    These guys were Amazon. Right from the first personal phone call - not a sales rep - which was so nice, he was friendly, answered all questions and helped figure out the issue right on the phone. He came by pretty much same day and saved us almost half the money the other company charged and even spotted issues the others did not. I called based on his Google reviews and I’m glad I did!

    I was turned onto jojo and his company about 3 years ago by an electrician i like. which seemed like a good testimonial already. i needed someone to do a seasonal service on the hvac at my business. he responded promptly, came promptly, did the work well and efficiently and he was cheerful and a smart caring person. then i needed someone at my house and i had the same experience. then again, and again over the years. he does quality checkups and he always seems to be close when i need him and his crew. i trust him and believe me hes solved some troublesome issues at my house from previous companies. thanks.

    Jojo and team are absolute rock stars. We have been using them at Sundance Memory Care for as long as I can remember and they have been on time, efficient, more than knowledgeable and just incredible folks to work with. I cant think of a single complaint. They are creative and outside of the box thinkers and can trouble shoot a PTAC to dryer drum with ease. I highly recommend Cool Star, their incredible team and diligent work ethic they bring to each job.

    JoJo was excellent! Our A/C went out in the middle of the night, in the heat of summer! JoJo came out the same day and had us up and running within two hours!! My house is so cold now I had to turn UP the thermostat. It runs better than before! Will definitely be using them again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    I have lived through a decade neurological issues but after moving into a new place, i started feeling more issues of a different nature. After 6 months of no luck with doctors, specialist, etc... After finding a blob of dust in the return of the ac unit, called Jojo and set appt. He quickly found the root cause of the issue and sealed the gaps that were allowing dust, dirt, pollen, mold and God knows whatever else, pulling air through years of dirty insulation, into the ac ducts and right into my life. Took time explaining and showing me how the issue affected the airflow and eventually affected me. Professional, hardworking and went the extra mile help someone struggling. The next morning i woke up and for the first time in that house, did not see the counter completely covered in dust. I realized i had been breathing, eating and drinking contaminants the whole time and was feeling the effects, vision, smell, cognitive, motor skills, etc ...which were pulling my life into a downward spiral of physical and mental pain. The next few days the house stayed clean and i could feel symptoms that i had for 6 months, beginning to ease. I know there is a long road ahead to recovery but that road started with a breath of fresh air, for the first time, in a long time. Forever grateful...

    Needed a new a/c system. Called for a quote and came out the same day a few hours after calling and gave quote and installed my system in a very timely manner. Faster than was expected. This business is professional, fairly priced and great customer service. I would highly recommend if you need any service to call this company. They will take care of any need that you have. I would give more than 5 stars if there were anymore to give. These are great people to do business with.
