    Very punctual and very polite. Very conscientious of keeping our home clean while they worked. They pinpointed the repair needed and then gave me several options to repair as well as options to pay over time if I needed to.     Jovanny was here one hour before the expected time on the day I called and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use them again.Update:I have had these guys out about 5 times since last summer when I gave up on another service provider. I can honestly say this is the only company I do not dread calling out. They are friendly professional, fast, and one of the few that actually gives value worthy of the price. Miguel and crew came out last week on short notice and took 11 hrs installing a whole new system right after Jeremy found the last could not be reliably fixed. They were working as the big cold came in. Matt came out on a Saturday to clean up some more and then Rondell came out on Sunday to make sure everything was working correctly. You dont normally get service like this anymore. Comfort Masters is the best in Town.

    Our technician, Miguel Garcia, was professional and very knowledgeable from the moment he arrived to when he pulled out of the drive. He was patient with us watching, answering and explaining what he was doing and things we could do on our own to save ourselves some money.     We have always had a great experience with Comfort Master and they do a great job with servicing our A/C unit!     We have had issues with our A/C for quite a while and they came in and inspected the whole system from attic to the outside A/C. They gave us a thorough report and came in the next week and replaced all the old vents,fixed wiring issues and set up new thermostats. They were nice ,helpful and thorough. We will always use them for our all our A/C needs!

    Outstanding! My 25 year old Philco tripped the breaker in the wee hours of morning on a September Saturday. Temperatues of 85°. I called Masters heating and air and they came out that day. Their service call was reasonably priced and their technician Rondel was knowledgeable and courteous. They sent Matt Johnson, Comfort Advisor, out the same day (on Saturday) and he helped me select the air conditioning system that fits the needs of my home. I bought a new AC system from them and they came out early Monday morning at 7 AM and installed the whole thing in 6 hours. It was quite involved since they were updating everything. Excellent crew Jeremy, Jovanny, Miguel and Jimmy did great team work. Forgive me if I forgot anyone. It had rained the night before and they had to contend with mud. They laid runner drop cloths down to protect my floors.I recommend Comfort Masters Heating and Air Conditioning. They really know how to respond to emergencies and dont leave you hanging.

    We were having a dinner party and wouldn’t you know it our A/C started blowing hot air. I gave Comfort Masters a call because my son had a great experience with them.     Jeremy was very thorough in evaluating the status of my system. Our unit is 18 years old but is struggling to keep up in the current heat. It was determined that the unit is undersized for the square footage of our home. Since our system is working as well as expected I chose not to make any changes at this time but I will definitely consider Comfort Masters when I purchase a new unit due to their honesty and straightforward evaluation.

Received texts to let me know tech was going to be hitting the later part of schedule, which tech was still able to arrive within the scheduled window.     Jeremy and his assistant were extremely polite and attentive in listening to the problems I needed addressed. They took their time looking over both systems (first visit), did airflow calculations on all the ducts and returns to ensure things were balanced, and discussed the changes I wanted and recommended a couple of other things which I took them up on. It was clear their interest was in making sure things were done right and didnt mind me being in the attic asking questions. It was a much better experience than with the original installers and the previous company I had contacted for the same changes. Highly recommend.

    I wish I could give these guys more stars!! Amazing communication and work. They went over everything in details and left nothing out. I had gotten a quote under a warranty replacement and the guy was in and out within 15 minutes. Didnt mention a pan was full and about to leak into my ceiling!!! Matt advised on all options and what would work best for my house and needs. His tech Jeremy, came in covered his shoes, did the needed work and cleaned up when he was done.     I am so grateful to Comfort Masters Heating & Air Conditioning of Fort Worth, Texas.My heating was not working. So I contacted my home warrenty company and they sent me a heating specialist person to fix my problem. After checking the device in the attic and then the unit outside, he told me I needed to replace the device in the attic costing $5590.00! I simply did not trust that quote. I called Comfort Masters and talked with the kindest receptionist I have ever encountered. She actually calmed me down and stated she would send a specialist early in the morning with a free second opinion. Jeremy, the specialist, was amazing! He inspected the device in the attic, my unit outside, and the thermostat. He concluded nothing was wrong with my heating system, adjusted the air ducts, and explained what he had done. When I offered to pay for the visit, he reminded me a second opinion is free.This company has a 3 level - plan Savings Club Program to keep my system operating smoothly throughout the year. I am participating in a plan and I highly encourage everyone who sees this review to do the same. As a widow of a veteran who is on a limited budget, this amazing company saved me $5590.00!Kudos to Comfort Masters and your phenomenal professional staff!

    I can’t continue to say enough great things about Comfort Masters. 3+ years into Texas now and count on their quick service be at heating or cooling, a question I have with my service going right… We all know in Texas that air conditioner does not get a break for months on end. I was given a great overview of how the system is operating, how it was taken care of and how to work with it moving forward. I felt guided to them by all of the other great reviews online, and I’m thrilled to be able to add that same level of review from my experience. They were able toSchedule me on theDay and time I had hoped for, they called me 15 minutes ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. I highly recommend Rueben and this company.And now after a year and a half of living here, the system stopped working Sunday night, they came first thing Monday morning and within 15 minutes my system was up and running again, the house was cooled down, and having the maintenance program with them it didn’t cost me anything.     Comfort Masters is an awesome company, and I highly recommended their services! I have been relying on them for over a year, and they have never let me down. Anytime I have a problem or need maintenance for our HVAC system, I can text or call, and they are able to send a technician quickly. We called about a problem this morning, and Rondel and James were here on time, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem with 30 minutes.     I recently had a new HVAC system installed by Comfort Masters, and I was impressed by how pleasant the process went. The call for an appointment was easy and quite fast. Matt Johnson was quite knowledgeable as their Comfort Advisor. He went over a lot about how a 5 ton combo system is suppose to work and problems with my previous system, like there was not enough air flow going to the system. The installation team was very professional and on time. They installed the new system within the day, making sure the new system actually cooled the house. Rondel Campbell and Jamarcus did a quality check of the new system going through the checklist of everything that was suppose to be installed is installed. They were very courteous and answered any questions I had of the new system and how it worked along with features it had.Just a couple on months later I had to have a repair because the furnace was not heating and the process again was very fast and easy. I had a call with the representative and Rondel came out again and had the system fixed within the day.Overall I had a very good experience with this company.

    Of course it had to malfunction on the weekend. This past Sunday, the downstairs heat pump fan ran for an excessive amount of time. Comfort Masters to the rescue. Rondel arrived about 30 minutes later. The outside temperature was pleasant for a Texas July day. The actual problem took some time to diagnose and correct. An expansion valve had become clogged. Rondel replaced the part and returned the unit to service. You can always count on Comfort Masters for professional service from the time you call them until the job is complete.

    Jeremy Vargas was very professional!! I called Comfort Masters Sunday afternoon because our AC wasn’t working. They sent Jeremy out to fix it and he showed up quickly within 45 minutes!!! I call that great customer service, he explained everything in a simplified manner so that I could understand the problem.
