    We have used Cover HVAC a number of times to service the HVAC at the condo we own. Several Texas A&M students live there. Cover HVAC Service technicians are always timely and professional. Their communication before arrival, during, and after the repair is exceptional. I highly recommend Cover HVAC!

    I liked that they fit me in on the day I called . They were a second opinion and they exceeded all expectations . The first place that looked at my HVAC was more interested in selling me a $16,000 plus new unit instead of talking about repairing it. George from Cover took the opposite approach and repaired my unit THE SAME DAY !!!! Professional and highly recommended !

    George was awesome, showed up within the time fame they gave me. He resolved the issue and explained everything to me that was going on with our unit. Very friendly! Even took his shoes off without me asking before walking on our light colored carpet.

Im a retired AC and electrical contractor with 40+yrs in the trade, so my expectations are pretty high, Cover met every one of them and I more than highly recommend them as your go to company for any HVAC need you might have.If I was still in business I would recommend Cover AC to any of my own customers, and that speaks volumes as to the quality of their work/business ethic!     The guys at Cover HVAC are always great! Called with my system freezing up at 7am. By 9 am they have already been here and fixed the problem. Best service around :)

    I cant say enough great things about this company. Let me give you back story of how I come to find Cover HVAC.I had installed a used condenser about 2 months ago and used a guy that I guess did AC side jobs. I used him because he was the least expensive I could find and money is tight because Im unemployed due to health reasons. This guy told me I had to buy a new coil. He ordered it and I picked it up. He installed the coil and the 2019 used condenser... he was nice and polite and professional... but while I did once again have AC it never seemed to cool like it should. My previous neighbor called out MoCo Air to help us and they came out and were here 10 minutes and said the coil is too big for our system and then left... they told my husband we had to get a new 3 ton coil or new condenser that is at least a 4-5 ton. Said we had a 5 ton coil for a 3 ton condenser and they dont work together. However, we couldnt prove what size the coil was to the first guy who did the job because the label on the brand new coil was peeled off so he couldnt warranty the work. The receipt for the coil showed it as a 3 ton. Is it possible we ordered a 3 ton and received a 5 ton, sure, but not likely. How the label came off is anyones guess. I dont know how MoCo Air could tell what size the coil was with the label peeled off but they said it was a 5 ton. Fast forward to today and its getting hotter and hotter outside and my AC is running non stop and not cooling the house.... I seeked out help from Facebook and Cover HVAC came to my rescue.... They were here the very next day and the technician admitted he didnt know of any other way to decipher what size a coil is without the label because they come in different sizes and shapes nowadays but he could see there was other issues that could be causing my AC running 24/7. He cleaned my drain lines and emergency drain pan and reduced the freon pressure and now I can actually feel the air blowing in my house.. its amazing... Cover HVAC is AMAZING! They really helped me at a time when I just didnt know what to do or how to fix this and I cant express enough how grateful I am to this company. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You. God Bless You!
