    If I could give 10 stars I would. These guys were awesome. Dave was so nice and straightforward. Extremely trustworthy. Another company who was sent out through the warranty company (claim denied due to weather) tried charging us $480 for the same service. Dave fixed the issue that the other company overlooked for a fraction of the cost. We won’t be using anyone else.

    David Dalton with Cool Air and Heat Services did a great job repairing our AC on the first 105 degree day of the year. I received his contact info from a friend who had received great service about a month prior. David was quick to respond, professional and showed up when he said he would. He had the repair completed and did check on our second unit all within an hour. We will definitely call him again in future when we need HVAC repair service.

    David, from Cool Air and Heat Services installed an LG mini-split heat pump system in my garage. He is knowledgeable and professional in his work and his rates were exceptional. The work was done in a timely manner and everything was clean when he finished. The system has worked even better than I expected. It heats and cools the garage quickly and uses very little electricity.

    David Dalton has been THE HVAC company for Knoll Creek for 3 years running and we couldnt be happier. He provides superior service, has the fairest prices and always friendly and professional and puts the needs of my residents first. He has always gone above and beyond to diagnose the root of the problem and spends as much time needed to explain in great detail how hes going to fix it. And when a system cant be fixed, his replacements are high quality and affordable. I completely trust David with the needs of our apartment community.

    David has been my HVAC service provider for a little over three years now. He is professional, respectful and most importantly, responsive. Whether I need a regular PM or a repair service he always puts our needs above his own. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

    They are amazing. My AC went out at about 10pm one night. Called the number on a Sunday morning at about 7:30am and David offered to come out in 30 minutes. Super helpful, explained everything, didnt upsell me on anything I didnt need, and even told me how I could do some stuff myself to save money. Great folks and great service.

    David came highly recommended by a close friend. He patiently diagnosed the problem with our AC, ordered the part, and installed it for a very reasonable price. He is easy to work with and communicates effectively throughout. Ill give David a call first the next time I have an AC issue.

    David Dulton makes this company incredible! He is educated about the total subject of HVAC , the same way a good Dr.understands the whole body when serving a patient. Hes had several really great ideas to increase performance of our air handler systems by enlarging returns , moving ducts and several other things which makes our home run so much more efficiently . Ive told so many people about him and I just want to add, Youll be very pleased!!!

    David is our go-to for service and installation. He replaced our aging Carrier AC unit with a new Trane at a very reasonable price and it took him only a few hours to install. He doesnt waste your time on service calls trying to sell you additional services or parts that you dont need for your system. Very straightforward, professional and knowledgeable. I cant recommend anyone better than David, hes the real deal.
