The pricing was fair, and the service definitely deserved a 5-star rating! When I returned home, my house was uncomfortably hot at 84 degrees. I called Comfort Masters, and Jack answered. We talked about my problem (no cold air coming through), and he had me check outside to confirm the central air wasn’t running and that the coils weren’t cold or frozen. Jack suggested that my capacitor might be blown. He then transferred me to a super friendly receptionist who scheduled me for the same day. I received a text confirming my appointment from 5-6 PM, and I was delighted to get another text at 5:21 PM that Kingston was on the way.
