Cosmic Air Conditioning and Heating is a great business. They are knowledgeable professionals who value their work and their customers. I have used them for several years for repairs, AC and Heater checkups, and I even purchased a brand new system from them, AC, heat and ductwork. They do excellent work, are dependable and friendly. If they say they will be there, they will be there as they said. That counts for so much when you need them! I definitely recommend their service.Ah, once again Cosmic Air has come through for me with very good service and reasonable price. Had a system checkup on 10/31/24 after repairs from Beryl wrecking my home. Tyler, the technician, was very polite and helpful, fixing what was needed. Im all good to go!

Our hard start kit, capacitor and relay was determined to be the cause. It was installed quickly and then repetitively tested.Cosmic graciously, honored their one year warranty for the service call (diagnoses,parts and labor), even though we were a day over.Tyler’s in-depth knowledge was evident. He also showed patience and kindness in explanations to us. We have used Cosmic air for years. When our system failed, they responded and fixed it the same day. When we schedule maintenance, they are timely in the scheduled window of time. Their technicians are always professional and friendly—I’ve never been uncomfortable having any of them in my home. The company I used previously charged me 10-times their cost for Freon, which gave me an $800 bill for a warranty repair. Cosmic Air, on the other hand, has recommended DIY solutions rather than upselling their own services. Cosmic Air’s prices have always been reasonable.I was especially pleased with this most recent service, a spring A/C check-up. Tyler was very thorough, and also took time to explain all of his findings and preventive tasks. My wife suggested that we should request him by name for future appointments.In summary, trustworthy companies in this industry can be difficult to find. Cosmic Air has given me every reason to be thankful that a friend recommended them.

I’ll always recommend Cosmic. For the past few years my out dated A/C unit has been a problem with trying to keep the house cool in the summer. Every time Albert with Cosmic has come out, and taken care of my problem. Explained what the problem was, never tried to push to sell anything, has always been professional, but I did understand that the system needed to be replaced.I decided to get the system replaced before suffering the heat of the summer, so I called and got a quote from Aaron.The quote I received was in line with anyone else. The guys from Cosmic arrived at my home at the time Aaron said that they would (8:30am). Aaron, Albert and the other guys replaced the system (A/C and furness) and were pulling out of my driveway by (12:45) with everything cleaned up, picked up, the house was as if no one had ever been there. I had a great experience with Cosmic Air Conditioning and Heating. I contacted them for a diagnostic estimate for repairs when I noticed my A/C was not cooling. They gave me an estimated time of arrival and the technician (Albert) was prompt on all occasions. They performed a thorough diagnostic of my A/C unit and found the evaporator coil had a severe leak. They provided me with multiple options for repairs which included replacing the leaking coil or replacing the entire unit. When I made my decision, they quickly ordered the needed parts, and Albert promptly came out to complete the repair. This company is trustworthy, honest, and professional. I will definitely recommend them, and work with them again.

Cosmic help me out when I truly needed it, power went out and came back on and the a/c was blowing out hot air. They came out checked everything and notice my thermostat was not working properly, reset my a/c unit to blow out cold, reported the problem to my alarm company, who put in the thermostat in and they couldnt do nothing for it but to try and reset the panel and the thermostat and it started blowing hot again, called Cosmic around their closing hours to replace my thermostat and get my a/c going again. They had someone finishing up a job and he swing by and installed after hours. I highly recommend this company for any a/c problems!

This company is great at what they do. They offer a variety of services from system inspections to system repairs. I had a problem with my A/C when I closed on my house and since they inspected the system, they sent someone out who arrived in 30 minutes and they had it repaired within 15 minutes. They did the repair at no extra cost!! That is putting your money where your mouth is! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will be my go to HVAC company from now on.

So very glad my neighbor recommended Cosmic Air. I am pleased with their work as I had a rodent chew some ac wires. They really did a nice job of sealing the outside and it looked so much nicer than what my previous ac guy had done. They even found a safety feature that wasn’t correct on my furnace from the previous ac guy. It’s absolutely nice having someone I trust to do the job correctly the first time.

Man these guys are fantastic. Called them at noon with a suspected condensate water leak in the house from the HVAC. They showed up at 3pm and did the diagnostics and turns out the problem was in a water line in the wall behind a bathroom. Obviously not an HVAC problem - My bad. The person was very competent and helped identify the location of the leak. Total charge was very very reasonable!! Highly recommend them! Will use them in the future.

On the day of install the lead person showed up and started removing freon from the old unit, the install crew showed up and proceeded with the job. Everything ran smooth. Their prices are competitive and their response time when something isn’t working has always been prompt (even in the middle of summer!) Several years ago one of my neighbors referred me to these guys and Ive been using them since. They installed a new attic gas heating unit for me and, hopefully, Ill be able to get a new AC unit early 2020 and Cosmic will get the job. No complaints about them whatsoever.
