    Our system was installed by another company (whom I won’t mention) back in 2016 and we have had many problems since day 1. We hired Central Aire last year for our annual maintenance programs and their technician advised us of the issues with our system; our system when built had an enormously undersized intake and almost all of our duct work was either pinched off clogged or damaged. Central Aire quoted us a fair price to replace all the ductwork and plenums with an all metal system and fixed/upgraded our return. The installers were fantastic and went above and beyond IMO. They were honest, hard working, polite and cleaned up after themselves. They even came back another day to make adjustments as they said the pressures needed to be adjusted to be more efficient (I would have never known). Our air blows like it’s supposed to now and hopefully our HVAC will last a few more years than it would have before fixing these problems. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done for their systems. BONUS: I saved a good bit of money on the duct replacement for a discount by being a maintenance customer.

    We had an emergency of sorts one night at our mom’s house during the bitter cold snap. She was not a customer at the time, but because we are, Michael was dispatched to help within about an hour. He got the heat working again and communicated with us all along the way. Since then, Central Aire has a new customer and a very satisfied ‘old’ one! Thank you!!!

    I called this company this morning, 12/23/24, and a technician came to my house after lunch at the scheduled time. He assessed my issue that I had with my central heating furnace and corrected some other things while here. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The repair bill was very modest and fair. I would recommend anyone to use this business if your central AC/Heat has issues in your home.

    Here is how it starts. Lady that answered my call for distress sorry forgot your name, was professional and extremely nice and delivered on her promises. She was amazing. First technician (Larry) that came out was courteous, professional, punctual and was great. After issues with communication with landlord and property management company Central Aire and heat stepped in and stepped up to the plate and sent Donnie out. Once again I was amazed at the professionalism and over all taking ownership of the issues that was no fault of his or the company but made it right. After several days of sleeping in a hot house, tonight I will sleep with AC. Thank you to all the staff that helped make this a great experience when you didn’t have too.

    I called first thing Tuesday morning because my AC kept freezing up, they collected my info and had one of their crew members come to my home within a few hours that day! He got right to the problem (old condenser, 19 years old), called me at work to discuss if I wanted him to fix it right then and how much it would cost (BTW, it was not expensive like I expected.) As soon as we got off of the phone he was done within 10-15 mins and my air has never been so cold in my home! Thank you Central AIRE for everything!!     Central Aire Heating awesome! This company responded with a sense of urgency to my emergency. I called and within less than an hour the AC technician was at my door step. Let me start by saying that Donnie Sellman my AC Technician is what I would call the AC HVAC Avenger and the end game was he restored my cool air.!!! I felt like he was more a friend than just a person there to make money. He thoroughly explained the problem with my unit and informed me that I had pests that made my wiring faulty in my AC Central Air unit. He removed all debris within my unit and also fixed the faulty wiring. He also informed me of a twice month maintenance plan which was an offer I couldnt refuse. To sum it up Why Bother with the rest Central Aire Heating is the Best!!

    Outside unit stopped running during the 105 deg heat just prior to leaving on vacation. Called Central Aire on a Saturday morning and they fit us in for the afternoon. Showed up on time , diagnosed our issue and fixed it promptly. Our unit was under a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Not only was there no charge but they didnt charge for afterhours call either. They are the only company I will use from now on. Thanks for you help, I appreciate more than you could realize.
