Eco-friendly and cost-effective - our electricity bill is considerably lower than it was at the same time last year. We have young kids who dont keep their blankets on at night, so last year we had to use a space heater on top of the central heating. Plus, these units are much more affordable to install than central heat/AC. 2. Quiet operation - its so silent I have to visually confirm if the unit is on. 3. Efficiency - These units warm up a room quickly and its easy to keep the desired temperature for each room. This is perfect for us, as the kids require a bit more heat at night and we dont. 4. Peace of mind - I no longer worry about a space heater potentially causing a fire in my kids room. 5. Working with Miguel was a delight. He was professional and easy to deal with. 6. Aesthetics - Believe it or not, I hardly notice the unit. It was installed in such a way that it fits the design of our overall home remodel. Plus, I no longer have to worry about positioning furniture in front of the ducts. 7. Cleaner air - The air feels fresher since its no longer passing through the ducts. The only slight drawback is that with two kids, the remote to operate the system sometimes gets lost. However, each unit has a remote and theyre all universal, so we can always find another to control the unit we need. They went above and beyond to clean, check, and service the heater before promptly providing a report to appease our potential buyer. In a display of their exceptional customer service, they even refused to let me dispose of the leaves they had removed from my heating unit, insisting on taking care of it themselves! My spouse and I were referred to this company when our over 20-year-old HVAC system failed amidst the scorching summer heat. We opted to contact them and also obtain two additional quotes for the replacement of the old system. As miguel carried out tests on the system, which showed no freon, we decided to replace it instead of investing more money into it. miguel got in touch with the office and they promised to send someone over the same day. Miguel arrived and conducted a comprehensive inspection of the unit, ducting, and anything else that might need replacing. He noted that our ducting was in good condition and didnt need replacement, and proceeded to prepare an estimate. I was quite taken by the professionalism, honest assessment, and the strength of my referral that I was ready to say, Go ahead! However, my spouse, being more practical, wanted more quotes. I reached out to another recommended company, but their reply came 1 1/2 days later, offering to check the system in over 3 weeks. They suggested that we could send them the details of the system others were quoting and they would provide an estimate. I understood their constraints due to the summer heat and being swamped with work, but I saw no reason to go through this process when I had a highly-rated company that I felt most comfortable working with. My spouse eventually agreed and we accepted the initial bid. i am not one to write a negative review - everyone has their off days and less than ideal experiences. But when things go as smoothly as they did with this company, I cant let it go unnoticed. These guys, miguel and another employee, were right on it! They scheduled the job as soon as possible and put in long hours to complete it. They seemed determined to outdo our expectations, knowing we had guests arriving due to a challenging family sickness. They were clean, organized, so professional, kind, and respectful! We felt so at ease that we often went out to run errands and told them to come and go as they needed. I could continue to heap praise but the crux of the matter is that i highly recommend this company. They exemplify INTEGRITY and are TRUSTWORTHY! Thank you miguel and team!
