Josh and his company were amazing. He came out immediately, found the problem, found my warranty (that the other company could not find) ordered the part that took several days to get. In the meantime, he provided a free portable air conditioning unit for me. The part can in sooner than anticipated and he was out there the next morning to fix my A/C for the exact price he quoted (which was half of the other company). I highly recommend Clear Air.

I can’t say enough good things about Josh and his crew. I just had a COMPLETE system replacement - Josh gave me options to repair our original system but I decided to go ahead and replace everything due to age.The quality of work, his communication, timeliness…superb. It’s VERY difficult to find AC companies that don’t try and oversell you on everything. Clear air just doesn’t do that.Josh knows his stuff. He’s kind, trustworthy and dependable. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. I’ll upload pics of their work- it speaks for itself.Thank you guys. I could not be more satisfied with my new systems!

Our family highly recommends Clean Air & Josh! Josh & Josiah recently installed two HVAC systems in our 24 year old home. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Josh performed a detailed inspection and thorough analysis of our old systems. He gave me a list of options along with pricing. I was impressed with Joshs knowledge and understanding of each of the choices presented along with the time he took to explain the differences. The work was scheduled and completed on time for the agreed upon price which I felt was fair. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, highly experienced, and great communications which adds up to the customer being the number 1 priority!Highly recommend Josh & Clean Air.

After moving to Decatur, TX eight years ago we have tried other AC companies with disappointing results and service. It was a good day when I called Josh at Clear Air. They have set a new standard in customer service and satisfaction. Once they confirmed our AC was not a quick fix, to my surprise, they provided a loaner portal AC unit. In my 55 years of home ownership, I have never heard of this. From start to finish the Clear Air team exceeded my expectations. They provided excellent customer service, expert product knowledge, and an absolute commitment to customer satisfaction. We are completely satisfied with Josh and the Clear Air team. And very grateful our days of hunting for a trusted AC and Heating service are over. Clear Air is worthy of my family’s highest recommendation.

Our original HVAC contractor disappeared on us in the middle of needing HVAC repair. A friend told us about Josh and Clear Air, and we couldnt be more thankful to find him. Highly recommend. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and runs a first class business. Our home is just over two years old. Josh pointed out a significant problem with the original installation of one of our HVAC units. We had signed up for semi-annual maintenance agreement with the original installer. They had visited our home at least four time over the two years for filter changes and maintenance checks. Not once did they point out this issue. After reaching out to the original company, they did comeback and fix the issue. If it wasnt for Josh, the life of of one of our units could have been reduced by a number of years. Thank you, Josh!

Great service and very honest. He gave me choices on whether I wanted, for example, a higher quality, capacitor, or a less expensive capacitor. He fixed my HVAC rather than telling me, I needed a whole new system!!! He allowed me to hang around him while he was doing the work and learn a little without making me feel unwelcome. Highly recommend Josh. This is his own business, and he did the work personally!

Josh has been a life saver! After getting other quotes for a new system and feeling overwhelmed with the expense, Josh was able to evaluate our system/ units and determine that we could get just get one new unit and by switching some things around get all the life we could out of the other one. He is thoughtful and really knows his stuff. I felt so much more comfortable and confident that we were getting the best deal along with the best product and service. He has always been readily available to come back and check on anything that we need. Highly recommend this family-owned business!

Josh and Josiah are prompt and timely, knowledgable, polite and have reasonable pricing. Both times we have had an issue, they resolved them completely within a few hours of our initial phone call. Clear Air will be our go-to for all air conditioning and heating repairs from here on out!

Our AC went out earlier this week and Clear Air Heating and Cooling was one of the only companies who would see us on the same day. Not only did Josh make time for us, he also took our concerns and situation seriously giving us a number of options and thoroughly explaining them.Once we decided on an path, he spent an incredibly long day working on our AC in triple digit heat. They worked from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. until they got our system back up and running.We were so grateful for their hard work and transparency. Josh took the time to explain several potential solutions and shared the possible issues that could arise, so we were prepared for each scenario.Considering all the work they put in, we were pleasantly surprised when we recieved our bill. We wont be calling anyone else in the future, because Clear Air Heating and Cooling has earned our trust.

Could not speak more highly of Josh and Clear Air. Our AC units were not working properly and we had gotten quotes from nearly a dozen companies (local and larger). Clear Air was the only company to take time to review our entire system, units, ductwork, air returns, vents etc. Josh spent over an hour taking a thorough look at our system. He laid out options and was not at all pushy. You can tell right away that he brings experience and expertise to the table. We ended up choosing Clear Air based on their professionalism, honesty, and follow up. We trust Josh and recommended them to everyone! Give them a shot and you won’t be disappointed with how they earn your trust!

There simply isn’t enough space here to leave the review that Clear Air Heating and Cooling deserves. Our system died one day after Christmas. We called 3 local companies, one with which we had a service contract, and received no callbacks on 12/26 at 11:30 AM. I then called Clear Air and the owner of the company took my call himself. Josh was here by 12:30 PM and had the dimensions and info he needed to size a replacement system for us. Today is 12/28 and we have a brand new Daikin single stage heat pump in, running silently and keeping my family toasty warm. There is zero doubt in the future who I will call for all of our HVAC needs. Josh & Josiah are the best there is and I can’t recommend them highly enough. 👍

When we moved into our home, we had Josh provide us with free second opinion on a total system replacement. The original homeowners had gone on the cheap side to replace the condenser just prior to listing the home. What we found was the system was inadequate. We had hot spots and cold spots throughout the home. He did an in-depth evaluation of our system which included our ductwork (original to the home) and a load calculation. He was very thorough in helping us understand why we had the issues we had and how to resolve them. We found the pricing to be extremely competitive and opted to move forward with his customized system design for our home. He is our go to guy for all of our maintenance. I recommend giving Clear Air Heating and Cooling a call. You wont be disappointed.
