    Excellent HVAC professionals. My neighbor recommended this company highly. I called Mario at 4:30 pm, he answered my call, and he was at my home at 6:30 pm. Pros:1. They are well trained, well stock in their trucks,2. They are honest people, did not attempt to upsell a new HVAC at all,3. They are creative, drove to pick up a window AC unit for our temporary use, because parts services were all closed for the day.4. Excellent communications, showed up and got the job done, excellent follow up,5. Price was reasonable, he could charge me whatever they wanted, since AC is our lifeline in Texas summer heat.I recommend Cool Masters highly, they are my go to HVAC guys from now on. You will be a happy customer.

    I had a very positive experience with Cool-Masters AC & Heating LLC. They were highly efficient; they came to inspect the problem the same day I reported it and explained the issue to me. They showed me the problem through photos and videos, which gave me confidence in their diagnosis. Once I agreed to finish the work, they arrived on the promised day and met the estimated time they had given me from the start. They also cleaned up all the debris generated by the job.Additionally, my A/C service was restored the same day they started working. No A/C repair is low-cost, but what I paid was reasonable compared to other companies. I’m delighted with their professionalism and speed.

    Mario and his team are always solid. They always come out faster than any other A/C repair folks and do a thorough job. Theyre very easy to communicate with and respond quickly, and they know what theyre doing and are patient with answering questions and explaining everything. They have come through for me on short notice a few times now, and Ive always been very satisfied with their work and service.

    Cool Masters has not only great communication but is also considerate of your time! We received heating as well as cooling maintenance on our system and couldn’t be more happy with the service we received! I truly believe the price for the maintenance is very reasonable and would recommended them to those who not only need maintenance but for all issues related to your AC system!     I saved the number for Cool Masters Ac & Heating for years because I was happy with the work they did changing my AC at that time. Now I had them changing the air duct and they still do an awesome job, they are really professional and trustworthy. I really do recommend them for any AC or Heating repairers you might need. It is not easy to find a company who can be trusted to do a great job.
