    Best AC company I have used in 40 years of owning a home. Honest, professional, detail-oriented and very skilled. Unlike most companies who want to get done as fast as possible and do the minimum work to get paid, this company is very focused on getting every detail right and staying as long as necessary for a perfect result.     Had a new ac and furnance installed about 3 months ago. discovered my heat was not working. they came out and and found the problem inside 5 minutes. simply forgot to hook up a wire during installation. man also noticed that my thermostat needed to be rewired for it to talk properly to the new furnace. everthing working great now.     I cannot recommend Brian and Jeremy (the owner) enough. They were communicative, knowledgeable, pleasant and kind. They were able to get out same day for service and walked me through everything . He did a tune up of my ac/checked Freon/drain pain/air flow, both in the Attic and outside the unit itself. He was up front with pricing and I couldn’t ask for a better tech, Brian was amazing. I spoke to Jeremy to schedule the call and he was so communicative with me via text. Don’t be afraid to text them! I ended up purchasing the service plan so they can check the unit twice a year. Peace of mind at a reasonable price. Please call them. Thank you, Brian!!

    Im a general contractor that uses Corver HVAC for my clients. When my landlord sent his HVAC guys out and they left my residence saying the whole system needed to be replaced, it didnt make sense, so I called Corver to come take a look. Brian came out and had cold air blowing within an hour.

    I would highly recommend Jeremy and his team with Cover HVAC. The process started with me calling out 4+ contractors to bid the job. Jeremy stood out from the rest with his outstanding customer service, including answering emails on the weekends (even after hours)!     Absolutely outstanding service. Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He stayed well past what he had to in order to help solve our HVAC issue.We’ve had several other people out and he was able to figure out why our secondary was draining more than our primary, even though our primary wasn’t blocked.Couldn’t ask for better service.     AC went out on the weekend. Jeremy had someone over within an hour. Turned out to be a piece of tree that had gotten into the fan blade. Tech removed it and did an excellent job getting it working again. Highly recommend this company!!

    Cover HVAC really came through! Having already spent a hot night when our AC quit cooling, they managed to work us into the schedule that day. Brian showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. He got us fixed up, tested the system and then waited a bit to make sure the house was cooling down. He even played with my dog while he waited (the dog loved him, by the way — that says something). Receipt was emailed immediately and Brian was on his way.If you need an HVAC expert, Cover HVAC should be your first stop.

    TRUSTHWORTHY, THOROUGH, HONEST, COMPETENT. After already spending $250 on a capacitor that lasted 8 hours, I was told I needed a fan motor for $850. I found Cover HVAC on Google maps and they came out the next day. Mark was so thorough and tested multiple times for determining it was actually a relay switch.and for a trip charge I had AC after being out several days. They have earned my business from here on out!

    Our A/C suddenly stopped cooling and AHS declined to cover the repair expenses. I called a few companies and Cover HVAC fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. First, a technician (George) came to diagnose the problem and they only charged $89 for the diagnosis. Then a team of technicians (Mark and Cameron) replaced the evaporation coil that was leaking but the system didn’t perform at the desired level immediately. After my phone call, Jeremy (company owner) sent another technician (George) within 3 hours to fine tune the system. Now it’s working great. Well, I think I finally found an A/C company that I can rely on. Their service was very fast and accurate. And they are always very kind. I would definitely recommend.

    Once again, as they always do, our AC unit went out at the most inconvenient time (almost midnight). Normally one would have a fit, not only because of the oven weve been in for months, but also because its the weekend, and nothing good comes from an obnoxious AC unit on the weekend. No freakout ... especially when you have COVER HVAC standing by 24hrs a day for your problems. We contacted Jeremy at Cover,after returning from the hospital at almost 11:30 last night about the problem. We were responded to in less than 30min with our repair already scheduled for 7-9 am this morning! We knew the time, and the name of our technician coming out. We also received a message from our tech, advising us that he would contact us in the morning when he was on the way! Mark contacted us when he was about 10 min away from our house. He arrived well BEFORE the 9am deadline of our window, jumped on the job, with both feet and knocked out a complicated troubleshooting process in short order. As a retired HVAC contractor I was again extremely impressed with his knowledge, and his efforts to keep us informed of the entire process as he went along. The repair was completed in short order, with no attempt at any up sale of the job, or any unnecessary parts or labor. Cover remains our go-to AC company, they operate with old school customer service, and state of the art diagnostic ability. Do yourself a big favor and call Cover the next time you need quality service that you can TRUST! They more than exceeded our expectations, AGAIN!!     I will recommend them to everyone! Jeremy was very responsive, informative and helpful throughout the entire process. My heater went out the other day and we couldnt figure out what was wrong since it just worked. Not only did he take the my call late at night, he scheduled to come to me the next day. After a couple hours and confirming with me the issue and price, everything was fixed and now my house is nice and cozy again.     Jeremy really knows his stuff! My husband, sister-in-law, and I were very impressed with his knowledge. Our AC went out on Saturday and he had a new AC unit installed for us by Wednesday.     Our AC went out on a Saturday right when my toddler’s nap was supposed to start (and the temps out side were in the high 90’s). I chose Cover HVAC because they were the first nest certified company on google.     Jeremy and the other gentleman with him replaced a plenum with the correct dimensions (the one installed previously was old and the wrong size) along with cleaned/inspected the sub-plenum boxes and duct connections. Then, they adjusted the blower speed to the correct setting, checked pressures on the supply and return, and verified refrigerant levels in a timely manner at a great price. The company owner is not hesitant with sharing any information that may help you troubleshoot your own HVAC system either. If you’re looking for an honest company that will get the job completed quickly, correctly and at a great price, these are people you should go with.

    My moms puppy chewed through the wiring on her A/C unit. I called Cover HVAC to do the repair because I had used them last year at my house.     Our ac stopped working Wednesday evening - we called Thursday morning and they could have gotten to us that day but we scheduled for Friday since somebody would be home. We were given a time frame of 8-10am. Sure enough George showed up at 8:15am and got started.He was friendly and professional from the beginning. He needed to go to Tomball for a part but communicated that well.     Unreal. These guys are thorough and diligent.The work they completed includes replacement of the furnace and blower, new returns and complete replacement of the ductwork and air distribution plenum.Prior to the upgrades from Cover HVAC, our home had many hot and cold spots, dirty registers and two different size returns. One room was always too hot or too cold.After their work, the difference is amazing. Our home now has even temperature all throughout. There are several returns to keep air flowing and only one filter to replace. Additionally, the blower is two-stage, which will perform more frugally.Finally, the thermostat is actually a climate control. I can control it from my phone, and I don’t have to go in and change from “Cool” to “Heat” when the outdoor temperatures swing wildly.Excellent work—we are truly grateful for the expertise and experience brought to this project by Jeremy, Chris and George at Cover AC.

    Jeremy at Cover HVAC saved my house! I had clogged pipes that were causing the emergency drain to overflow, I didnt know how close I was to flooding my house. But he came out the same day I called, fixed the issue, explained everything, was super nice to talk to and was in and out before I knew it! On top of that I always dread anything that has to do with my A/C cause all I see is the dollar signs adding up like crazy, but what he did wasnt expensive and of course was way less than it would have been to fix a flooded house!
