    Excellent service! I have a mini split in my office and I tried for about a year to find someone that would be willing to even look at what was wrong with it. I had the manual and the error code but every place i called said no, they would not look at it...until I found Cool Atmosphere. Thomas came out, assessed it, ordered the part and it worked! Thank you so much Thomas. You all will be my go to AC company going forward. Even the price was affordable.

    Cool Atmosphere has helped us twice this year - in November our AC fan went out, and they came quickly and fixed the problem. Then in January the AC unit stopped heating. This one was a little more complicated, but was also resolved quickly and at a very reasonable price. Thomas was our tech, and he was thorough, explained what needed to be done and the cost. I highly recommend the company, and especially Thomas.

    Cool Atmosphere did an excellent job. From first contact to finished instillation on a new heat pump system was less than 48 hrs. They provided a quote and answered all our questions quickly even after normal business hours. Their crew was on time professional and very respectful of our home. Highly recommend them.

    Do not hesitate to contact them! Honest, reliable, fantastic work! They really care about the quality of their work and care about what theyre doing.When our furnace went out we originally had someone else look at it. I wasnt comfortable because they wouldnt explain everything so I could understand. One of the owners at Cool Atmosphere took time out of their day to talk to me. How many companies would do that? We got scheduled and Thomas came and fixed everything. I dont think he could have been nicer if he tried...lol. We had been 3 days with no heat when I talked to them initially and also got recommendations from people in our neighborhood. Absolutely fantastic!

    Cool Atmosphere is the best! The technician, Will, showed up before 12 today (ahead of schedule!). My AC was running but something with the drain line was going on. Got everything cleaned, compressor checked out great and even signed up for their (twice) yearly check ups! Will even took care of the Fall heating check up for me today so I didn’t have to schedule another appointment.Customer service at its FINEST⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I recommend anyone looking for an affordable, reliable HVAC company to contact Cool Atmosphere!

    I called them around 3:30, and they had a technician there within 2 hours. Thomas diagnosed, and fixed the problem with my ac very quickly. He replaced one small, cheap part, and I had cold air again.

    Our AC went out at 5pm and temp outside was 101….of course! Called Cool Atmosphere and they returned call immediately!! Evan arrived a little while later and took care of business!!!     I called for an A/C service visit around 8 am and Evan showed up around 10:15, earlier than the 10:30 appointment. Aside from being a 20 yo AC unit, Evan diagnosed a simple power surge issue. We restarted the unit and it’s working again. No more than a simple visit charge with our Block House discount, and we paid about half of what expected for the inspection. Better than the end result was Evan. He was knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and overall good guy!Good service, professionalism and good people. When we do replace our 20 yo system, we may not even get a second opinion, we’ll go Evan and Cool Atmosphere!

    My 91-year-old friend, an Air Force veteran living in Leander, had his AC break down. A company recommended by his home warranty came out over a week ago but didn’t fix it due to a lack of parts and no follow-up. He went a whole week without AC. When I found out, I contacted Christy and Nick at Cool Atmosphere. They came right out, had the parts in stock, and got his AC running again.     We just had a wonderful experience with Cool Atmosphere. Thomas was one of the technicians that came to our home and he was so helpful, informative and polite. I am a young first time homebuyer and had almost zero knowledge about our system and they didn’t make me feel ignorant, nor do I feel like that tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, which has happened to me in the past with other companies.     Wonderful experience. Our air conditioner stopped working, and the company called me back very quickly after I called them. They were able to fit me in that day. Thomas came out and was able to determine the problem very fast. He was incredibly nice and personable and even gave me some tips to help my air conditioner and parts last longer. This will definitely be our go-to air conditioner repair company from now on.

    Cool Atmosphere has excellent customer service! Not only did they install two excellent HVAC units, they come out every six months to check on them.One thermostat went dark just as our next service was due so I called them. The person who picked up immediately knew what the issue was and explained how to resolve it and arranged for a technician to come out the next day.Nick noted we needed new air filters and swapped them for a couple bucks more than they cost at Home Depot. In addition to testing everything, he also cleaned the drainage lines and the compressor coils.

    Have been with cool atmospheres for several years. All staff have been wonderful, and as a customer, you never feel rushed (despite their busy schedule). Communication is spot-on.     We recently had a central AC system stop cooling. I called Cool Atmosphere Heating and Air. They had helped in the past and I knew I could depend on them. The technician scheduled a visit the same day. When he arrived, one of the worst storms hit the area. He patiently waited in his vehicle as the massive storm passed by. Unfortunately, the neighborhood was left without power. He rescheduled and came out when power was restored. The system was diagnosed, and several solutions were proposed. The job was completed quickly, on time and in a professional manner. The main office and the technician were easy to contact. I highly recommend Cool Atmosphere Heating and Air for any of your AC/Heating needs.

    We have used a Cool Atmosphere maintenance agreement for servicing our AC for several years. They are easy to work with, always on time and their techs are very courteous and friendly. When our coil developed a slow leak, they worked closely with the manufacturer to get it replaced under warranty.     Cool Atmosphere HVAC contractor is the BEST!Due to my unfortunate situation of dealing with a serious allergy to household mold and an HVAC unit that was not clean and healthy, I needed a professional who is experienced, competent, ethical, honest and affordable. A friend of mine who had recently replaced the HVAC unit in her condo was struggling to get good customer service from the folks she had hired for the job. Dust was pouring out of her expensive new system, and she was not happy! To find a vetted team to solve my problem, I reached out to local builder, Neil McCulloch. He recommended Cool Atmosphere, and now my problem is solved! After doing a lot of research to understand how an HVAC system works, I still had questions.     5/16/24. I have selected Cool Atmosphere for a recurring seasonal servicing. Their performance collectively as well as that from their technicians have been exemplary.9/12/23. My airconditioner failed last month during local 105+ degree heat. Cool Atmosphere rapidly responded to my request for an evaluation and quote. I decided to use them to replace my AC. Cool Atmosphere patiently answered all my questions; outlined options; quickly installed the selected unit; conducted a separate Quality Control check after the unit had operated for around a week; and then submitted the invoice for payment. Though not previously discussed, the invoice also included a way to obtain a manufactures rebate. Cool Atmosphere was professional in all aspects -- evaluation, installation, quality, and administrative. Thank you Christy, Nick, Tyson and all others involved in helping us through this process.

    Cool Atmosphere was recommended to us by a friend when we needed a new HVAC. They were responsive to all emails and calls, got appointments set quickly, and understood our budget, giving us multiple brand options. They were able to direct us to financing, and it all came together very easily. I will say that I did not love installation. I was in my home while my husband and kids were at school and work in January, but we had not had an HVAC in over a month (mold remediation). It was very very cold. Instead of shutting the door when they had to come in and out, the man installing kept leaving it open. it was in the low 50s in my house- I was actually wearing my coat and gloves inside the entire time because of it and I was even catching some wind. When they went to the vehicle to get something, it would sometimes be just a minute, or sometimes longer, so I ended up going and shutting the door every time. I had trouble communicating with the installer because he spoke very little English and I speak very little Spanish (Another reason I did not just ask them to close the door). At one point, I had to leave the home to pick my kids up from school, I was able to communicate that thanks to google translate! We had arranged for our own thermostat to stay on since it was fairly new, but the installer had missed that. I did not realize he was installing the new thermostat (that we had not wanted) until after it was installed, so he had to uninstall it and reinstall ours. I consider these all minor issues though, as the system was installed correctly and works well and has quality folks standing behind it. The issues were temporary and were only issues due to the time of year and weather, which they have no control over!THAT BEING SAID, the installation was a one off for sure. Every other time we have dealt with Cool Atmosphere, it has been nothing but pleasant. The installation of the new system came with an included year of maintenance (2X a year), and we felt this was well worth the value and purchased another year when it expired. The cost of being on their maintenance plan is around the amount you would pay for 2X maintenance elsewhere, but comes with other perks if work needs to be done. It is over 105 this past week and our HVAC has been struggling. They were booked up the day I contacted them, but were able to send someone over the next morning. Since our maintenance was due, they went ahead and did the normal maintenance, on top of trying to figure out if there was a problem or if its just too dang hot outside. Unlike other companies we have dealt with that make you wait hours or have a 4 hour arrival window, the tech arrived within the assigned 1 hour window of time. Evan was professional but personable, and was happy to give us tips on how we can best maintain our system, and when/how often things should be done. He found a clog in our drain pipe, which took quite a bit to unclog and may have been the reason our HVAC was struggling so badly (and unclogging it was covered under our maintenance plan!), he also noticed our refrigerant was low and worked to get the right amount in it (the amount needed ALSO covered under our maintenance plan!). He was here longer than the typical maintenance appointment, but it was all blanket covered under our plan so we did not have to pay anything out of pocket today since we were due for maintenance. When he left, the system was playing catch up, as it had reached that time of day, so he advised us to give it a few days to see if things improve as they should. He asked me to contact them and follow up on a set day after it has a chance to catch up and if it was not better they will send someone back out. I dont think I have ever had a company ask me to follow up whether things were better or not so that they knew the job was done and done correctly!I highly recommend Cool Atmosphere Heating and Air, and also recommend their yearly maintenance plan. Everyone we have dealt with at the company have been kind and honest and the work is high quality.

    Nobody ever wants to get home after a long day to find out the ac went out. I called Cool Atmosphere late at night and they had Thomas come out right away the next morning! This is Such a Huge Relief!!! He was out here and took the time to explain everything he was doing, got the system working, and made awesome realistic recommendations for me.     Had a mini split system installed in my garage 3 weeks ago. What a blessing. When Nick came out to look at the garage he was the only contractor that suggested a location for the outdoor unit that wouldnt be an eyesore in our front courtyard. He suggested a location on the back side of the house were my main house unit is located. This required using more copper supply line , but the result is more aesthetically pleasing. Not only did none of the other 4 contractors offer this creative solution, but even with this additional copper tubing Cool Atmosphere had the best pricing. All of them were quoting the Mitsubishi mini split. And as a Diamond dealer they could up the warranty to 12 years instead of the 7 or 10 years the others were offering. Because the prices from the others were all over the place I had lots of questions. One contractor wanted to charge me twice the price for an extended labor warranty from the same company. Every time I called the office Christy was very pleasant and accommodating. If she didnt know the answer she would find it out and call back in quick fashion. I am very impressed with Cool Atmosphere and I recommend them very highly.We have been using them for the last 3 years to do our semi annual maintenance. Thomas is great, as is the whole team.     Okay, these people are amazing! They came to my house within a couple hours of me calling. My AC wasnt cooling my house, and I had already had one company come diagnose it and never call me back. The techs were professional, polite, and wore masks the entire time.     Cool Atmosphere installed my replacement HVAC in my last house. No issues. One screw up by a new employee was caught by CA before I noticed - and immediately corrected without my engagement. My new house came with a flawed HVAC design. CA came in to audit the issue, made recommendations, implemented them, and my electric bill dropped by $200 for the next three months as compared to the prior year same months. Its nice to work with responsible, competent professionals.

    The owners really care and did the right thing for me. I asked a pregious company to cone and check out my unit and they said I needed a new unit. I called Cool Atmosphere and they said they could fix it and they did! I didnt have to replace my unit and my ac is working just fine now.

    I relocated from New York City to Downtown Austin and during the middle of renovations, my contractor discovered my neighbors AC unit was leaking into my condo. This would have damaged my new concrete stain and it was a Friday afternoon. I called Christy at Cool Atmosphere and she immediately changed around her teamss schedule to help both myself and my neighbor. Rick arrived quickly after I talked to Christy and notified me enroute of his ETA. Rick was friendly and knowledgeable about the AC units. He even told me where to find filters at a discounted cost and showed me some preventative tips to keep my system running smoothly. Rick also fixed some problem that I did not understand, but the builder took some shortcuts and he brought it up to code. I decided to go with their preventative service so they can come back in the winter for the heating system. I highly recommend Cool Atmosphere and their friendly customer service.
