    Joe saved us from the heat!! Our old AC unit had been going in and out, I reached out to several local AC companies for quotes to replace or aged unit and Joe was quick to respond, was thorough in answering our questions and came by same day to service the AC to cool until the new unit could be installed. He was genuine and wanted to help and saved us from having another night without AC. New unit installed and the service was top notch! Highly recommend Joe!

    I called Cool Choice (Joey Trevino) after several days of having my AC not cooling my house, off and on! He was wonderful! His wait time and price were much better than the competitors. He was knowledgeable and got my AC Unit back up and blowing wonderfully cold air! I would highly recommend him! And plan to use him in the fall to get some air duct improvements made.

    Our system was old when we moved into the house 16 years ago. Cool Choice has been to our home at least 3 times in last 6 years. Joey and other staff are professional, fast and honest. After replacing a fan, and making a few other required repairs, they gave me a detailed write-up of what they did and potential issues that might occur in the future with our old system. I asked for info on a new system and Joey gave us several links and a quick lesson on pricing and suggested systems appropriate for Central Texas. Joey followed up after the visit with several texts, emails and phone calls to make sure everything was still working great. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend their service.

    Ive worked with Joey and his team for several years now and its always a great experience. Theyre responsive, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is in perfect working order. On multiple occasions Joey has gone out of his way to keep us comfortable. Cool Choice has set the standard for every service provider I work with (and its a high bar!)

    We really appreciate Joeys expertise and honesty! He always does competent work in a timely manner, while charging us very reasonable prices. We will continue to call Cool Choice when we need it!Update: Joey and his crew helped us again recently when our AC (that was 34 years old) bit the dust. They helped us decide which unit to buy, gave us a really good deal, and installed it complete with a brand new thermostat. They even reimbursed us for a hotel night when they ran in to a challenge during installation and it was too hot to stay in our house.I cant say enough good things about Cool Choice! Joey even checked our duct work and gave advice for making our attic more energy efficient. He is a guy with lots of integrity and who knows his stuff!

    Best AC company in Austin!! Joey is awesome, so honest and dependable. Besides being unbelievably nice, easy to work with and professional, Joey fixed our AC quickly and his rates are really reasonable. He has worked on not only my AC at my personal home, but I have referred him to 3 or 4 of my friends and he has done an excellent job for everyone I have referred him to. Great company, great prices, so friendly, HIGHLY recommend!!

    Cool Choice was contacted because my A/C kept shutting off as if it had no electricity to it. Joey immediately diagnosed the issue and a service call was set up. The technician arrived on time, performed the diagnosed maintenance quickly, which corrected the problem, and I was notified the job had been completed.Very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and professional.

    Amazing service and wonderful response time! I had some issues with a system that was installed a year ago just before I bought my home. I inherited the product but Joey didn’t treat me like anything but his new favorite customer! He came over within an hour and offered to fix a few small things under warranty!

    Bobby at the Bryan location is great! I called with my system down and company over, and he arrived within an hour from my call. Once he arrived, he had it fixed in even less time than it took him to get there. From his professionalism, speed, and willingness to explain what he was doing, I could not recommend Cool Choice any more highly.     My summer utility bills were running over $350 every month. Joey came and recommended that I put in a new unit and change out my pool pump. He determined that the unit was undersized and that my pool pump was running all the time. I took his advice and when the first bill came I was astonished!! It was $68.00. I thought it was certainly a mistake, but extremely pleased to learn it was not. He also quoted me much less then the other company I had give me an estimate. Thank you Joey and Cool Choice, I now have extra money in my pocket!!
