air!!!

I have owned many, many homes in various states and these guys are the BEST! They are honest, fair in their pricing, kind, responsive, hard-working and caring. The owner, Mr Fulton, even came out himself on a Saturday when I had an issue. I have had several ac issues and Mr Fulton goes way above and beyond. I have shopped around and I have had many ac repairs over the years. If you need help with your heating or ac then look no further. These guys can not be beat!

I called and spoke with Al Fulton and described the issue we were having. He had a service repair person show up the same day! Justin was very professional and quickly found the problem. We needed a new condenser and Al even checked to see if we were still under warranty. Unfortunately, we were not but Cowboy A/C had a new unit installed the next afternoon!Super professional and very prompt. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Al, the owner, is the BEST. He will go out of his way to try and make things work for you. My in-laws AC was broken in this 106 degree heat. Called Cowboy Air and Al, sent out one of his techs to fix it the same day! THATS what I call awesome service!!! Tech came out, added freon, stayed around to make sure it was working properly before leaving! One of the many reasons I refer this company to all my friends!

Cowboy HVAC saved the day for us. Our A/C went out and we needed a new unit. Cowboy had been out before for other issues and had done an excellent job. They were straight forward and honest about the situation. Told me he would try and have it done the next day. They came through, after already installing other units that day.They had a new A/C in within a couple of hours and even followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. Al is a trustworthy and friendly guy. Our AC unit stopped working on an August afternoon and he walked me through the steps of a system reboot. Voila! Everything is back up and running. Al didnt even need to make a service call, which means no wasteful service charge for us. My AC started going out Friday night, I changed the filters and cleaned the unit Saturday morning.Temp still rising in the house so I called our warranty company.They called three companies, Cowboys answered and said he could do same day. Was in my area and my AC was up and running 2 hours after my call on a Saturday.Al was very professional and explained what he had done.For some strange reason the problem resurfaced an hour after he left, he took my call and was very accommodating on trying to get back to the house same day.Thankfully we had a burst of cold air and it has worked fine since.Highly recommend.

I was referred to Cowboy AC & Heating by my neighbor, regarding some issues that I was experiencing with my furnace. My inquiry was the result of me seeking a 2nd opinion, after receiving a rather alarming quote from the company recommended by my builder. Cowboy AC&H scheduled me for an appointment on the same day, and was able to provide a very reasonable estimate, followed by a timely completion of their work. I had to reach out this weekend, due to thermostat issue that was prohibiting my unit from heating during sub-freezing temperatures. Mr. Al once again, promptly came out to repair the issue.If you have taken the time to peruse these reviews in search of a cost-effective and reliable resource, look no further. You wont find a better one within this industry.
