    I am in hospitality business myself and appreciate it when people go out of their way to satisfy their customers. Nowadays it is very difficult to find this, but with Cool Fusion i can not say enough good words.     Tyler is GREAT!! I highly recommend Tyler and this AC company! He throughly explained what was needed to get our system cooling again. Wish every AC company was like this one and that they had more technicians like Tyler!! Great customer service from start to finish. Understood our AC system and was able to complete the job. Was very impressed with how well he knew our AC system and was able to get our home cool again. Glad to see he is an pet lover as our Labradoodle went to greet him as soon as he walked inside.

    Tyler is the best! He fixed my heater quickly then stuck around for a bit to watch the furnace and make sure everything ran okay.     Nov 2023 Update for my use of Cool Fusion: This is the third time Ive used Cool Fusion. This time it was for routine maintenance/tune-up in prep for the coming winter. Tyler was his usual excellent service provider. Took care of my three units. Great value, excellent service, and very friendly. Will continue to use him in the future.This is a follow-on to a review I recently wrote for Tyler/Marcus at Cool Fusion. After they did an excellent job installing a new A/C for me, I had Tyler back to take a look at a different A/C that appeared to be struggling. Tyler fit me in his very busy schedule on very short notice and was able to adjust/fix the minor issue with my second A/C. He also provided some insight into its condition (it was installed in the mid-90s) and gave me a few tips on what to look for since it is ageing. Additionally, he did a quick check on the new A/C he previously installed to make sure all was working as it should.Overall, two for two in superb work and interaction with the customer. I highly recommend Cool Fusion and plan on using them when able in the future.

    Tyler and Marcos at Cool Fusion are hands down the best AC company weve ever worked with. We were working with another, larger AC company in the SATX area. After working with that company for over two months and spending $1.5K on fixes, we still had the same AC issue. After a lot of frustrations, we called Tyler and he quickly rescued us! He came over, diagnosed the issue, explained EVERYTHING to us, AND then he and Marcos fixed it. All within 2 hours. I am so mad we spent even a dime at that other company.     We had a fantastic experience with Cool Fusion. Our A/C broke two days after we moved into a new house, and Marcus spent 5 hours on his day off diagnosing the issue and going to a bunch of stores trying to find the right parts. The part was on recall, so they diligently checked with Home Depot for a couple weeks before getting the part online. When they came to replace the part, they even tightened up our loose front doorknob for us. Were grateful for the hard work they put in for us, and they were very professional and considerate. Given the opportunity, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in this area.

    Tyler was fantastic with our air conditioner problem. Another company starting with “G” and is “hard to spell” simply wanted to replace everything and politely avoided discussing all the options. ( we were happy with their gas line install which is why we started with them)Our home warranty placed us in contact with Tyler at Cool Fusion. He promptly arrived and quickly identified the actual problem. We discussed options, the pros and cons, and went with a much better solution….and saved a bunch of money while at the same time not cutting any corners or putting off the inevitable.     Tyler and his partner did an amazing job and even more than what was asked of them. They came for a heater malfunction, not only fixed it, but then checked on the A/C system after I asked a question regarding it. They found it was running inefficiently and fixed the problem as well. It took him and his partner a grand total of 10 minutes to fix my problem and stayed an additional 30 minutes just to help with the system and to educate me on simple maintenance. These guys are great and a small business so I definitely recommend them to all looking to get upfront pricing and no extra BS. 5 of 5 STAR SERVICE!!!!

    The Service from cool fusion was great. I was able to make an appointment and receive service within about 24 hours of noticing I had a problem. He showed up quick, fixed my A/C unit, and returned my home to livable conditions. He also provided me lots of information by answering my questions on ways I could improve my A/C system.     The Technician was knowledgeable and considerate. He inspected my system with care and advised me of what he found. Currently I am waiting for warranty approval on a 3 year old system which was poorly installed by another so-called contractor. I will allow him to fix my system when the time comes. I look forward to dealing with him. Tyler and his assistant replaced the condeser, lines and repaired the ductwork in a timely fashion in a professional manner. They had to fix another companies poor work which was the cause of a complete system failure. I will refer customers to him whenever the opportunity arises.
