    Highly recommend. I had my AC go out during 110 degree weather. No other companies could make it work since it was already 5:30 pm. He was able to confirm the blower motor I needed and came at 8 PM to save us from sleeping in a 90 degree house. He did quality work and was very professional.

    Very honest dependable company! Highly recommend. They were early to the appointment, found the problem I had with my AC, repaired & suggested other repairs needed. Unfortunately, due to the extremely difficult warranty company I am currently working with, (Choice - do not ever use!!) Cold Front was not able to completely repair my unit.

    I have never left a review before but feel like it’s the least I can do for a company that has been so amazing. I had issues with my home warranty company making me wait 3 weeks with no A/C and a house that was 85 degrees inside. Erick quickly helped me get all the information needed for the warranty company, and had my brand new a/c unit installed in 48 hours from first time I talked with him. He was always just a phone call or text away even after hours. Customer services like this is something rare and special now a days. He got me exactly what I needed at a great price. His guys left my house clean and reinstalled the fence that had to be removed as if it never happened. If you decide to use cold front mechanical you will not be disappointed. Great customer service with no shady sales tactics or pressure, just a good local company doing quality professional work.

    My upstairs air handler fan was not working so I called Cold Front and Eric come out the next day as it was not an emergency. When he arrived it was working like it was supposed to after being off since the day before. He said its hard to know what happened but it was working fine. He did not charge me a service charge which he could have. He was honest and that counts more to me than anything.

    Erick was professional, honest and courteous. He came out on a Sunday to look at our unit. He gave us a fair price, replaced our unit and even followed up with us later to make sure everything was working fine. Its hard to find this level of service. Without a doubt, Erick exemplified all the stellar remarks noted on Google. Having shadowed him opened my eyes to the complex nature of HVAC repairs. He was able to identify the heating problem and resolved it in a timely manner. Additionally, he upgraded my dated thermostat that I had purchased with ease.If I were to characterize Ericks work ethic, I would have to acknowledge first his punctuality for which he far exceeded my expectation, and the meticulous and thorough manner in which he does things.Erick certainly exudes a high degree of expertise in his field, coupled with a trustworthiness that is less common in this day and age.     I have known Erick almost 15 years. He was recommended by a neighbor and came to my house very quickly to fix my air conditioning. This year (2019) we had a problem and called Erick on Memorial Day he came over in less than an hour. Ordered a part for the air conditioner, fixed it the next day and we were back cool. I love the fact that he always answers and gives you an estimated time of when he will be there. His pricing is very reasonable and he does excellent work. I recommend him to all my friends.

    Eric is so knowledgeable and very nice. He was VERY helpful and accommodating to move my appointment from the morning to the evening due to conflicts. He did this the day of my appointment too! He stayed late into the night to fix our thermostat and air conditioning system due to multiple failures in our system. He is a true professional!     This company was professional from the first phone call. I spoke with Erick and told him what was going on, at that time he was on another job, but assured me he would make every effort to get to my place that same day and he did.     Erick at cold front is awesome! Our ac had gone out during the day while we were out, at 730 we come home and its 83 in the house. I called Cold Front and Erick was over within the half hour, he had our system diagnosis in like 5 minutes, replaced the faulty part, and had us cooling down in a total of a half hour!! His prices are really pretty low to be honest, I was very with his services!!!

    Erick is a straight up guy that is really good at what he does. I like to use local and family owned companies because you can get to the owner and determine if they are someone you want to do business with. I really liked Erick from the moment I met him. I am now at a point if Erick tells me I need something replaced I will trust him and have him do it. He is really honest and that is hard to find.I couldn’t be happier to know I have a person I can turn to on all my havoc questions and problems.     First experience was through home warranty company after someone else told me I needed a compressor. Eric took a look and found it to be a simpler (& cheaper) fix. Integrity is important so he earned himself a loyal customer for at least two tuneups per year and all major repairs.

    Our AC quit working so I called our warranty company and they sent a guy out. He says the thermostat wires had been disconnected, probably by the dogs. He then tells us that our unit is shot and he can sell us one for $xxx a month for 5 years! I wanted a 2nd opinion so I searched the web and found Cold Front Mechanical. It was late but I gave him a call. Told him what was going on and asked if he could come by the next day. He says “I’m just leaving a call now and I’ll come right over.” I’m thinking yea after hours service call. That’s gonna cost us. He gets there and goes straight to work. First the “wires” the other guy connected was backwards. Erick switch them right. Then there’s no power to the unit from the thermostat. Probably shorted out when the other guy crossed wires. So he changed the thermostat with an old one I had. AC kicked on and was running. I asked Erick what I owed him and got ready for this huge bill and was totally shocked. He said “nothing”. I didn’t know what to say really. By this time it was nearly 9pm and he was offering to have worked for about 2 hours for free. I couldn’t let him do that so I gave him some cash I had on me. Since that night, anytime I need AC work done, I call my AC guy Erick with Cold Front Mechanical. Just replaced all air ducts and both inside and outside units and I know I got a great deal as well as great craftsmanship.

    The technician was very prompt and courteous upon arrival. He asked questions about the performance of our system which helped him identify the possible problem area. He gave me explanations of what the problems could be so I could better understand how my unit operates. He then proceeded to check and eliminate the possible problems.He then proceeded outside to inspect the condensor unit. He troubleshot the condensor and within minutes had located a loose wire that was causing the problem. He reconnected the wire and rechecked the system for proper operations.The technician then gave me a full report of the problem and his corrective action. He presented me with his business card and said if I had any more problems to call him immediately.
