My heater was roughly eight years old, leaking coolant, and had some faulty electrical components. So, instead of fixing it, I decided to have it replaced. The team came out to Sunset Valley and replaced both the indoor and outdoor units. In addition, they custom-made a new air intake to accommodate a larger unit. All the work was executed professionally. When you schedule an appointment with this team, they coordinate a time that suits you and even send a text message when the technician is on their way. They are punctual too. The technician assigned to me was Jeffrey, and he embodied professionalism throughout the process. As the work was nearing completion, Ralph returned to confirm that everything had been carried out to my complete satisfaction. Another bonus is that they handle all the warranty paperwork for you, eliminating any added stress. Overall, I had a very positive experience. They came out to install two mini-split systems, and I was really impressed by their attention to detail, quality control, and expertise with the systems. Incredible client care and very proficient. Ive never interacted with anyone in the ac repair industry as friendly and client-focused as Ralph is. I dialed on a weekend morning for an appointment because my ac was making a loud racket. I thought I would be scheduled far out since it wasnt an immediate problem, but Ralph said he could visit the same day. He showed up in less than 2 hours of my phone call...on a weekend! We couldnt reproduce the noise while he was present, but Ralph still scrutinized my ac unit in depth. I was fully ready to pay for the service call and for his time. Ralph, however, insisted he wouldnt bill me because he just wants to look after his clients, despite him being here nearly an hour trying to reproduce the noise, chatting with me about potential causes of the issue, and also taking the time to address an AC problem I was experiencing last summer. After being over-billed by other ac repair companies (also with far less superior client care), this was surprising. Dont look elsewhere, you wont find superior client service than this. He meticulously inspected every component in our furnace, including the heat exchange pipes, to confirm everything was functioning properly. No previous technician has ever carried out such a thorough check (there was a 4x4 obstructing the blowers exit). When another issue cropped up the following day, he returned and rectified it as well. All these were done by Comfort Masters Heating & Air Conditioning.

I was experiencing problems with my central hvac system as it wasnt cooling as it should have, right in the heat of summer. initially, i made the error of contacting a company that quoted me a staggering $8,234, just to get it functional again. despite my hvac system being 15 years old, i firmly believed that it still had some life left in it. subsequently, i reached out to another hvac service provider. they promptly arrived the following day and provided a quote of $1,200. the next day, jeffrey, one of their technicians, attended to my hvac system and rectified all issues for a final bill of $1,187. in addition to the repair, he also replaced the air filter in my furnace and courteously provided a spare one. jeffrey assured me that there was no reason why my hvac system and furnace wouldnt last for another 5 years at least. contrary to the first company, which seemed more interested in selling me a brand-new hvac system, this service provider was focused on fixing my current one. i am more than satisfied with their services and highly recommend them. they have certainly earned a lifelong customer in sunset valley.

I needed to replace my old goodman heater that wasnt well taken care of before i bought my home. i reached out to several companies, but when i contacted comfort masters heating & air conditioning and spoke to tucker, his professionalism and knowledge really convinced me to choose them. he provided quotes for the job with and without ductwork, and with and without financing, which was very helpful. after selecting a unit and securing financing, we set a date for the installation. we did have to postpone due to weather conditions, as i preferred they didn’t work in the rain with such a large package unit. the next day, ralph and jeffrey showed up on time and got straight to work. they even entertained me with their singing during the installation! once the new package unit was in place, along with all the necessary disconnects, they took care of the old unit and we tested everything to ensure it was working properly. they were both professional and fun to be around. a few days later, i noticed air blowing from the coil in a way that seemed off. i used a leaf to check the fan direction and realized it was reversed. i reached out to comfort masters heating & air conditioning, even though it was late in the afternoon, and they assured me they would come out to diagnose and fix the issue the next day. when randy and daniel arrived, they were just as eager to figure out the problem as i was, especially since it was a new unit. after confirming the issue, they quickly began troubleshooting and discovered that a capacitor had been wired incorrectly, with two wires reversed. i even found a video showing that other units had the same problem, which i shared with them for any future reference. i am extremely pleased with the professionalism and friendly nature of the team. i didn’t expect to have to call them so soon for troubleshooting, but they prioritized my concern, which shows their excellent customer service, even when the issue wasn’t their fault. i truly feel i made the right choice and would do it again. investing in an hvac unit is significant, and i’m glad i chose to invest with them.

So thankful that ralph was able to come by at such short notice. he arrived at the agreed upon time, giving us a heads up 20 minutes prior. initially, i suspected an issue with the a/c condenser, but ralph quickly identified the problem with the furnace motor in just about a couple of minutes. having moved into the house a couple of years back, we hardly use the a/c and hadnt changed the air filter. it seemed like the previous homeowner hadnt replaced the air filter in quite some time either. ralph fixed the fan motor and even assisted in finding replacement filters online. to top it all, he conducted a comprehensive check of each a/c unit without any additional charges to ensure everything was functioning properly. if youre in need of a trustworthy and efficient furnace repair expert, look no further!

Eli, caden, and ralph performed an excellent job. they were quick and neat in their work. even though i was initially worried about the old age of the house, it presented no problem for these proficient experts. they were polite and speedy in their work on the hvac system. i hardly noticed if they took a lunch break. i would highly recommend them for any hvac needs in sunset valley.
